Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BUMDes “Sejahtera” yang tidak mengalami perkembangan dan kurang berkontribusi dalam menggerakan perekonomian masyarakat di desa Bakalan kecamatan Tambakrejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang diharapkan dari adanya pendampingan ini akan mampu memberikan perbaikan dalam pengelolaan BUMDes kedepannya. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan yaitu dengan PAR (Participatory Action Research) yang bertujuan adanya partisipasi dari pengelola BUMDes dan dukungan dari aparatur desa dan seluruh elemen masyarakat demi pengembangan BUMDes kedepannya. Metode ini menjadi Langkah strategis yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pemaparan terlebih dahulu yang kemudian diikuti dengan pengerjaan lembar kerja dan pengoperasi aplikasi dalam pelaporan keuangan BUMDes. Hasil dari pendekatan tersebut, terlihat dari kegiatan terakhir yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi kepada seluruh stakeholder BUMDes “Sejahtera” yang telah mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan pengaplikasian lembar kerja dan aplikasi Microsoft excel sehingga diharapakan memberikan dampak perbaikan dalam pengelolaan BUMDes. Kesimpulannya meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi SDM dan pemahaman standart baku dalam pengelolaan BUMDes dengan pendekatan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) telah mampu meningkatkan kualitas manajerial dari pengelola BUMDes menjadi lebih kompeten sehingga diharapkan akan mampu mengembangkan lini bisnis dari BUMDes “Sejahtera” di kemudian hari.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia for the 2020–2022 period. The sample in the research is the annual financial report of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk regarding financial position, profit and loss, and cash flow reports. The sampling technique uses non-probability-purposive sampling. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis, including liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The results of this research show that the bank's financial performance in terms of liquidity ratios seen from the Cash Asset indicator is in a very healthy condition, but the Loan to Deposit Ratio is in an unhealthy condition because it does not reach the industry standards set by Bank Indonesia. The solvency ratio seen from the capital adequacy ratio indicator is in a very healthy condition. The financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia is assessed using the profitability ratio seen from the Return on Assets indicator, which is in a very healthy condition. Judging from the Return on Equity indicator in the 2020 period, it is in a healthy condition, while in the 2021–2022 period, it is in an unhealthy condition.

Abstract

Desa Jamberejo terletak di Kecamatan Kedungadem Kabupaten Bojonegoro, dikenal sebagai penghasil padi yang subur. Namun, kekayaan alamnya tidak berhenti sampai di situ. Tembakau dan jati pun menjadi komoditas penting yang menghidupi masyarakat desa. Melihat potensi besar dari pohon jati, kami berinisiatif untuk mengembangkan keterampilan warga dalam menciptakan karya ecoprint yang unik dan bernilai tinggi. Tujuan utama program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Jamberejo, khususnya para ibu PKK, dalam mengolah sumber daya alam lokal menjadi produk kerajinan tangan yang berdaya saing. Dengan teknik ecoprint, kami berharap dapat membuka peluang ekonomi baru bagi masyarakat desa dan melestarikan lingkungan sekitar. Hasil pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan hasil yang sangat memuaskan. Para ibu PKK berhasil menciptakan berbagai macam motif jilbab ecoprint yang kreatif, semuanya terinspirasi dari keindahan alam sekitar Desa Jamberejo. Keberhasilan program ini membuktikan bahwa dengan kreativitas dan semangat yang tinggi, potensi alam yang ada di sekitar kita dapat diolah menjadi produk-produk yang bernilai tambah.

Abstract

This study aims to elucidate the impact of government spending, per capita income, and infrastructure investment on economic development in East Java Province. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data in the form of cross-sectional data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) website. The sample encompasses all districts in East Java. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression methods for testing purposes. The individual findings indicate that government spending does not significantly affect economic development; per capita income has a positive and significant influence on economic development; and infrastructure investment is statistically insignificant. The implications of these three points suggest that the government should adopt a more strategic and efficient approach to national financial management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of investment in the electricity sector in East Java using the Interregional Input-Output (IRIO) method. There are several data used for employment data, public income data and IRIO tables sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The electricity sector is one of the leading sectors in East Java, which shows that it is able to increase the development of the upstream and downstream industries in the electricity sector itself, both directly and indirectly. The influence of the role of electricity sector activities in East Java has made the government's attention to increase electricity investment after the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of electricity investment on other sectors in East Java occurred in the Mining and Quarrying sector in terms of increasing output and income, the Wholesale and Retail Trade sector; Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles in terms of increasing the workforce. In addition, it also has an impact on other regions that are the most dominant, namely in South Sumatra and East Kalimantan and the majority still affect other provinces on the island of Java.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine how domestic investment (PMDN), exports, and government spending affect economic growth. With data from BPS, the East Java Province is the subject of this study. Using the eviews application, multiple regression is the analytical technique performed. The findings revealed that whereas government spending had a favorable and very significant impact on economic growth, PMDN and exports had a positive but not statistically significant impact.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of three key factors that influence the level of labor force participation in East Java province, namely the female workforce, population size, and the female open unemployment rate. This research uses secondary data which involves collecting statistical data from official and trusted sources, such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other related agencies. Data analysis uses statistical methods and descriptive analysis to gain in-depth insight into the relationships between variables. Based on the calculation results, looking at the relationship between variables, it shows that the relationship between female workers and the female open unemployment rate is negative. Meanwhile, the relationship between population size and the female open unemployment rate is positive. According to the t test calculations, it was found that the variables of female labor and population had a positive and significant influence on the labor force participation rate. Meanwhile, the female open unemployment rate has a negative and significant influence on the labor force participation rate. According to the f test, the results show that the three variables have a positive and significant effect on the level of labor force participation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of the number of banks, distribution of funds, and sources of funds on the general performance of banks in Indonesia. The location of this research is Indonesia. The object of this research is to collect data on the number of banks, distribution of funds, sources of funds, and performance of commercial banks in Indonesia, taken from the Central Statistics Agency website during 2018–2022. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression test using the classical assumption test, regression testing, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it can be explained: 1) Partially, the number of banks does not influence but is significant on bank performance (-3.333 2.110; 0.004 0.05), the distribution of funds does not influence and is not substantial on bank performance (-1.992 2.110; 0.5063 0.05), and the source of funds influences and is significant on bank performance (3,440 2,110; 0.003 0.05); 2) Simultaneous positive and significant influence of the number of banks, distribution of funds, and sources of funds on performance (17.113 2.96; 0.000 0.05; 3) The bank performance variable has no relationship with the variable number of banks, distribution of funds with the figures shown being -0.753, -0.482 and has a relationship to the source of funds of 0.501

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of bad debt, liquidity, interest rates, and profitability on the financial performance of Indonesian state-owned banks. The data used are secondary data from published financial reports on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The population of the study was all state-owned banks, namely six issuers. The sampling technique used saturated samples so that the number of samples was the same as the population. The banks used as samples were Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Tabungan Negara, Bank Syariah Indonesia, and Bank Raya Indonesia. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The study showed that bad debt and profitability negatively affect financial performance. Meanwhile, interest rates and liquidity did not affect financial performance. Theoretically, this study can complement existing theories and be a reference for further research. Practically, this study can be used as a reference for banks in improving their financial performance.
