Abstract

Pada era teknologi dan ketatnya persaingan banyak cara dilakukan orang-orang yang berkerjasebagai wirausaha dalam mengembangkan dan memasarkan produk dan jasa mereka, salahsatunya adalah dengan cara bisnis online. Salah satu online shop yang kini sedang berkembangadalah Zahra Baby Shop, yang menjual beragam produk pakaian anak. Namun, karena ketatnyapersaingan bisnis melalui online shop ini menyebabkan Zahra Baby Shop mengalami penurunanpenjualan pada tahun 2013.Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antaravariabel X. Kemudian apakah variabel X1, X2, dan X3 berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultanterhadap Y; dan apakah variabel X1, X3, dan Y berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadapZ . Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan programSPSS, dan dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden.Dari hasil penelitian didapatlah hubungan antara X1 dan X2 sebesar 0,122, X2 dan X3 sebesar0,406, lalu X1 dan X3 sebesar 0,442. Kemudian X1, X2, dan X3 terhadap Y masing-masing0,090, 0,204, dan 0,313. Terakhir X1, X3, dan Y terhadap Z masing-masing 0,402, 0,206, dan0,401.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stock trading volume, inflation rate and exchange rate on the volatility of stock prices in the coal, sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is companies listed in the coal, sub-sector on the IDX for the 2011-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The results showed that partially the volume of stock trading and the exchange rate had a significant positive effect on stock price volatility, while the inflation rate variable had a significant negative effect on stock price volatility. Trade volume, inflation rate and exchange rate simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price volatility

Abstract

The selection of appropriate learning models significantly influences student learning outcomes, especially in thematic learning. This research focuses on the application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve learning outcomes for third-grade students at MIN 4 Tabalong. The background of this research is based on the observation that conventional teacher-centered learning models during the pandemic led to lower student engagement and academic performance. A quantitative approach was employed, using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 24 students. Data were collected through pretests and posttests, analyzing the effect of the PjBL model on student outcomes. The results showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes after the application of the PjBL model. The pretest results indicated that 45.83% of students were classified as “very good,” and the posttest results showed 100% of students in this category. The Wilcoxon test further confirmed that the PjBL model had a significant positive impact on students’ learning outcomes (p = 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pacet pada materi perpindahan kalor bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan mendeskripsikan respons siswa terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri. Desain penelitian ini adalah randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pacet yang terdiri dari tujuh kelas. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari tiga kelas eksperimen (VII E, VII F, dan VII G) dan satu kelas kontrol (VII C). Hasil pretest dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas, sedangkan hasil posttest dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri pada materi perpindahan kalor di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pacet lebih baik daripada penerapan pembelajaran yang biasa diterapkan di sekolah dan hasil angket respons siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan inkuiri pada materi perpindahan kalor adalah positif.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan atas penelitian peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dengan cara pengolahan pisang menjadi stik banana rolls melalui program mbkm ini adalah 1) untuk Melatih mahasiswa agar dapat berwirausaha dengan baik, kreatifdaninovatif, 2) Untuk menambah pengalaman dan pengetahuan tentang berwirausaha, 3) Dapat belajar sendiridan mangisi waktu luang dengan kegiatan yang bermanfaat untuk masa depan, 4) Untuk selalu berpikiraktif, kreatif dan inovatif serta mengasah kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berbisnis sehingga memunculkan banyak ide-ide baru yang dapat menjadi peluangusaha yang menguntungkan.Kata Kunci: Pengolahan, Pisang, Wirausaha.

Abstract

Background: Education on disaster mitigation remains critically underemphasized, with existing pedagogical approaches often falling short in adequately preparing children for the realities of natural disasters. This gap underscores the urgent need for innovative educational tools that can effectively enhance disaster literacy among younger populations.Aim: This study aims to develop and assess an Earthquake E-Book designed to elevate the disaster literacy levels among children, focusing on its validity, practicality, and effectiveness as educational media.Method: Employing a Research and Development (RnD) framework, the study navigated through stages of problem identification, design formulation, and implementation, excluding the evaluation phase to concentrate on the developmental process. The implementation employed a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, involving pretesting, intervention (treatment), and posttesting phases. The e-book's validity was appraised by three expert validators, while its practicality was gauged through student questionnaires, and its effectiveness was measured using the N-Gain test on student learning outcomes.Results: The Earthquake E-Book garnered an average validation score of 85.4 percent, positioning it within the valid category. Practicality assessments reflected an 85.4 percent efficiency rating from student feedback. Furthermore, the effectiveness, as indicated by an N-Gain score of 0.74, was classified within the high category, signifying substantial improvements in children's disaster literacy post-intervention.Conclusions: The findings affirm that the Earthquake E-Book stands as a valid, practical, and effective educational tool in bolstering disaster literacy among children. By integrating this digital resource into disaster mitigation education, it is anticipated to significantly contribute to enhancing children's understanding and preparedness for earthquake disasters.
