Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan softskill dan hardskill peserta sehingga dapat menjalankan usahanya dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, diskusi, games, penugasan dan studi kasus. Peserta yang terlibat sebanyak 16 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan alumni Fakultas Bioindustri yang terseleksi pada program pengembangan kewirausahaan tahun 2021. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan angket kepada peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan 90% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa kegiatan pelatihan telah menyediakan materi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan sesuai harapan tenant. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan 85% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa materi pelatihan disajikan secara menarik dan disampaikan dengan cukup jelas oleh para pemateri. Sedangkan dari segi waktu, sebanyak 75% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa waktu yang disediakan sesuai untuk penyampaian materi. Dari segi manfaat, sebanyak 90% peserta menyatakan mendapatkan manfaat langsung dari pelatihan, dan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kecerdasan tenant. Pada akhirnya, sebanyak 90% peserta menyatakan puas dengan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh tim Pusat Pengembangan Kapasitas Wirausaha Bioindustri (PPKWB).Abstract: The purpose of this training is to improve the soft skills and hard skills of the participants so that they can run their business well. The methods used are lectures, discussions, games, assignment and case studies. The participants involved were 16 people consisting of students and alumni of the Bioindustry Faculty who were selected for the entrepreneurship development program in 2021. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to participants after attending the training. The measurement results showed that 90% of participants strongly agree that the training activities have provided materials that meet the needs and expectations of the tenants. The evaluation result also showed that 85% of participants strongly agreed that the training materials were presented interestingly and presented quite clearly by the trainer. In terms of time, 75% of participants stated that they strongly agreed that the time provided was suitable for delivering the material. In terms of benefits, as many as 90% of participants stated that they received direct benefits from the training, and were able to increase the knowledge and intelligence of tenants. In the end, 90% of the participants were satisfied with the training organized by the Bioindustry Entrepreneurship Capacity Development Center (PPKWB) team.

Abstract

Utilization Compost of Durian Shell to Reduce Dose of N Inorganic Fertilizer in Green Cabbage (Brassica junceae) Production. The high public demand for organic products are not comparable with the level of production. One of alternative producing agricultural healthy products is using agricultural waste as organic fertilizer for crop production. Durian shell can be used as an alternative material to make organic fertilizer. The study said that the durian shell can be used into useful organic fertilizer for plants and improving soil chemical properties. Based on this potential, research on the use of organic fertilizer from shell of durian need to performed. The results indicate that the solid organic fertilizer durian shell contains 14.6% C- organic, 1.69% N, 0.16% P2O5, and 1:20% K2O. The research aims to determine the effect of organic fertilizer from shell of durian and test their effectiveness in reducing the dose of inorganic N fertilizer on growth and yield of green cabbage (Brassica junceae). This research was conducted with randomized complete block design at the Experimental Garden Trilogy University, Jakarta. Research in the field include the dosage of organic fertilizer (0, 10, and 20 t / ha) and inorganic N fertilizer (0%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the dose recommendation of 250 kg / ha). The results showed no differences plant growth in all treatments. Fresh wet of shoot in the treatment of 20 tons of organic fertilizer + 50% inorganic fertilizer dose did not differ significantly by treatment with 20 tons of inorganic fertilizer + 100% inorganic fertilizers. This result conclused the application of organic fertilizer durian shell is able to reduce the dosage of inorganic fertilizer up to 50%.

Abstract

Abstract: The business world changes from time to time from industrial revolution 1.0 to industrial revolution 4.0. Entrepreneurs must be prepared to face these changes. Therefore, the Center of Bioindustry Entrepreneurial Capacity Development (PPKWB) provided assistance and guidance to all tenants through a training program that was purposed so that tenants are ready to face change and prepared to make better changes for themselves and their environment. The methods used in this training were preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparations were made so that the implementation of the activity runs smoothly. The activities are carried out online with the Zoom application. The evaluation of participants was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The results were used to evaluate the implementation of the program by the team. In general, the tenants of the Faculty of Bioindustry had benefited from the training provided by PPKWB. Tenants are very satisfied with the topics given, the delivery method, and the general implementing activities process. The technical obstacles faced during the program were the timeliness of implementation, unstable network, and insufficient technical equipment for participants.Keywords: bioindustry; change; entrepreneur; tenant; trainingAbstrak: Dunia usaha berubah dari waktu ke waktu mulai revolusi industri 1.0 hingga revolusi industri 4.0. Wirausaha harus bersiap menghadapi perubahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Pusat Pengembangan Kapasitas Wirausaha Bioindustri (PPKWB) memberikan pendampingan dan pembinaan kepada semua tenant melalui pelatihan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar mereka siap menghadapi perubahan dan bersiap melakukan perubahan untuk diri sendiri dan lingkungan sekitar untuk menjadi lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Persiapan dilakukan agar pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara online melalui aplikasi zoom. Evaluasi terhadap peserta dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner dan hasilnya dijadikan dasar untuk evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh tim. Secara umum, para tenan Fakultas Bioindustri merasakan manfaat dari pelatihan yang diberikan oleh PPKWB. Tenant-tenant sangat puas terhadap topik yang diberikan, cara penyampaian hingga proses pelaksanaan kegiatan secara umum. Kendala teknis yang dihadapi selama pelaksanaan yaitu ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan, jaringan yang tidak stabil, serta perangkat teknis peserta yang tidak mencukupi..Kata kunci : bioindustri; pelatihan; perubahan; tenant; wirausaha

