Abstract

The attendance recording method that uses a fingerprint recognition system is felt to be a means of spreading the covid 19 virus and it is necessary to create a biometric attendance recording system using facial recognition. This study aims to build an employee attendance system that uses the concept of facial recognition because the existing manual attendance system is time consuming and impractical to maintain. This system consists of four phases - database creation, face detection, face recognition, attendance updates. The database is created using employee photos. Face detection and recognition is carried out using the HOG algorithm for face classification and SVM classification for face recognition. Faces are detected and recognized from the live webcam. Attendance will be recorded automatically into the document. The system after being tested has good accuracy, reaching 86.4% in the morning, and 88.8% in the afternoon, which is quite high accuracy and in future research it is hoped that the system can be built online so that employees can access the attendance system anywhere. and reports can be accessed anywhere online.

Abstract

Cayenne pepper is one of Indonesia's mainstay horticultural crops, so the government continues to encourage farmers to maximize chili yields, aiming to achieve chili production targets. In Jayapura City, there are several areas that produce chilies, including in Koya Timur District, where most of the residents are farmers. The problem that occurs in the village of Koya Timur is the frequent crop failures due to pests, bad weather, or improper fertilization, with these problems farmers must be more selective in choosing seeds, so that the cayenne pepper plants that have been planted can survive until harvest. To select chili seeds, DSS was designed using the SAW method. The simple additive weighting (SAW) method is very suitable to be applied in a decision support system for selecting superior chili seeds, because the recommendation or the final result of the SAW method is in the form of rankings so that the selection of alternatives or chili seeds to be planted is very easy. Second, based on the results of testing the system's functionality using the blackbox method, the accuracy and suitability is 100%. Third, based on user acceptance test (UAT) testing, it shows that this system is feasible to implement.

Abstract

Hepatitis B is a type of infectious disease and is classified as dangerous. The number of people with hepatitis B worldwide is estimated at around 350 million. The average prevalence of hepatitis B in Indonesia is 10%, with variations between 3.4-20.3% in each region. The purpose of this study was to implement an expert system to diagnose Hepatitis B in pregnant women so that symptoms of Hepatitis B can be detected earlier. The method used in this study was Certainty Factor with six signs obtained by two internal medicine doctors. The output generated by the system is a confidence number with a rule value above 50% which means positive. The results of this study are an android-based system that can diagnose Hepatitis B in pregnant women, thereby reducing the risk to mother and child.Keywords: Certainty Factor; expert systems; Hepatitis B AbstrakPenyakit Hepatitis B merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit menular dan tergolong berbahaya. Jumlah penderita penyakit Hepatitis B di dunia diperkirakan sekitar 350 juta, Prevalensi rata-rata hepatitis B di Indonesia adalah 10%, dengan variasi antara 3,4-20,3% di setiap daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengimplementasikan sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit Hepatitis B pada ibu hamil, sehingga dapat mendeteksi lebih awal gejala Hepatitis B. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Certainty Factor dengan enam gejala yang diperoleh melalui dua orang dokter penyakit dalam. Ouput yang dihasilkan oleh sistem berupa angka keyakinan dengan aturan nilai nilai di atas 50% berarti positif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem berbasis android yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit Hepatitis B pada ibu hamil, sehingga mengurangi resiko terhadap ibu dan anak. Kata kunci: Certainty Facto; Sistem Pakar; Hepatitis B

Abstract

Dalam era modern ini, teknologi telah maju dengan pesat, memungkinkan manusia untuk melakukan aktivitas dengan lebih mudah. Namun, beberapa puskesmas seperti Puskesmas Imbi di Jayapura masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menyediakan akses layanan kesehatan yang memadai bagi masyarakat, terutama terkait dengan edukasi penyakit degeneratif yang rendah dan kompleksitas pelayanan kesehatan. Untuk mengatasi ini, pengembangan sistem pakar untuk diagnosis awal penyakit degeneratif menjadi penting. Studi ini menganalisis data pasien degeneratif dari November 2023 hingga Januari 2024 di Puskesmas Imbi, menunjukkan kebutuhan akan sistem yang dapat memberikan diagnosa cepat dan tepat. Penggunaan metode Forward Chaining dalam sistem pakar ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi diagnosa dengan mengelola ketidakpastian medis yang sering terjadi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga merancang sistem berbasis website untuk mendeteksi gejala awal degeneratif, dengan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan waterfall dan pengujian blackbox. Pendekatan komprehensif ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia dan mengurangi beban penyakit degeneratif serta penyakit penyerta lainnya secara efektif.

