Abstract

The present research showed that the employees motivation of the Bank Mandiri - Micro Banking of Malang district was good and the motivation could be excellent if relationships between employees and superiors were improved . The employee abilities were good, but it would be more better if the employees  deft in work and are able to work under pressure.  Multiple linear regression analysis resulted in regression equation Y = 0.382 + 0.255 X1 + 0.658 X2. The R-square value of 0.583 or 58% indicated that work motivation and workability jointly contribute to the performance variables by 58% while the remaining 42 % is the contribution of the other variables that are not included in this study. Simultaneous hypothesis testing showed that both the work motivation and the work ability significantly affect  job performances indicated by F significance of 0.000  (  α < 0.05). Through partial testing, work motivation variables partially affect on job performance variable is shown through sig.t of 0.043 ( α < 0.05). Work ability partially affect on work performance are indicated by sig. t of 0.000(α < 0.05.Keywords: work motivation, workability, job performance Abstrak Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum motivasi karyawan Bank Mandiri Mikro Banking Distrik Malang bagus. Hal perlu ditingkatkan adalah hubungan antar karyawan dan hubungan karyawan dengan atasan. Kemampuan kerja karyawan Bank Mandiri Mikro Banking Distrik Malang secara umum baik. Hal yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah karyawan harus lebih cekatan dalam bekerja dan  mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan. Dari analisis regresi linier berganda didapatkan persamaan regresi Y = 0,382 + 0,255X1 + 0,658X2. Nilai R square sebesar 0,583 atau 58%  menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja  yang digunakan dalam persamaan regresi linier berganda  secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel prestasi kerja sebesar 58%,  sisanya 42% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diketahui variabel motivasi kerja, variabel kemampuan kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel prestasi kerja yang diketahui melalui signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari α 0,05. Melalui pengujian secara parsial, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel prestasi kerja yang ditunjukkan sig.t sebesar 0,043 lebih kecil dari α 0,05. Variabel kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap prestasi kerja yang ditunjukkan sig. t sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari α 0,05. Abstract

Household financial management is a crucial factor in maintaining family financial stability, particularly in the face of economic uncertainty. This study examines the strategies employed by households in managing their finances, including budgeting, expenditure control, savings, and investment, as well as the challenges encountered during economic crises. Through a combination of literature review and case studies, the research reveals that households with clear financial planning and adequate emergency funds are more resilient in times of crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Factors such as income levels, education, and financial literacy significantly influence household financial decisions, while consumption patterns driven by social media often present a challenge. Effective strategies identified include strict budgeting, reducing non-essential expenditures, and prioritizing long-term savings and investments. This study underscores the importance of financial literacy and awareness in household financial management as key to achieving financial stability amidst global and domestic economic uncertainties.

Abstract

Tenggayun Village has great potential for the development of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises), but many business owners have not yet utilized digital technology for marketing. This program aims to enhance the creativity of MSME actors through education and training in digital marketing. The training covers how to use digital platforms, manage social media accounts, and e-commerce. After completing the program, participants showed improved knowledge and skills in creating engaging content and leveraging online marketing to increase sales. As a result, many MSME owners were able to reach new customers and boost their revenue. The program also encourages creativity in product development, leading to more innovative products. Additionally, a community was formed among MSME actors who supported one another. The program increased public awareness of the importance of purchasing local products, strengthening the market for MSME products. Moving forward, the service team plans to conduct regular monitoring to ensure the sustainability of digital marketing practices. Overall, this program has had a positive impact on the local economy, strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs in Tenggayun Village.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between financial performance—capital expenditure (CapEx) and revenue growth—and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) scores in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A panel data regression analysis was conducted using data from 21 firms selected through purposive sampling for 2018–2022. The results show that revenue growth significantly impacts ESG scores, with a coefficient of 1.023 (p = 0.026). This suggests that firms with higher revenue growth are more likely to achieve better ESG performance due to their greater financial flexibility to invest in sustainability initiatives. In contrast, CapEx negatively affects ESG scores, with a coefficient of -0.0014 (p = 0.037). This indicates that higher CapEx does not necessarily align with improved ESG performance, as such expenditures are often directed toward projects that may overlook environmental and social considerations. The findings underscore the importance of aligning financial strategies with sustainability goals. Companies experiencing strong revenue growth demonstrate better capacity to support ESG integration, while high CapEx investments, if not strategically aligned with sustainability, may hinder ESG progress. This study contributes to the literature on financial performance and ESG, offering insights for corporate decision-makers to balance growth and sustainability in their strategies.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has prompted many organizations to shift to a hybrid work model, which combines working from home and the office. This model is not just a temporary response but has become integral to long-term strategies. In an organizational context, companies that successfully implement this model show higher levels of employee engagement and better performance. Organizational support, trust, and respect for employees contribute significantly to work engagement and performance. This study used a quantitative approach with 131 respondents to evaluate the relationship between organizational support and work engagement. Results show that strong organizational support increases employee engagement, which in turn has a positive impact on individual performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of trust in leadership and organizational justice on innovative behavior. this research uses a quantitative approach, the data is obtained using questionnaire techniques. Respondents in this study amounted to 120 employees of foreign investment companies in Malang District. this study has two hypotheses with the analysis test using SEM PLS 4.0. the results of the analysis test in this study. the first hypothesis can be seen that trust in leadership has a significant effect on innovative behavior.The second hypothesis is that organizational justice has a significant effect on innovative behavior.

Abstract

Organisasi wajib untuk memahami dan mengerti budaya organisasi yang diterapkan secara jelas dan rinci, hal itu disebabkan budaya organisasi mempunyai ciri khas yang berbeda antara satu organisasi dengan organisasi lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada Bank Mandiri Mikro Banking di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh dengan teknik kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang karyawan Bank Mandiri Mikro Banking di Kota Malang yang berinteraksi langsung dengan nasabah. Penelitian ini mempunyai empat hipotesis dengan uji analisis menggunakan SEM PLS 4. Pada penelitian ini peneliti membahas yang berkaitan dengan hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Didalam penelitian ini peneliti juga menambahkan indicator dari kualitas layanan pada indicator kinerja untuk mengukur kinerja karyawan dalam kaitannya dengan kualitas layanan Bank Mandiri Mikro Banking di Kota Malang. Hasil dari uji analisis didalam penelitian ini, hipotesis pertama budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, hipotesis kedua budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hipotesis ketiga kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hipotesis keempat budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Dari hasil penelitian ini juga dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja karyawan dalam kaitannya dengan kualitas layanan di Bank Mandiri Mikro Banking di Kota Malang sudah sangat baik.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberika pengetahuan tentang pentingnya digitalisasi pada sector UMKM di desa Pematang Duku Kabupaten Bengkalis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan metode seminar tentang pentingnya Internet of Things dalam upaya untuk digitalisasi sector UMKM. Peganbdian kepada masyarakat ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap. Tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap evauasi dan laporan serta tahap evaluasi lanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini masih terdapat UMKM yang belum memahami penting digitalisasi pada sector UMKM sehingga masih diperlukannya keberlanjutan tentang pemahamam petingnya digiltalisasi pada sector UMKM serta menanamkan Internet of Thing pada pelaku UMKM yang ada di desa Pematang Duku
