Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk Media Pembelajaran Statistika Berbasis Android Dengan Teknik Peta Konsep Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Statistika Mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development, R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Plomp. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan tahapan pengembangan yaitu pembuatan prototype (protoype phase) validasi produk Media Pembelajaran Statistika Berbasis Android Dengan Teknik Peta Konsep. Produk divalidasi oleh tiga ahli yaitu ahli Bahasa, ahli matematika dan ahli teknologi Pendidikan. Adapun aspek yang dilihat adalah Penyajian/ Didaktik, Kelayakan Isi, Bahasa dan Kegrafikan/Tampilan. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi berupa angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Diperoleh hasil validasi untuk produk Media Pembelajaran Statistika Berbasis Android Dengan Teknik Peta Konsep untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa program studi sistem informasi universitas putra Indonesia YPTK Padang adalah sebesar 3,75 dengan kategori sangat valid.

Abstract

Learning is the main activity of the educational process in schools that aims to produce behavioral changes. These changes include cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This learning activity requires active learning, participation and interactive communication between teachers and students. Learning activities are designed in such a way that they can achieve learning objectives, one of which is learning media. Learning media is designing learning and planning teaching and learning activities. The benefits of learning media clarify the presentation of material and information so as to clarify and improve learning processes and outcomes. This is a challenge for teachers to create fun, interesting and active learning and achieve learning objectives. Against new adaptations that must be accepted in such a way. Learning media that can be used by teachers is Kahoot. Kahoot is an online learning media that contains quizzes and games. Kahoot is also able to help learning evaluation activities become interesting, interactive, conducive and easy to monitor learning outcomes, so that they can provide and increase students' motivation and interest in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas media pembelajaran statistika berbasis android terhadap hasil belajar statistika pada mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang, Uji efektivitas dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil belajar mahasiswa kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain quasy eksperiment. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi yang mengambil mata kuliah statistika pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik data nilai hasil belajar ujian tengah semester statistika yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji T test. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu T test dengan hasil sig (2-tailed) 0,008 < nilai alfa 0,05 artinya bahwa nilai Sig.2 tailed (0,008) kecil dari nilai alfa (0,05) sehingga Dapat disimpulkan bahwa di tolak dan di terima, artinya rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata hasil belajar kelas kontrol.

Abstract

The Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach is one of the alternative learning approaches, the approach is very interesting and easy to apply, especially in mathematics because this approach refers to students' experiences and real or concrete objects. The goal to be achieved in this community service is to find out whether the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach can increase students' motivation and interest in learning mathematics. The material presented during the research is on the shape of the space. The sample in this study were fourth grade students at SDN 11 Kampung Jua Padang with a total of 28 students. The type of research is descriptive research. Researchers describe students' motivation and interest during learning using the RME approach. The results of this study are that the fourthgrade students of SD Negeri 11 Kampung Jua have very high motivation and interest in learning during learning using RME.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang semula bersifat Tatap Muka berubah menjadi pembelajaran yang bersifat Jarak Jauh dikarenakan pandemic Covid 19. Dengan adanya perubahan pembelajaran ini juga mempengaruhi media pembelajaran yang selama ini digunakan oleh para pengajar atau dosen, yang semula bersifat HardCopy menjadi bersifat digital. Hal ini dirasakan pada mata kuliah Statistika pada Program Studi Sistem Informasi Univesitas Putra Indoensia YPTK Padang, dimana diperlukan pengembangan media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Reseacrh and development sesuai dengan prosedur pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Plomp, yaitu Preliminary research, Prototyping stage dan Assessment phase. Pada penelitian ini menjelaskan tahap Preliminary research yaitu tahap awal dari penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep statistika pada program studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang. Adapaun analisis masalahnya adalah perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android dalam rangka penyesuaian system pembelajaran yang diterapkan karena pandemic covid 19 yang berbasis digital, dipilinya android dikarenakan mahasiswa yang merupakan generasi Z menggunakan 79% waktunya per hari dalam berinteraksi dengan smartphone-nya mampu menjadi alat untuk menyampaikan tujuan dari pembelajaran.

