Abstract

This article discusses the learning difficulties in arithmetic operations of division for the fourth-grade students of SDN 84 Pekanbaru and finds out the solutions to overcome the difficulties in arithmetic operations of division for the fourth-grade students. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative research design. The source of data obtained in the research came from five fourth-grade students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research, there were validity tests and triangulation data. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research was conducted at SDN 84 Pekanbaru. The results of the research conducted by the researchers showed that there were some students who did not understand enough the concept of division as repeated subtraction, students who did not master enough the arithmetical operation skills of downward division, and the difficulty of the arithmetic operation of division understanding about the story.

Abstract

This article describes the inquiry method based on e-modules development and determines the validity of inquiry-based e-module development. The research described in this article is research and development with the ADDIE model, which was limited to the development stage. The validators of the research were tested by two material experts, two design experts, and two linguists. The data collection method used interviews, questionnaire validation sheets, and documentation. The result was e-module development based on the inquiry method process that began with the needs analysis stage, the curriculum, and the learning materials. Subsequently, the product design stage was conducted so that it could be continued at the validity stage. The development of e-modules on thematic learning in sub-theme 6 of theme 3 for grade V students of SDN 21 Pekanbaru could be applied as teaching and learning materials or student teaching handbooks. And it has found the criteria very well with an average validity percentage score of 95%. The module that was tested by design experts at 97%, material experts at 92%, and linguists with a percentage score of 97% were very valid to use. The researcher suggested that it is necessary to apply e-modules in order to determine the effectiveness and practicality in applying it during the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This article discusses previous research studies that indicate the benefits and advantages of using information technology in learning. The research is to ascertain elementary school teacher education students' perceptions of integrating information technology in learning. The type of this research is qualitative survey research. The research was conducted in the elementary school teacher education study program of FKIP Riau through data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The population in the study involved 72 elementary school teacher education study program students of FKIP Riau as a respondent in this research with a random sampling technique. The results of the analysis indicate that 81% of students had already knowledge about information technology, 77% indicates that they felt the benefits of information technology use, and 53% indicates they were satisfied with the integration of information technology in learning. Based on the conclusions of the research results, it is recommended that there should be variations in integrating information technology through various learning models or methods to make students experience more meaningful learning.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan tinggi terus berkembang, namun implementasinya dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di Indonesia masih terbatas dan belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu dalam memanfaatkan AI sebagai sarana pengembangan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan adaptif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi lima tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta perencanaan keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui webinar dan workshop dengan pemanfaatan tools AI seperti ChatGPT dan Canva AI. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test, penilaian proyek media pembelajaran, serta survei reflektif peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap AI, di mana lebih dari 80% mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan skor pemahaman setelah kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Selain itu, lebih dari 70% kelompok peserta berhasil menghasilkan media pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani berbasis AI yang fungsional dan relevan dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis AI efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan pedagogis mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani. Oleh karena itu, integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology presents significant opportunities to create personalized, adaptive, and learning environments aligned with 21st-century literacy demands. However, at the primary education level, many teachers still face limitations in professional competence when integrating AI into instructional media and learning tools. This community service program aimed to enhance elementary school teachers’ capacities in designing and implementing AI-based learning media effectively. The program was conducted at SD Islam Plus YLPI Pekanbaru and involved 32 teachers over a three-day period. The implementation employed Participatory Training and Collaborative Learning approaches through material presentations, hands-on practice, group discussions, and continuous mentoring. The training materials covered 21st-century literacy, fundamental concepts of AI in education, and the utilization of AI-based platforms such as Canva AI, ChatGPT, and Quillionz. The results indicated a notable improvement in teachers’ conceptual understanding and technical skills in leveraging AI to develop interactive, creative, and contextual learning media. Participants were able to produce digital learning media prototypes and integrate them into their instructional planning. Furthermore, the active and collaborative interactions during the training enhanced teachers’ confidence in independently adopting and sustainably implementing AI-based educational technologies in classroom practices. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) membuka peluang besar dalam menghadirkan pembelajaran yang personal, adaptif, dan relevan dengan tuntutan literasi abad ke-21. Namun, pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, masih ditemukan keterbatasan kompetensi profesional guru dalam mengintegrasikan AI ke dalam media dan perangkat pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran berbasis AI secara efektif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SD Islam Plus YLPI Pekanbaru dengan melibatkan 32 guru dan berlangsung selama tiga hari. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Training dan Collaborative Learning melalui pemaparan materi, praktik langsung, diskusi kelompok, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Materi pelatihan mencakup literasi abad ke-21, konsep dasar AI dalam pendidikan, serta pemanfaatan platform berbasis AI seperti Canva AI, ChatGPT, dan Quillionz. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan teknis guru dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang interaktif, kreatif, dan kontekstual. Guru mampu menghasilkan prototipe media pembelajaran digital dan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan di kelas. Selain itu, interaksi yang aktif dan kolaboratif selama pelatihan turut meningkatkan kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengadopsi teknologi pembelajaran berbasis AI secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas VI SDN 018 Koto Taluk Kuantan. Metode deep learning menjadi solusi yang paling efektif dalam mengatatasi masalah dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana metode deep learning dapat merubah sikap belajar siswa di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode deep learning dapat memancing rasa ingin tahu siswa, meningkatkan fokus belajar siswa, dan membuat pembelajaran terasa menyenangkan. Temuan ini sejalan dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menegaskan bahwa metode deep learning efektif diterapkan dalam konteks pembelajaran siswa sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan penelitian diharapkan para guru dapat menggunkan metode deep learning dalam proses pembelajaran di SD dikarenakan metode ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa.
