Abstract

Tofu is typically produced in small to medium-scale industries, with the production technology still being very basic, heavily reliant on manual labor, and lacking optimization. Efforts to optimize tofu sales profits require strategies that focus on maximizing sales revenues. This study aims to optimize the profits from tofu production conducted in the morning and evening by employing linear programming through the graphical method. Data collection on operational costs, raw materials, and production quantities, developed into a mathematical model, can be utilized to achieve efficient and accurate decision-making. The Linear Programming Graphical Method can be used to identify the optimal point for maximizing profits. The research successfully demonstrated that by applying the Linear Programming Graphical Method, Mas Aziz Tofu Factory could significantly increase its sales profits from tofu production in the morning and evening. This study supports the business owner of Mas Aziz Tofu Factory in optimizing production and formulating strategies to maximize profits in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Quality of Service (QoS) of the internet network at Universitas Sepuluh Nopember Papua as part of efforts to support academic activities, particularly online learning. The network quality was evaluated using Wireshark software based on QoS parameters, namely throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. Data were collected through direct observation of network usage conditions, interviews with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) managers, and a literature review related to the TIPHON standards. The study's findings revealed that network conditions varied according to traffic density. During low-traffic periods, throughput reached 2.355 Mbps, packet loss was 0%, delay was 15.794 ms, and jitter was 8.329 ms, all of which fall into the excellent category. However, during peak hours, throughput dropped to 23.918 Kbps, with packet loss reaching 86.21%, indicating significant disruptions. Based on these results, the study recommends optimizing network infrastructure, increasing bandwidth capacity, and managing user traffic to ensure more stable internet service quality and better support for academic activities.Keyword: Quality Of Service; Wireshark; TIPHON AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan jaringan internet (Quality of Service/QoS) di Universitas Sepuluh Nopember Papua sebagai bagian dari upaya mendukung aktivitas akademik, terutama pembelajaran daring. Kualitas jaringan dievaluasi menggunakan perangkat lunak Wireshark berdasarkan parameter-parameter QoS, yaitu throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung pada kondisi penggunaan jaringan, wawancara dengan pengelola Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, serta studi literatur terkait standar TIPHON. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi jaringan bervariasi sesuai tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas. Pada kondisi sepi, throughput mencapai 2,355 Mbps, packet loss 0%, delay 15,794 ms, dan jitter 8,329 ms, yang semuanya berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Namun, pada jam sibuk, throughput menurun menjadi 23,918 Kbps dengan packet loss mencapai 86,21%, mencerminkan gangguan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, penelitian merekomendasikan optimasi infrastruktur jaringan, peningkatan kapasitas bandwidth, dan manajemen lalu lintas pengguna untuk memastikan kualitas layanan internet yang lebih stabil dan mendukung kegiatan akademik secara optimal.

Abstract

This study analyzes the quality of network service (Quality of Service/QoS) at the Papua Province National Land Agency (BPN) Regional Office by comparing two main network platforms, namely Mikrotik and Ruijie Cloud. Measurements are carried out with the main QoS parameters, namely throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter, using Wireshark software referring to the TIPHON standard. Evaluation in three network usage scenarios, namely use during service, special service, and normal activities, to get an overview of network performance. The results of the study on the throughput parameter, Ruijie Cloud averaged 2,642 Mbps under normal conditions, higher than Mikrotik which only reached 2,149 Mbps. Packet loss parameters, Ruijie Cloud got lower packet loss (9.87%) compared to Mikrotik (16.13%) under normal conditions, indicating a better level of network stability. Delay parameters, Ruijie Cloud showed lower delays in general service conditions (4.03 ms) compared to Mikrotik (5,563 ms). In addition, the jitter on Ruijie Cloud is more stable, more suitable for use in low latency and high network stability applications.Keyword: Quality of Service; Wireshark; TIPHON; Mikrotik; Ruijie Cloud AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis kualitas layanan jaringan (Quality of Service/QoS) pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Provinsi Papua dengan membandingkan dua platform jaringan utama, yaitu Mikrotik dan Ruijie Cloud. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan parameter utama QoS, yaitu throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter, menggunakan perangkat lunak Wireshark mengacu pada standar TIPHON. Evaluasi dalam tiga skenario penggunaan jaringan, yaitu penggunaan saat pelayanan, pelayanan khusus, dan kegiatan biasa, guna mendapatkan gambaran performa jaringan. Hasil penelitian pada parameter throughput, Ruijie Cloud rata-rata 2.642 Mbps dalam kondisi normal, lebih tinggi dibandingkan Mikrotik hanya mencapai 2.149 Mbps. Parameter packet loss, Ruijie Cloud mendapatkan packet loss yang lebih rendah (9.87%) dibandingkan Mikrotik (16.13%) dalam kondisi normal, menunjukkan tingkat kestabilan jaringan lebih baik. Parameter delay, Ruijie Cloud menunjukkan delay lebih rendah dalam kondisi layanan umum (4.03 ms) dibandingkan Mikrotik (5.563 ms). Selain itu, jitter Ruijie Cloud lebih stabil, cocok digunakan dalam aplikasi latensi rendah dan stabilitas jaringan tinggi.