Abstract

Learning, which has been carried out online for the past 2 years due to Covid-19, has made the learning outcomes of calculus 1 students of the industrial engineering study program at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang not good. Currently, the Covid-19 chart is sloping. Learning on campus is back to face-to-face and blended learning. For this reason, researchers conducted research on the development of calculus 1 textbooks to increase understanding of the concept of calculus 1 for students of the industrial engineering study program at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. The purpose of this research is for students to learn optimally so they can improve their understanding of calculus 1 concepts. This type of research is Research and development research in accordance with the development procedure proposed by Plomp, namely Preliminary research, Prototyping stage and Assessment phase. This study describes the Preliminary research stage, which is the initial stage of research on developing a calculus 1 textbook. The calculus 1 textbook developed in this study is expected to be a source of reference for the main study of calculus 1 courses by students of the industrial engineering study program at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang.

Abstract

Community service activities are used to improve the skills of YTP-DZIKRA teachers in utilizing Microsoft Office applications as an effort to improve skills and add insight for teachers in an effort to improve the quality of education. . The problems faced by teachers at the Taman Pendidikan Adz-Zikras Foundation today are related to skills in using Microsoft Office offline and the lack of knowledge of using Microsoft Office Online in supporting academic and non-academic activities. Stages of Improving Teacher Skills in Using Microsoft Office at the Taman Pendidikan Adz-Zikra Foundation. divided into 4 (four) stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the program evaluation stage and the reporting stage. This service activity gave quite significant results which were marked by the teacher's habit of using and operating Microsoft office, especially Microsoft office word, Microsoft office excel, and Microsoft office powerpoint.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam proses bimbingan skripsi yang mana masih dilakukan secara manual. Berdasarkan hal itu maka peneliti mengusulkan pembuatan eskripsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa dan desain berorientasi objek dengan pemodelan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sedangkan construction dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan basisdata MySQL. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan ternyata pemodelan dengan uml sangat membantu dalam menentukan requirement dalam pembuatan e-skripsi, Sedangkan pengujian terhadap aplikasi yang dihasilnya membuktikan bahwa e-skripsi sangat membantu dalam memantau aktivitas bimbingan serta pendokumentasian data bimbingan di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Solok Nan Indah.

Abstract

The low ability to understand mathematical concepts affects the learning outcomes of information systems study program students in basic mathematics courses. This is because basic mathematics courses tend to be disliked by the YPTK information systems study program students at Putra Indonesia University in Padang. After all, they consider basic mathematics courses do not significantly contribute to their field of expertise. Students prefer courses that suit their area of ​​expertise. Basic mathematics is an abstract subject and is a difficult subject. Students have difficulty applying mathematical concepts to solve problems. The learning module is a basic mathematics module based on professional competence. This basic mathematics module connects basic mathematics subject matter with subject matter in the field of expertise, namely information systems. This research aims to produce a basic mathematics module based on professional competence in the information systems study program at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This type of research is development research(R&D). The stages in developing this basic mathematics module are the development stages proposed by Plomp. This research carried out a preliminary research stage. Experts carry out product validation. Our instrument is a validation sheet with a Likert scale. The results of the expert validation analysis from aspects of presentation/dictates, suitability of content, language, and graphics obtained an average of 3.39 with a very valid category, which means that the basic mathematics module based on professional competence is suitable for use in basic subjects. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents in Agam Regency in preventing bullying against children in elementary schools. Juridically, the state regulates that parents are obliged to maintain, educate, and instill good ethical values to children. On that basis, each parent is obliged to carry out their respective roles to develop children's potential so that children avoid bullying in elementary schools. This research departs from field research with descriptive research type. The subjects of this study were parents of elementary school students in Agam Regency as many as 79 respondents consisting of 60 women (mothers) and 19 men (fathers). The research instrument is a valid questionnaire on the role of parents in responding to bullying. The data obtained were analyzed using the percentage technique. The results of this study reveal that fathers and mothers have played a good role in encouraging the development of children's potential positively. Likewise with the item of equipping children with self-concept strengthening. Meanwhile, the item about parents' actions to provide time with children has not produced good percentage criteria. The wrong perspective of parents in carrying out their roles has implications for the non-optimal guidance, education, and guidance to children in terms of preventing bullying in elementary schools.
