Abstract

Kurangnya tertanam karakter tanggung jawab pada diri siswa kelas IV yang dibuktikan dengan ketidak tepatan dalam mengumpulkan tugas, tidak melaksanakan piket, dan tidak mematuhi tata tertib sehingga menjadi perhatian penting untuk memecahkan permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penguatan nilai karakter tanggung jawab melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian, dan dampak dalam penguatan nilai karakter yang berlangsung di SD Negeri 83 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yakni guru, siswa kelas IV, dan dokumen penguat pada penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penguatan nilai karakter tanggung jawab dalam pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila di SD Negeri 83 Pekanbaru dilaksanakan dengan mempersiapkan modul ajar yang mencantumkan nilai-nilai karakter yang hendak dicapai, melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dalam bentuk kelompok, mengadakan penilaian yang meliputi, penilaian sikap (afektif) dengan menggunakan skala sikap yang dilaksanakan melalui proses belajar mengajar di kelas maupun di luar kelas, sedangkan penilaian pengetahuan (kognitif) dan (psikomotorik) dilaksanakan melalui tugas-tugas siswa. Sementara dampak dalam penguatan nilai karakter tanggung jawab melalui pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila terdiri dari siswa memiliki sikap tanggung jawab, siswa peduli terhadap sesama, siswa menjadi lebih mandiri dan juga siswa menjadi lebih patuh.

Abstract

Student concentration in learning is very important for the success of the teaching and learning process. In order to train students' concentration in learning, a teacher must make efforts to train students' concentration. This study aims to determine the teacher's efforts and the impact of the teacher's efforts to train students' concentration in learning in class II SDN 177 Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection instrument techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher had tried to train students' concentration in learning. The conclusion from the research results is that the efforts made by the teacher are completing learning tools, designing learning media, checking student readiness, instilling interest in learning in students, using various learning methods, and creating a conducive learning environment. While the impacts include students who are more enthusiastic, more active and more focused and conditioned during the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi dan hambatannya pada pembelajaran abad 21 pada kelas II di SD Negeri 42 Pekanbaru. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan instrumen pengumpulan data observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer yaitu guru dan kepala sekolah sumber data sekunder rpp, silabus dan penilaian. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Dengan teknik analisis data reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Diperoleh hasil implementasi pembelajaran abad 21 pada kelas II di SD Negeri 42 Pekanbaru Pada perencanaan yang dibuat oleh wali kelas berupa RPP tidak tercantum keterampilan (collaboration), pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru tidak memfasilitasi siswa untuk berkelompok (collaboration) dan tidak mengoptimalkan media IT dalam pembelajaran, pada penilaian guru menggunakan penilaian autentik untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the principal's leadership towards 21st century learning and what the obstacles are at SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is Qualitative Descriptive with data collection instruments of observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data sources are school principals and teachers. Secondary data sources are journals, books and supporting documentation such as photos. Data validity uses source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. With data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the principal's leadership towards 21st century learning at SDN 161 Pekanbaru were obtained, namely, the principal implemented, a) Implemented a deliberative and democratic approach in the meeting decision-making process b) Utilized social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and YouTube c) Supported developing student and teacher creativity through various activities d) Routinely evaluating the performance of teachers and staff through supervision e) Holding regular training programs to improve teacher performance and human resource development.

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA rendah karena dalam pembelajaran guru masih menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional, yang menyebabkan kurangnya keterlibatan aktif siswa. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah dilakukannya penerapan model kooperatif tipe TGT (Team Games Tournament) dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas III SDN 48 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 34 siswa kelas III. Data dikumpulkan melalui: observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan setelah penerapan model kooperatif tipe TGT (Team Games Turnament). Rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 69,76 pada tahap pra-siklus, menjadi 72,65 pada siklus I, dan mencapai 83,81 pada siklus II. Selain itu, persentase jumlah siswa yang tuntas juga naik signifikan, yaitu dari 32,35% pada pra-siklus, menjadi 64,70% pada siklus I, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 9,1,17% pada siklus II.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe teachers' difficulties in creating science learning media for class IV SDN 001 Simpang Tanah Lapang, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data source used was the fourth grade homeroom teacher and the school head. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by Miles and Huberman are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research show that difficulties in creating learning media were found to exist, lack of teacher ability and creativity in creating learning media that can attract students' learning interest in accordance with the theme and abilities or character of students, lack of teacher understanding in making or using IT-based learning media, obstacles availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This shows that the creation of science learning media in Class IV has not been implemented optimally.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of deep learning-based practical work using simple tools on improving students' science process skills. The research method employs a quasi-experimental design with a one-shot case study approach. The sample consisted of 43 PGSD FKIP UIR students, with research instruments as observation sheets and questionnaires. The data obtained were analysed using prerequisite tests, specifically normality and hypothesis tests, including the t-test with a significance level 0.05. The normality test results showed that the data were normally distributed with a Sig value of 0.2 > 0.05. The hypothesis test results yielded a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The results show a significant improvement in science process skills, including observing, classifying, measuring, and communicating. In conclusion, students' science process skills improve when applying the deep learning-based practical method using simple tools.  These findings indicate practical potential that can be used to support effective science learning for prospective teacher students.

Abstract

This paper describes data from the preliminary research stage, which will be used as a basis for the development of an Elementary Natural Science Learning module based on the learning cycle 7e model integrated with technological knowledge. The development model used is the Plomp model, which is mainly focused on the preliminary research stage. Data collection instruments are interviews, questionnaires, and observation. The research subjects involved two lecturers and 51 students who took Elementary Natural Science Learning courses. The preliminary research that was carried out included the analysis of RPS, analysis of problems and lecturer’s needs, and analysis of problems and students’ needs. The results of the research indicate that based on 9 materials for Elementary Natural Science learning subjects, it was still found problems with learning resources, learning implementation, and teaching materials. In addition, 100% of lecturers’ and students’ responses dealt with developing teaching modules for Elementary Natural Science Learning courses. The research conclusion implies that the results of the preliminaryresearch can be used as a basis for the development of an Elementary Natural Science module based on the learning cycle 7e model integrated with technological knowledge.

Abstract

Science process skills are essential for prospective educators today, especially in the subject of IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies). The purpose of this study is to describe the science process skills of PGSD (Primary School Teacher Education) students in science learning at elementary schools. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method. The data was obtained through the analysis of student practical assignments in the elementary school science education course involving 113 students in the 2024/2025 academic year. The results of the study show that students achieved an excellent category in the observing indicator (89%); a good category in the questioning and predicting indicators (85%), planning and conducting investigations (80%), and communicating results (80%). However, students were only in the fair category for the processing and analyzing information indicator (72%) and the evaluating and reflecting indicator (75%). This condition is attributed to students not being adequately trained in processing and analyzing information, as well as in evaluating and reflecting on observational results—skills that require critical thinking to connect learned concepts. These findings indicate the need to strengthen learning to train students' critical thinking skills in science education.

Abstract

 This paper reports the implementation of character values, obstacles, and solutions for students, which is conducted at SDN 161 Pekanbaru. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the research include interviews, observation, and documentation. The research uses documentation because researchers conducted observations and interviews. Data collection tools used by researchers are observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the research material is checked by asking teachers and students about problem findings and further observations. The research results indicate that at SDN 161 Pekanbaru through the implementation of the character values of student discipline, time management discipline, the discipline of obeying school rules, discipline of behavior, and discipline of doing worship, which was achieved as expected student discipline character values.