Abstract

Food Packaging Assistance Program for Tenants through the Bioindustry Entrepreneur Development Center Packaging is very important, especially on attracting consumer interest, so it needs to be adjusted based on market segments, because consumer tastes of products can be seen from the packaging. Generally, tenants already have packaging, but it was very simple, just mention the name of the product. Therefore, this mentoring program would increase awareness of tenants to make packaging based on labelling regulation for food products. The stages on this community service activity included provision of food packaging, presenting some packaging samples and assisting also giving consultation for tenant about food product packaging. This mentoring activity provided many benefits for tenants. There were 12 tenants participated on this activity. About 80% of participants got improve for their package, on design also information which required on the packaging.

Abstract

Interest-and-Talent-Based Method of Selection in Prospective Entrepreneur at the Faculty of Bioindustry, Trilogi University This program was aimed to determine the selection process based on interests and talents carried out by Bioindustry Entrepreneurship Capacity Development Center (called as PPKWB). This paper can be useful as a reference for conducting the selection process for prospective entrepreneurs in other entrepreneurship development centers. The selection method carried out by PPKWB consisted of 3 stages, namely proposal selection, interview selection, and psychological testing. The result of those activities was 12 selected tenants consisting of groups and individuals as well from 26 tenants registered and participated in the 2019 PPKWB program. The twelve tenants were divided into two, namely individual tenants and group tenants. Group tenants consisted of 2-3 members. The tenants came from several study programs consists of agribusiness, agroecotechnology, and food science and technology study programs. The focus areas of each tenant were food, agriculture, and cosmetics.

Abstract

The cultivation of carambola produced some waste that can be used as organic fertilizer. Organic fertilizer is useful to improve soil conditions and enrich the nutrient content contained therein so that it is easily absorbed by cultivated plants such as pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). The optimum pakcoy production is supported by good land management in order to meet the availability of nutrients needed by the addition of inorganic fertilizers and starfruit organic fertilizer. The study was conducted at Attaqie Farm, Tuban in November 2018 to May 2019. The experimental design used was randomized completely block design with two factors carambla derivated organic fertilizer 10 tons ha-1 , 20 tons ha-1, 30 tons ha-1 and inorganic fertilizer  0 kg ha-1; 50 kg ha-1; 100 kg ha-1. The results showed that carambola derivated organic fertilizer contained N, P, K, S, Ca, and Mg about 6.19%,  0.94%, 75.04%,  0.02%,  20.13%, and 47.23%, respectively. The dosage of 50% inorganic fertilizer and 10 tons of carambola organic fertilizer gave optimum results for the growth of plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, stem diameter, canopy weight, root length and root weight of pakcoy plants. Fertilization using a dose of organic fertilizer 10 tons ha-1 could reduce 50% of the need of inorganic fertilizer.Keywords: fertilizer efficiency, organic fertilizer, pakcoy, starfruit waste, verticulture

Abstract

Permintaan Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) setiap tahun terus mengalami peningkatan. Produksi kedelai nasional pada tahun 2006 mengalami penurunan menjadi 747 611 ton, bahkan sempat mengalami penurunan drastis menjadi 592 534 ton pada tahun 2007. Produksi mulai mengalami peningkatan kembali menjadi 775 710 ton pada tahun 2008 dan 974 512 ton pada tahun 2009. Meskipun mengalami peningkatan produksi pada tahun 2013-2015, namun peningkatan permintaan ini tidak diikuti dengan pertambahan produksi karena ketersediaan lahan yang optimal untuk budidaya semakin terbatas. Salah satu strategi untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut adalah melalui Pemanfaatan lahan kering yang luasnya masih cukup besar di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan budidaya tadah hujan serta budidaya jenuh air, penelitian ini dilakukan di lahan kering kawasan Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan varietas Burangrang. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dan dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Universitas Trilogi  pada bulan Maret – Juli 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedelai varietas burangrang dapat dibudidayakan pada lahan kering dengan sistem budidaya jenuh air dan sistem budidaya tadah hujan. Budidaya kedelai dengan sistem tadah hujan memberikan hasil yang lebih baik pada parameter pertumbuhan (tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun) serta parameter produksi (bobot polong/tanaman dan produksi per hektar) dibandingkan sistem budidaya jenuh air. Produksi kedelai pada sistem budidaya tadah hujan dan jenuh air masing-masing sebesar 3.02 ton/ha dan 2.52 ton/ha. Hasil ini lebih tinggi dari daya hasil varietas burangrang.Kata kunci: Budidaya kedelai, varietas burangrang, lahan kering, budidaya jenuh air.

