Abstract

This study aims to determine whether motivation affects the performance of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Bulungan Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Bulungan Regency, amounting to 74 people, and the sample in this study was 74 people using saturated sampling technique or census. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach. To collect data the researchers used interview techniques, questionnaires, observation, literature studies and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed by data processing techniques such as: editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating, and analyzed by means of simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the validity and reliability test of the independent variable data (X) with the dependent variable (Y), the questionnaire data used was proven to be valid and reliable so that no case data was excluded (excluded). The form of the regression line equation of the 2 (two) research variables used is Y = 14.318 + 0.261X. Based on the significance used in this study, which is 0.05, which is then compared with the significance value at the output, it can be concluded that partially motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a comparison of the significance value of 0.006 <0.05.

Abstract

Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan serta faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi di Desa Long Beluah Kecamatan Tanjung Palas Barat Kabupaten Bulungan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis data yang diperoleh di lokasi penelitian kemudian di interpretasi secara deskriptif dimana penentuan informan penelitian menggunakan Purposive Sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama fungsi menetapkan peraturan desa tidak terlaksana karena adanya hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu minimnya partisipasi dan dukungan masyarakat, kedua fungsi menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat kurang terlaksana karena masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya,yaitu masyarakat belum sepenuhnya memahami fungsi anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, sehingga dalam proses menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa terjun langsung ke tengah masyarakat atau masyarakat langsung menyampaikan aspiransunya kepada Kepala Desa, ketiga pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan juga belum terlaksana dengan baik. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa diketahui bahwa, pertama masyarakat, kedua pola hubungan kerja sama dengan pemerintah desa, ketiga pendapatan, keempat sistem pemilihan, dan kelima fasilitas operasional atau penunjang kantor.

Abstract

Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with diverse intracurricular learning where content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. The independent teaching platform is an educational platform that can be used by educators as a medium for learning. The independent teaching platform is a driving force for educators in realizing pancasila learners who have various learning features. Based on various obstacles at Al Idrisiyah High School, including literacy, references, digital access, teacher competence, and time management, it is known that some teachers still rely on package books, both student books and teacher books as the only learning resource. While other learning resources are considered unimportant, it motivates us to carry out service activities with the theme of socialization of the independent curriculum which is in line with the independent curriculum launched by the Minister of Education and Culture in February 2022 as one of the Merdeka Belajar programs. The purpose of the socialization of the independent learning curriculum at Idrisiyah Senior High School in Gunung Sari Village, Tanjung Selor District, Bulungan Regency is to improve the quality of learning. The Merdeka curriculum focuses on essential materials and on developing the character of the pancasila student profile and is a step to transform education for the realization of Indonesia's Superior Human Resources which have pancasila student features. The implementation of the independent curriculum is a new thing, therefore Al-Idrisiyah High School continues to strive to equip teachers' knowledge so that teaching and learning activities that use the independent curriculum can later run optimally. In this Independent Learning Curriculum, there is no specialization program, so students can be free to choose subjects that suit their interests and talents. With this program, it can improve the quality of human resources. Because quality human resources can improve the progress of the nation.