Abstract

Melanoma is a life-threatening skin cancer that poses challenges in regions with limited access to specialized medical personnel, such as Papua, Indonesia. Early diagnosis is essential, but accurate detection is hindered by the scarcity of dermatologists. This study develops a melanoma detection system using computer vision, utilizing the VGG16 architecture enhanced with the Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) and fine-tuning via transfer learning. The model was trained on a dataset comprising melanoma and non-melanoma images, with data augmentation to address class imbalance. The model achieved an accuracy of 91.25%, precision of 92.31%, recall of 90%, and an F1-score of 91.13%, demonstrating reliable performance in melanoma classification. High specificity (92.5%) indicates a low false positive rate, while sensitivity (90%) shows effective melanoma detection, though the 10% false negative rate requires improvement. Future enhancements include increasing sensitivity through weighted loss functions, optimizing classification thresholds, and performing external validation. Additionally, Grad-CAM is used for interpretability, and a web-based application is proposed to support healthcare practitioners, offering an accessible diagnostic tool for melanoma screening in resource-limited settings.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong kecepatan dan ketepatan kerja manusia, dengan komputerisasi sebagai solusi untuk menggantikan pekerjaan manual. Teknologi Sistem Informasi juga memainkan peran penting dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis dan operasional. Namun, toko V-Mart di Arso Kab. Keerom masih menggunakan sistem penjualan manual yang mengakibatkan waktu tunggu konsumen yang lama dan sering terjadi kesalahan pencatatan yang mana dalam 1 hari 40-45 pelanggan dalam 1 hari dan 2-15 item per pelanggan. Dalam upaya mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem komputerisasi berbasis web yang dapat menghitung transaksi secara otomatis, menyimpannya dalam database, serta meminimalisir kinerja karyawan dan antrian konsumen. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan MySQL sebagai database, sistem aplikasi kasir ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi toko V-Mart, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta memberikan informasi penjualan yang akurat dan laporan yang detail. Diharapkan bahwa penerapan teknologi ini akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi operasional toko V-Mart.

Abstract

Kapal Motor (KM) OVOLAUT di Kabupaten Sarmi menghadapi tantangan dalam promosi dan pemesanan paket wisata yang masih mengandalkan metode konvensional seperti penyebaran brosur. Proses pemesanan juga dilakukan secara manual dengan pencatatan menggunakan media kertas dan aplikasi MS-Excel. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi pemasaran wisata berbasis website. Website ini akan menyediakan informasi lengkap mengenai paket wisata yang ditawarkan, termasuk harga, fasilitas, durasi, dan destinasi wisata. Selain itu, website ini akan memiliki fitur pemesanan online yang memudahkan pelanggan dalam memilih paket wisata, memasukkan detail pemesanan, dan melakukan pembayaran secara online. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pemasaran wisata ini, diharapkan KM OVOLAUT dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi kesalahan dalam penjadwalan, dan memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang lebih baik dalam memesan paket wisata.

Abstract

Implementation of expert system for lupus disease detection at RSUD Jayapura City achieved 100% in functionality testing of 8 forms, showing a high degree of accuracy. The benefits include ease of diagnosis for medical officers and access to information for the public. Integration with Android platforms and forward chaining methods improves diagnostic accuracy, expands use, and increases effectiveness in early identification of lupus disease. This success demonstrates the enormous potential of technology in improving health care and the quality of life of the people.

Abstract

Network security at SMKN 8 ICT Jayapura City is very important to protect data and maintain smooth school operations. Cyber attacks such as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) are a serious threat because they can paralyze networks and disrupt the learning process. Suricata, as an Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), plays a role in detecting and preventing attacks by examining data packets in real-time. However, manual security management is a challenge, especially when attacks prevent remote access for remediation. This research aims to implement Suricata as an IPS to proactively prevent attacks, combining IPTables blocking with deep inspection of the IPS. With this solution, SMKN 8 ICT is expected to be able to reduce manual intervention, increase data security, and ensure network stability. Implementing Suricata as an IPS is a strategic step to protect schools from DDoS attacks and support safe administration and learning processes.Keywords: Network Security; Cyber Attacks; Distributed Denial of Service AbstrakKeamanan jaringan di SMKN 8 TIK Kota Jayapura sangat penting untuk melindungi data dan menjaga kelancaran operasional sekolah. Serangan siber seperti Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) menjadi ancaman serius karena dapat melumpuhkan jaringan dan mengganggu proses pembelajaran. Suricata, sebagai sistem Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), berperan dalam melaksanakan deteksi serta pencegahan serangan dengan memeriksa paket data secara real-time. Namun, pengelolaan keamanan yang masih manual menjadi tantangan, terutama saat serangan menghambat akses jarak jauh untuk perbaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan Suricata sebagai IPS untuk secara proaktif mencegah serangan, menggabungkan pemblokiran IPTables dengan inspeksi mendalam dari IPS. Dengan solusi ini, SMKN 8 TIK diharapkan dapat mengurangi intervensi manual, meningkatkan keamanan data, dan memastikan stabilitas jaringan. Implementasi Suricata sebagai IPS menjadi langkah strategis untuk melindungi sekolah dari serangan DDoS dan mendukung proses administrasi serta pembelajaran yang aman.Kata kunci: Keamanan Jaringan; Serangan Siber; Distributed Denial of Service