Abstract

Universitas Trilogi memiliki visi untuk mencetak generasi teknososiopreneur yang unggul. Visi ini dicapai melalui program tri darma perguruan tinggi. Salah satu wujud untuk mengimplementasikan visi ini, Fakultas Bioindustri Unviersitas Trilogi di bawah Pusat Pengembangan Kapasitas Wirausaha Bioindustri membuat program pengembangan kewirausahaan untuk para mahasiswa dan alumni. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk mempersiapkan para mahasiswa dan alumni fakultas bioindustri agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan bangsa melalui inovasi dan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini yaitu penseleksian, pendampingan, pendanaan, pelatihan dan kunjungan perusahaan. Program di danai oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia. Hasil dan dicapai dalam program ini wirausaha-wirausaha yang inovatif dan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Pada tahun 2019, terdapat 12 usaha yang inovatif yaitu Biocraft, Moodup, Kinuque, Sooci, Mopizza, Isogen, Otel, Mapaya, Bunatea, Muma, Yoshee, dan Nature-B. Tahun 2020 terdapat 12 usaha yang inovatif yaitu Roti Karkus, Burgernesia, Pyong Ktichen, Bubbly Bob’s, Fancis Jam, Dalcomy, Vegefish, Albedo Candy, Yubbi Nugget, Indorice, Rainbowlu, dan Saritem. Tahun 2021, terdapat 8 usaha yang inovatif yaitu Roti Mila, Shicimol, Pudding Custom, Ngenyangin, Bakso Frozen Prebiotik, S-Hat, Dapur Kakak Gembira, dan Otakin aja. Program-program yang diberikan memberikan dampak positif bagi para peserta sehingga usaha yang dijalankan saat ini dapat berkembang dengan baik.

Abstract

The fashion industry is one of the creative sectors that has significantly impacted Indonesia's economic growth. During this pandemic, the Ministry of Industry held a training program to spur the competitiveness and productivity of the textile and textile product (TPT) industry so that they can continue to run their businesses amid the pressure of the Covid-19 pandemic impact. The industries must be more innovative to be competitive in domestic and foreign markets. In this study, purple sweet potato peel was applied as a textile coloring pigment, considering its novelty and innovation value. It is expected to be an innovation in Indonesian creative industry products. So far, in the realm of textiles and fashion, purple sweet potato peel has been used as a natural textile dye, but it is less popular than other natural dyes. In addition, in Indonesia, purple sweet potato is a plant that grows throughout the year, with high quantity production and consumption rates, so that the waste of it can be used as a natural textile dye. Abstract

Abstrak: Peran entrepreneurship menjadi semakin penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inovasi. Sebagai respons terhadap tantangan ini, kami menyelenggarakan pelatihan Way to Entrepreneurship. Tujuan pelatihan adalah membekali mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi yang juga tergabung sebagai tenant Inkubator Bisnis dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan esensial dalam kewirausahaan. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mempersiapkan diri dan membangun kepercayaan diri dalam memulai dan mengelola bisnis mereka sendiri. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam format workshop yang dihadiri 32 peserta. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan angket kepada peserta yang terdiri dari tiga kategori penilaian yaitu narasumber, materi, dan suasana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa narasumber menguasai materi, komunikatif, menarik, presentasi menarik, tepat waktu, dan memberi kesempatan diskusi dengan skor minimal 4,72. Materi yang disampaikan memiliki tujuan kegiatan jelas, relevan, bermanfaat, sesuai dengan harapan, cakupan memadai, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan industri, dengan nilai minal skor 4,66. Pada suasana kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta tidak setuju bahwa kegiatan membosankan dan kurang menarik dengan skor minimal 1,53. Selain itu, peserta juga setuju kegiatan banyak diskusi, peserta aktif berinteraksi, dan pelaksanaan tepat waktu, dengan skor minimal 3,91.Abstract: The role of entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly important in driving economic growth and innovation. In response to this challenge, we organized the Way to Entrepreneurship training. The purpose of the training is to equip Trilogy University students who are also Business Incubator tenants with essential knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Through this training, students are expected to prepare themselves and build confidence in starting and managing their own business. The training was conducted in a workshop format with 32 participants. The evaluation was carried out using questionnaires that assessed three categories: the speaker, the material, and the atmosphere. The results demonstrated that the speaker effectively mastered the material, was communicative, engaging, timely, and facilitated discussions, with a minimum score of 4.72. The presented material was clear in its objectives, relevant, beneficial, met expectations, had adequate coverage, and was in line with industry developments, with a minimum score of 4.66. In terms of the training atmosphere, participants disagreed that the event was boring and lacked interest with a minimum score of 1.53. Furthermore, participants agreed that the event facilitated ample discussions, active participant interaction, and was executed on time, with a minimum score of 3.91.
