Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of digital libraries as a learning resource in improving the quality of student learning at SMP Negeri 2 Seram Barat. This study uses descriptive qualitative research which aims to find out how the benefits of digital libraries as learning resources in improving the quality of student learning as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in describing the use of digital libraries as learning resources in improving the quality of student learning at SMP Negeri 2 Seram Barat. data collection techniques are used by observation, interviews, documentation studies, the results of this study indicate that there are problems in the use of digital libraries as learning resources in improving the quality of student learning

Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia sebagai negara bangsa yang memiliki beragam perbedaan memberikan penegasan bahwa warganya harus mampu hidup dalam situasi perbedaan itu. Dengan demikian Multikulturalisme di Indonesia merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapat dihindarkan. Namun, pada kenyataannya, tidak bisa di pungkiri wajah multikulturalisme indonesia hingga saat ini belum begitu baik dan kapan saja konflik itu akan muncul. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepustakaan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data teoritis sekunder dan relevan yang mendukung rencana penulisan. Akihr dari pengkajian ini yaitu Pendidikan multikultural memberikan pemahaman bahwa perbedaan merupakan kehendak ilahi yang harus kita syukuri serta bagaimana kita mampu hidup dalam perbedaan dengan semangat toleransi antar perbedaan. keberhasilan Pendidikan multikultural ditandai dengan masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan serta sikap yang diwujudkan dalam kehidupan yang toleransi tidak saling bermusuhan yang mengarah terjadinya konflik dalam perbedaan baik itu suku, agama, budaya dan lain sebagainya. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Multikultural, Kesatuan, Keanekaragaman Abstract Indonesia as a nation state that has various differences emphasizes that its citizens must be able to live in situations of these differences. Thus Multiculturalism in Indonesia is something that cannot be avoided. However, in reality, it cannot be denied that the face of Indonesian multiculturalism has so far not been very good and anytime conflicts will arise. The method used in this research is literature which is done by collecting secondary and relevant theoretical data that supports the writing plan. The end of this study is that multicultural education provides an understanding that differences are a divine will that we must be grateful for and how we are able to live in differences with a spirit of tolerance between differences. The success of multicultural education is marked by the community having the knowledge, skills and attitudes that are embodied in a life that is tolerant and not hostile to each other which leads to conflict in differences in terms of ethnicity, religion, culture and so on. Abstract

The development of the era goes hand in hand with the development of technology and information so that modernity can no longer be avoided in this Era of Society 5.0, so that people now only memorize Pancasila but do not understand the meaning contained in it, the purpose of this research is 1. To develop Pancasila values in the environment society in facing the challenges of industry 5.0 2. factors influencing the development of Pancasila values in the industrial era 5.0 3. inhibiting factors in the development of Pancasila values in the industrial era 5.0. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there are still many people who do not understand and develop Pancasila values in society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of implementing the Erkarara customary tradition in terms of citizenship education in Jerol Village, South Aru District, Aru Islands Regency. how is the Erkarara customary tradition as the civic culture of the Jerol village community. Data collection techniques are used by observation and interviews. The results of this interview show that the traditional erkarara tradition in Jerol village is a tradition that is carried out when there is a new house that the occupants want to occupy. This erkarara customary tradition is a tradition that has existed for a long time and is still maintained today This has become a culture in the Jerol village community. In this tradition there are meanings and sanctions contained in the Erkarara customary tradition, in this tradition there are also cultural values of citizenship, namely social values, togetherness values, religious values and moral values. This value is reflected in the life of the Jerol village community.

