This study aims to analyze the Quality of Service (QoS) of the internet network at Universitas Sepuluh Nopember Papua as part of efforts to support academic activities, particularly online learning. The network quality was evaluated using Wireshark software based on QoS parameters, namely throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. Data were collected through direct observation of network usage conditions, interviews with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) managers, and a literature review related to the TIPHON standards. The study's findings revealed that network conditions varied according to traffic density. During low-traffic periods, throughput reached 2.355 Mbps, packet loss was 0%, delay was 15.794 ms, and jitter was 8.329 ms, all of which fall into the excellent category. However, during peak hours, throughput dropped to 23.918 Kbps, with packet loss reaching 86.21%, indicating significant disruptions. Based on these results, the study recommends optimizing network infrastructure, increasing bandwidth capacity, and managing user traffic to ensure more stable internet service quality and better support for academic activities.Keyword: Quality Of Service; Wireshark; TIPHON AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan jaringan internet (Quality of Service/QoS) di Universitas Sepuluh Nopember Papua sebagai bagian dari upaya mendukung aktivitas akademik, terutama pembelajaran daring. Kualitas jaringan dievaluasi menggunakan perangkat lunak Wireshark berdasarkan parameter-parameter QoS, yaitu throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung pada kondisi penggunaan jaringan, wawancara dengan pengelola Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, serta studi literatur terkait standar TIPHON. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi jaringan bervariasi sesuai tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas. Pada kondisi sepi, throughput mencapai 2,355 Mbps, packet loss 0%, delay 15,794 ms, dan jitter 8,329 ms, yang semuanya berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Namun, pada jam sibuk, throughput menurun menjadi 23,918 Kbps dengan packet loss mencapai 86,21%, mencerminkan gangguan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, penelitian merekomendasikan optimasi infrastruktur jaringan, peningkatan kapasitas bandwidth, dan manajemen lalu lintas pengguna untuk memastikan kualitas layanan internet yang lebih stabil dan mendukung kegiatan akademik secara optimal.
