Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the effectiveness of the socialization carried out by the Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) of Bulungan Regency for the beginner voter group in the implementation of the Regional Head Election during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using primary and secondary data types. Methods of collecting data by means of interviews and secondary data documentation. The results showed the effectiveness of the socialization in the form of: Procedures and selection of objectives, utilization of resources, budget, facilities, infrastructure, integration and achievement of objectives, all of which had been carried out well by the Bulungan Regency KPUD during the covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion of the research is that the KPUD in disseminating the general election to young voters has been quite effective, both procedurally, technically and innovatively. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja perangkat desa. penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga hal utama dalam menganalsis data, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa kinerja Perangkat Desa Tengkapak secara keseluruhan belum optimal yang disebabkan oleh minimnya kualitas dan kuantitas perangkat desa. Kemudian makanisme penilaian kinerja Perangkat Desa Tengkapak tidak menggunakan prosedur atau indikator tertentu, melainkan ditentukan dari setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan sehubungan dengan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai perangkat desa dan dari tingkat kedisiplinan perangkat desa itu sendiri serta dari penilaian masyarakat secara umum. Adapun upaya-upaya yang dilakukan Kepala Desa Tengkapak untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja perangkat desanya adalah dengan mengikutsertakan perangkat desa tersebut kedalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang diadakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah yang ditujukan bagi seluruh aparat desa. Selanjutnya peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Tengkapak khususnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja perangkat desa antara lain sebagai motivator, komunikator yang efektif, evaluator, mediator, dan integrator. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan peran kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Tengkapak meliputi : terbatasnya pengetahuan dan wawasan kepala desa mengenai kepemimpinan secara teoritis, terbatasnya kemampuan analitik kepala desa, tingkat kesibukan kepala desa yang cukup tinggi, perangkat desa yang cukup kooperatif, dan adanya sikap keterbukaan dari kepala desa.

Abstract

Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with diverse intracurricular learning where content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. The independent teaching platform is an educational platform that can be used by educators as a medium for learning. The independent teaching platform is a driving force for educators in realizing pancasila learners who have various learning features. Based on various obstacles at Al Idrisiyah High School, including literacy, references, digital access, teacher competence, and time management, it is known that some teachers still rely on package books, both student books and teacher books as the only learning resource. While other learning resources are considered unimportant, it motivates us to carry out service activities with the theme of socialization of the independent curriculum which is in line with the independent curriculum launched by the Minister of Education and Culture in February 2022 as one of the Merdeka Belajar programs. The purpose of the socialization of the independent learning curriculum at Idrisiyah Senior High School in Gunung Sari Village, Tanjung Selor District, Bulungan Regency is to improve the quality of learning. The Merdeka curriculum focuses on essential materials and on developing the character of the pancasila student profile and is a step to transform education for the realization of Indonesia's Superior Human Resources which have pancasila student features. The implementation of the independent curriculum is a new thing, therefore Al-Idrisiyah High School continues to strive to equip teachers' knowledge so that teaching and learning activities that use the independent curriculum can later run optimally. In this Independent Learning Curriculum, there is no specialization program, so students can be free to choose subjects that suit their interests and talents. With this program, it can improve the quality of human resources. Because quality human resources can improve the progress of the nation.