Abstract

Penyakit kulit merupakan masalah kesehatan umum di Indonesia, terutama di Papua, yang mempengaruhi berbagai kelompok usia. Meskipun sebagian besar penyakit kulit tidak mengancam jiwa, mereka dapat berdampak signifikan pada kualitas hidup pasien dan menimbulkan biaya pengobatan yang tinggi. Mendiagnosis penyakit kulit biasanya memerlukan pemeriksaan fisik dan klinis oleh dokter kulit, namun jumlah spesialis yang terbatas menimbulkan tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengenalan penyakit kulit menggunakan Computer Vision dan Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) untuk membantu diagnosis dini. Sistem ini dikembangkan sebagai aplikasi web menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan Python. Aplikasi ini diuji di Puskesmas Nimbokrang pada dataset penyakit kulit umum, menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 83,09% pada pelatihan dan 84% pada validasi. Hasil pengujian dengan confusion matrix menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 89%. Hasil ini menunjukkan potensi aplikasi praktis dalam meningkatkan layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Data collection for determining the status of the village takes a long time, resulting in delays in data processing and decision making. This research aims to assist the government in determining the status of the village with the FMAMD decision-making system.  Based on the tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the FMDMA Decision Determinant system SAW method can function properly, this proves that this application design is feasible to help determine decisions related to Village Status in Jayapura city.Keywords: DSS; FMADM; Prototype; Village Status AbstrakPengumpulan data untuk penentuan Status Kampung memakan waktu yang lama hal ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam proses pengolahan data dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pemerintah dalam menentukan status Kampung dengan sistem penentu keputusan FMAMD.  Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, maka didapat kesimpulan bahwa sistem Penentu Keputusan FMDMA metode SAW ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik, hal ini membuktikan bahwa rancangan aplikasi ini layak untuk membantu menentukan keputusan terkait Status Kampung pada kota Jayapura.

Abstract

Thedevelopment of mobile phones is very rapid in the city of Jayapura, it is undeniable that the daily lives of people from various professions are very dependent on mobile phones. Some mobile phone users admit to choosing the wrong mobile phone because they do not know what they should consider when choosing the right mobile phone for their needs. This study aims to build a mobile phone  selection decision  support system so that consumers can choose mobile phones  better and more efficiently. The method used in  this study is the  Oreste Method with the selection of weighted criteria such as price, ram / rom, camera, chipset, screen, and battery to determine consumer selection. The results  of  this study are expected to   help recommend to consumers in the selection of mobile phones according to consumer wishes such as the selection of Redmi M4 pro mobile  phones as  the mobile phones with the   best  selection  on  this system with a preference value of 7.52465857Keyword: Decision Support System; Oreste Method; Selection Cellphone  AbstrakPerkembangan handphone sangat pesat di kota Jayapura, sulit dipungkiri bahwa kehidupan sehari-hari orang-orang dari berbagai profesi sangat bergantung pada handphone. Beberapa pengguna handphone mengaku salah memilih handphone karena mereka tidak tahu apa yang harus mereka pertimbangkan saat memilih handphone yang tepat untuk kebutuhan mereka. Maka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan handphone agar para konsumen dapat memilih handphone dengan lebih baik dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Oreste dengan pemilihan bobot kriteria seperti harga, ram/rom, kamera, chipset, layar, dan baterai untuk menentukan pemilihan konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini Diharapkannya dapat membantu merekomendasikan pada konsumen dalam pemilihan handphone sesuai keinginan konsumen seperti terpilihnya handphone Redmi M4 pro sebagai handphone dengan pemilihan terbaik pada sistem ini dengan nilai preferensi 7.52465857.

Abstract

Teacher performance appraisal at SD YPK I Sion Dok III Jayapura is still based on attendance and number of subjects, so the results are less optimal and accurate. All criteria are given equal weight, making the assessment less precise. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System with the EDAS method to objectively assess teacher performance. This method involves collecting and processing data from 4 criteria consisting of Pedagogic, Professional, Personality, and Social. The results showed that Johanna Nahumay had the highest score of 0.938, making her the best performing teacher. System accuracy testing reached 80%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the EDAS method in assessing teacher performance objectively and consistently.Keywords: Teacher Performance Appraisal; Decision Support System; EDAS Method. AbstrakPenilaian kinerja guru di SD YPK I Sion Dok III Jayapura masih berdasarkan kehadiran dan jumlah mata pelajaran, sehingga hasilnya kurang optimal dan akurat. Semua kriteria diberi bobot sama, membuat penilaian kurang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dengan metode EDAS untuk menilai kinerja guru secara objektif. Metode ini melibatkan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dari 4 Kriteria yang terdiri dari Pedagogik, Profesionalitas, Kepribadian, dan Sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Johanna Nahumay memiliki nilai tertinggi 0.938, menjadikannya guru dengan kinerja terbaik. Abstract

Implementation of expert system for lupus disease detection at RSUD Jayapura City achieved 100% in functionality testing of 8 forms, showing a high degree of accuracy. The benefits include ease of diagnosis for medical officers and access to information for the public. Integration with Android platforms and forward chaining methods improves diagnostic accuracy, expands use, and increases effectiveness in early identification of lupus disease. This success demonstrates the enormous potential of technology in improving health care and the quality of life of the people.

Abstract

This study aims to address challenges in gout and cholesterol diagnostic services at Puskesmas Elly Oyu, South Jayapura, which faces significant working time and patient limitations. With only 4 medical personnel, this study proposes the use of forward chaining methods in expert systems to improve the quality of diagnosis at an affordable cost. This method allows combining factors and evidence with appropriate levels of confidence, managing uncertainty in medical diagnoses. Observations and projections show an increase in the number of patients, and with forward chaining methods, diagnosis becomes more accurate, providing a solid basis for effective intervention planning, especially in the elderly group. Furthermore, this study designed a website-based system to detect early symptoms of early childhood delay in the disease. This approach aims to ease awareness of the importance of 4 healthy 5 perfect and prevent delays in diagnosis. Waterfall development and structured design methods are used to build systems with structured stages of analysis, design, coding, and testing. Using the blackbox test method, the sustainability of the system's functionality is emphasized without regard to the details of the internal implementation. This development is expected to provide an efficient, accurate, and affordable solution in diagnosing gout and cholesterol at the Elly Oyu Health Center.
