Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of the preparation of the right exercise program to improve the physical fitness of athletes through the application at the Banyuasin III Men's Volleyball Club. The research and development method used is the Borg and Gall model, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, tests, and questionnaires. The data obtained from the results of this study will be analyzed to determine the quality of developing an exercise program in improving physical fitness using an analysis of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results of the study concluded that the resulting product was an exercise program to improve the physical fitness of athletes consisting of 6 posts at each meeting and compiled based on input and advice from coaching experts, exercise program experts, and fitness experts. The product that has been created has been tested on a small scale with 10 volleyball athletes, on a large scale with 25 volleyball athletes, and has met the validity, practicality, and effectiveness tests. The implications of developing this training program are very good so that it can be used by athletes, especially volleyball and generally other sports athletes as needed.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat program latihan yang cocok diterapkan pada atlet pelajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Penelitian Pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Olahraga Negeri Sriwijaya, Sekolah Olahraga Negeri Sriwijaya memiliki atlet atletik dengan responden berjumlah 20 siswa sebagai subyek penelitian. Pengembangan model program latihan cabang olahraga atletik 7 siswa dalam kelompok kecil dan 15 siswa dalam kelompok besar penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan model program latihan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran fisik pada atlet, yang kemudian dipadukan dengan suatu instrumen melalui aplikasi tes fillit. Program latihan yang disusun kemudian di validasi oleh 4 orang praktisi cabang olahraga Atletik. Hasil evaluasi ahli, menyatakan bahwa program latihan yang disusun layak dan dapat digunakan oleh pelatih dan atlet dalam meningkatkan kebugaran fisik. Berdasarkan validasi program latihan oleh pelatih atletik persentase penilaian aspek dalam program latihan 79% terletak pada interval 71-85 dikategorikan baik. Berdasarkan Data kepraktisan dari respons pelatih dan atlet melalui jawaban pernyataan sebanyak 5 pertanyaan dengan sekala 5 Respons pelatih terhadap penyusunan program latihan tergolong Sangat baik dengan persentase 86,6%, Berdasarkan Hasil kebugaran fisik kelompok kecil diketahui rata-rata kebugaran fisik kelompok kecil sebesar 79 terletak pada interval 76-85 yang dikategorikan baik atau efektif. Hasil kebugaran fisik kelompok besar menunjukkan 1 atlet 6,7%) dengan kebugaran fisik baik sekali, 8 atlet (53,3 %) juga pada kategori baik, Selanjutnya terdapat 6 atlet (40%) dengan kategori sedang, dapat disimpulkan produk yang dihasilkan penyusunan program latihan peningkatan kebugaran fisik atlet dievaluasi oleh pelatih dan atlet melalui lembar kuesioner serta tes kebugaran fisik melalui tes filit. Berdasarkan evaluasi tersebut dinyatakan penyusunan program latihan sangat Baik dan layak digunakan secara massal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of applying the drill method with short serve accuracy and eye-hand coordination on badminton games. The method used is the experimental method with a one group pretest and posttest design. The subjects in this study were all 35 students of SMA Plus Al-Hannan. To take the sample using the test of homogeneity, normality, and hypothesis t test. in this study indicate that the results of the initial test and the resulting final test are normality and homogeneity tests, the results of the distribution data are normal and homogeneous. Then test the t-test hypothesis. H0 is accepted if significant > 0.05 and H0 is rejected otherwise, so it is stated that for hypothesis testing I obtained tcount = 14.738 with a significant level <0.05 so that there is an effect of drill practice on the accuracy of short serve badminton games for SMA PLUS Al-Hannan students. South OKU. Thus, testing hypothesis II, obtained tcount 22.148 with a significance level of <0.05 that there is an effect of drill practice on eye-hand coordination of students of SMA Plus Al-Hannan OKU Selatan. Based on the results of the research data above, it can be said that the drill method has a significant effect on the accuracy of badminton service and eye-hand coordination in students of SMA PLUS Al-Hannan OKU Selatan.

Abstract

Perkembangan peradaban pendidikan dan juga dan teknologi diharapkan bisa mempermudah. guru agar membuat dan menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan secara praktis dan efisien. Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan kesehatan ialah salah satu mata pelajaran yang bisa memanfaatkan teknologi di dalam proses pembelajarannya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui validitas, kepraktisan serta efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis android. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan  (R&D). Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran yang bisa dipakai pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani materi Pencak Silat Jenjang SMP. Penelitian ini divalidasi oleh 3 orang ahli dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan, hasil uji efektivitas pada penelitian ini menunjukkan angka 29,215 untuk T hitung lebih besar dari T tabel 1,690 yang berarti penelitian ini efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif peserta didik. Pembelajaran melalui media ini dapat diakses secara online dan offline.

Abstract

Since the spread of Covid-19 on a global scale, most efforts at the national level have been directed at mitigating the spread of the virus and physical harm, but little attention has been paid to the psychological impact of Covid-19 on mental health, especially in the early stages of the pandemic. This study aims to determine the stress level of prospective physical education teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The cross-sectional study was conducted using a self-administered online questionnaire. The measure of psychological distress was obtained using The Kessler Psychological Distresss Scale (K10). A total of 261 complete questionnaire results were included in the analysis. Male participants slightly dominated the sample (n = 171; 67.05%) than women (n = 86; 32.95%). Respondents were aged 18–21 years (mean 19.6 years, SD: 3.16). The results showed that the average candidate for physical education teachers at Sriwijaya University was at the "Okay" level with an average score of 20.02. Meanwhile, when analyzed based on the gender of the respondent, it was found that there was a difference in stress levels between men and women (F: 15,629; Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while the year factor and the interaction between the year factor and gender had no difference. respondent's stress level (F: 0.84; Sig. 0.433 > 0.05; F: 1.801; Sig. 0.167 > 0.05). This shows that the academic level of students has no difference in the stress level of the respondents, while the gender factor has different stress levels. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebagian siswa ketika mengikuti tes VO2Max meragukan keakuratan hasil pengukuran, serta guru PJOK kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan pengaturan jarak dan tanda dalam pelaksanaan tes tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan alat ukur kebugaran jasmani berbasis teknologi switch untuk mengukur VO2Max siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Tessmer, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes dan angket. Data dianalisis untuk mengetahui kualitas produk menggunakan analisis validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan berdasarkan saran dari ahli media, aplikasi dan materi. Produk telah diujicobakan pada skala kecil dengan 30 siswa, skala besar berjumlah 60 siswa, serta telah memenuhi uji validitas dari ahli media, aplikasi dan materi dalam kategori layak. Uji kepraktisan tergolong sangat praktis, dan uji efektivitas pada skala kecil dan besar dinyatakan efektif. Implikasi dari pengembangan produk ini dapat digunakan oleh siswa khususnya dan umumnya dunia olahraga sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of zigzag dribbling training on dribbling agility in athletes at the Ogan Ilir 32 football school. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method. The research design used was one group pretest post-test design. Sampling using total population sampling technique with a total sample of thirty people. The research instrument was that all samples conducted a soccer dribbling agility test. The results of data processing and analysis using paired sample test, that zigzag dribbling exercises affect the results of soccer dribbling agility. This can be seen from the results of data analysis through the calculation of the ttest formula with the criteria tcount greater than t table (14.28˃1.70) with a confidence level of 0.95 and the number of samples (N = 30), the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The zigzag dribbling exercise really influences the results of soccer dribbling agility. Based on the results of the study, the zigzag dribbling exercise had a significant effect on the results of soccer dribbling agility in athletes at the Ogan Ilir 32 football school.
