Abstract

This study aims to define the rationality of stock prices and make the right investment decisions of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmaceuticals Sido Muncul Tbk shares (IDX stock code: SIDO) 2015-2019. This research employs the Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) method. The results showed that the stocks of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk were in an overvalued condition throughout the 2015 to 2019 period. Therefore, the right investment decision is to sell the shares of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmaceutical Sido Muncul Tbk if they already own these shares. Meanwhile, for potential investors interested in buying shares of PT Industri Jamu dan Pharmaceuticals Sido Muncul Tbk, they should adjust their investment strategy. The overvalued condition of SIDO's shares was accompanied by an increase in the stock market price. This situationfurnishes a positive signal that PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk has decent performance and virtuous long-term prospects. Hence, the shares of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmaceutical Sido Muncul Tbk are suitable for long-term investment.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan penulis, untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa serta mendesain pembelajaran yang tidak terpusat pada guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya lokal melalui penguatan pembelajaran berbasis budaya di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Program ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 46 Banda Aceh,dengan fokus pada pengintegrasian kearifan lokal ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan guru mengenai penyusunan materi ajar berbasis budaya, penyelenggaraan workshop seni dan budaya bagi siswa dan guru, serta pembuatan media pembelajaran yang menggali cerita rakyat, seni tradisional, tarian tradisional dan permainan tradisional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang pentingnya pembelajaran berbasis budaya sebesar 90%, serta peningkatan minat siswa terhadap budaya lokal. Selain itu, program ini berhasil mendorong siswa untuk lebih menghargai dan mempraktikkan nilai-nilai budaya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dampak program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat identitas budaya di kalangan generasi muda sekaligus mendorong pelestarian budaya lokal,mengembangkan budaya lokal,selain itu di dalam SD Negeri 46 Banda Aceh tersebut sudah menyediakan fasilitas tentang pengembangan budaya , pada hari kamis di sekolah menyediakan kegiatan ( sedati) seperti menampilkan tarian , menampilkan makanan daerah yang berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

The integration of chatbots and gamification has increasingly been adopted as a strategy to create more interactive digital experiences. Chatbots and gamification function as motivational tools that enhance user engagement, and their application has expanded across various sectors of daily life. However, further understanding and research are still required to examine how the combination of these two approaches can produce optimal outcomes. This study aims to address two main research questions: how chatbots and gamification can complement each other in creating engaging user experiences, and in which contexts this integration produces the most significant impact. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review approach using the Grounded Theory Literature Review method. Articles were collected from Google Scholar and Garuda, with search criteria focusing on the use of chatbots integrated with gamification elements in the fields of education, business, and entertainment. The selection process involved screening titles, abstracts, publication years, and contextual relevance to ensure that only pertinent studies were analyzed further.The findings indicate that the integration of chatbots and gamification can strengthen interaction, increase motivation, and create more adaptive experiences across various contexts. In education, this combination provides more personalized learning support. In business settings, it enhances emotional connections with users, while in the entertainment sector, it creates more immersive experiences. Overall, this study confirms that the integration of these two technologies holds significant potential to enhance user engagement, although challenges remain in terms of design and the sustainability of their implementation.