Abstract

The village head is the highest leader of the village administration. The village head election is a democratic party. Where the village community can participate by voting to elect a village head candidate who is responsible and can develop the village. Political strategy is a procedure used in the election process as an effort to obtain opportunities to get votes in the community. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is research that produces findings that cannot be achieved by using statistical procedures or by means of quantification. Qualitative research can be designed to contribute to theory, practice, policy, social issues, and action. Collecting data in this study using observation and interviews using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. This research was conducted in Waetele Village, Waeapo District, Buru Regency. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, namely: 1. The Political Strategy used by Candidates in Winning Village Head Elections. 2. Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors for the Success of Political Strategy in Village Head Elections. 3. The Impact of Political Strategy in Village Head Elections on Society. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1. The political strategy used by candidates in winning village head elections. 2. Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors for the Success of Political Strategy in Village Head Elections. 3. The Impact of Political Strategy in Village Head Elections on Society. The results of the study show how the political strategy for the 2022 Village Head Election is Waetele Village, Waeapo District, Buru Regency. The strategy used in winning the village head election is an offensive and defensive strategy. As for the supporting factors for the success of the political strategy are the success team, family, financial conditions and self-quality. The inhibiting factors for the success of political strategy are opponents and financial or financial conditions. The political strategy used by the candidates certainly has an impact on society, both negative and positive impacts such as friends becoming enemies and vice versa, loss of image and dignity which will impact on jobs and loss of harmony in family relationships. The positive impact is that the community will get a new leader, whose leadership is expected to bring changes in the village for the better.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the meaning of the cultural symbol lolik lalen fedak fena for generation Z, to determine generation Z's understanding of the lolik lalen fedak fena symbol and to determine the relationship between the lolik lalen fedak fena symbol and the development of education in Namrole District, South Buru Regency . This research was conducted in Namrole District. Primary data collection was carried out through interviews with a number of informants who were considered to be directly involved. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this interview can show that the lolik lalen fedak fena symbol which is a unifying symbol for the people of Namrole District has a very important meaning and significance for the life of the people of Namrole District. Where the meaning of this symbol is to unite the heart to build the country. The implied meaning behind this symbol is to remain united in heart, hand in hand, in building the country regardless of race, ethnicity, religion and culture. This symbol is a unifying principle for the people of Namrole, just as Pancasila is the way of life for the Indonesian people, the people of Namrole District, whose culture is still so strong that it makes Namrole District an area that adheres to culture and continues to maintain and preserve what has become the pride of the community as a community. rich in culture. A culture that both want to build without having to look at each other's backgrounds or differences. This symbol is present in the midst of existing diversity or diversity as a unifying symbol. Because the people of Namrole have the belief that without unity there will be no progress.

Abstract

Kemajuan suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Kualitas sumber daya manusia itu tergantung pada kualitas pendidikannya. Bidang pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang memegang peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan utama pendidikan adalah memberi kemampuan pada manusia untuk hidup di masyarakat. Untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran dibutuhkan rancangan tidak hanya pengetahuan tetapi juga sikap dan ketrampilan. Untuk mengukur hal tersebut guru diminta untuk melakukan penilaian berbasis HOTS. soal berbasis HOTS merupakan soal yang disusun bertujuan menguji siswa dalam ranah kemampuan menganalisis (C4), mengevaluasi (C5), dan menciptakan (C6). Kenyataan dilapangan berdasarkan hasil Wawancara awal dengan guru mata pelajaran PKn, guru tersebut membuat soal berbasis Hots masih dengan bantuan dari wakasek kurikulum karena kendala yang dialami yaitu guru tersebut  kurang memahami karena baru mengajar dan masih belum paham tentang soal berbasis HOTS. Guru PKn disekolah tersebut masih mengikuti arahan dari wakasek kurikulum untuk membuat soal berbasis HOTS dari level 4,5, dan 6. Dimana tingkat soal tersebut dari level rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Penyusunan soal di lihat berdasarkan kopetensi dasar dan tujuan yang dicapai dalam pembelajaran agar siswa mampu menjawab soal yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah medeskripsikan upaya guru dalam menyusun soal berbasis hots untuk menilai hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dan informasinya adalah sekolah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan sehingga tersusun rangkai sistematis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa upaya guru dalam menyusun soal berbasis hots untuk menilai hasil belajar siswa ialah dengan mengunakan startegi dalam penyusunan soal HOTS dilakukan dengan cara melihat jawaban pada setiap soal yang diberikan siswa apakah siswa mampu untuk menjawab atau  tidak karena soal HOTS memiliki tingkatan, dan untuk penerapannya dibuktikan dengan cara melihat jawaban pada setiap soal yang diberikan kepada siswa.
