Abstract

This study aims to define the rationality of stock prices and make the right investment decisions of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmaceuticals Sido Muncul Tbk shares (IDX stock code: SIDO) 2015-2019. This research employs the Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) method. The results showed that the stocks of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk were in an overvalued condition throughout the 2015 to 2019 period. Therefore, the right investment decision is to sell the shares of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmaceutical Sido Muncul Tbk if they already own these shares. Meanwhile, for potential investors interested in buying shares of PT Industri Jamu dan Pharmaceuticals Sido Muncul Tbk, they should adjust their investment strategy. The overvalued condition of SIDO's shares was accompanied by an increase in the stock market price. This situationfurnishes a positive signal that PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk has decent performance and virtuous long-term prospects. Hence, the shares of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmaceutical Sido Muncul Tbk are suitable for long-term investment.

Abstract

Proses ujian penerimaan Perangkat Desa Karanggondang yang sedang berjalan yaitu berupa sistem manual. Artinya dari segi proses ujian, berupa hardfile atau menggunakan kertas untuk mengerjakan soal. Kelemahan dalam proses ini adalah membutuhkan kertas yang sangat banyak serta kurang efisien dalam hal melakukan koreksi jawaban para peserta sehingga memakan waktu yang lebih lama. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut. Pada sistem yang dibuat, terdapat dua user yaitu admin dan peserta ujian. Metode Waterfall digunakan sebagai metode dalam pengembangan sistem pada penelitian ini. Sistem informasi dibangun memanfaatkan Framework Laravel dan MySQL database. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Ujian Online Penerimaan Perangkat Desa Karanggondang Berbasis Website. Dengan sistem yang dibuat, diharapkan mampu mengatasi kelemahan proses ujian yang berjalan saat ini yaitu menghemat kertas dan meningkatkan ke-efisienan proses ujian.

Abstract

The company's reputation is an intangible asset that is very valuable for public companies in the midst of capital market developments. Therefore, the implementation of risk management is needed to mitigate the reputational risk that arises. This study aims to provide an overview of the analysis of reputation risk management at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The results of the discussion analysis can be concluded that in the period 2018 to 2020 PT Jasa Marga has experienced reputational risk and has been responsively handled by reputation risk management. The existing problems tend to be related to negative publicity and misunderstandings with the media regarding news of construction services, toll road operations, as well as the extent to which projects operate and services are successfully implemented. Mitigation efforts in risk management as a whole intersect with increasing clarification, updating information, as well as building a communication network with the media, optimizing the role of the media, and building a media partnership network. The outputs of this research are the results of the Reputation Risk Management Analysis at PT Jasa Marga and scientific articles in national journals/seminar proceedings

Abstract

This study uses GCG self-assessment as a moderating variable to investigate how risk management, in particular operational, credit, and liquidity risk, affects financial performance. utilizing secondary and quantitative data from the websites of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and each Rural Bank (BPR) for the 2019–2023 timeframe. Purposive sampling was the approach utilized to acquire the study's sample. There are 17 rural banks included in the sample size. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and the SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool are used in research data processing. The findings of the study demonstrate that operational risk significantly and negatively impacts financial performance. Liquidity risk has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance, while credit risk has a negative impact. This study also discovered that while GCG self-assessment was able to moderate the association between credit risk and financial performance, it was unable to moderate the relationship between financial performance and operational risk or liquidity risk.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the investment decision-making process from being based on human analysis to automated algorithm-based solutions such as robo-advisors. This study aims to compare traditional and technology-based investment decision-making approaches among retail investors in Indonesia, focusing on adoption, perceived trust, and effectiveness of robo-advisor use. Using quantitative descriptive-correlational approach to compare traditional and technology-based investment decision-making methods, this study collected survey data from 120 individual. The results show a significant positive correlation between trust in traditional methods and the use of investment applications, although the adoption rate of robo-advisors is still low. The main barriers faced are low digital literacy and lack of trust in automated systems. These findings emphasize the importance of targeted investor education and increased transparency on robo-advisory platforms. This study contributes to the literature on fintech adoption in emerging markets and offers practical insights for fintech developers and policymakers.

Abstract

In early 2020, Indonesia, including the world, faces the massive spread of the Covid-19 virus. The spread of COVID-19 has prompted the President of the Republic of Indonesia through the minister of education to issue Circular Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in Emergency Times Spread of COVID-19 in a Circular It is explained that the learning process is carried out at home through online learning. This policy means changing the learning method from the majority of face-to-face to online learning. Online learning methods are new to all interested parties: teachers, students, and education management. This phenomenon encourages a study to be carried out that aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning at the Semarang State Polytechnic in achieving curriculum targets. This quantitative research begins with a review of policies and literature related to COVID-19 and online learning, which is continued by using an online questionnaire to collect data obtained from 643 student respondents and 76 lecturers in 5 departments and 18 study programs from 25 study programs in POLINES This study wanted to determine the effectiveness of online using El Nino from 1) Content, 2) Interface, 3) Feedback and assessment, 4) Convenience, 5) Interaction, and 6) Social Influence; research findings from the six variables obtained an overall average index. Which was obtained from the lecturers' respondents was 69%, while the overall average index obtained from student respondents was 73%.
