Abstract

Based on surveys and discussions in the field with the manager of the "Basuki" Garbage Bank, RT 02, RW 08 Sinar Waluyo Housing, Kedungmundu Village, Semarang, it can be seen that partner problems: 1) Joint management of the "Basuki" Garbage Bank is still relatively short, so the management who new managers must learn from scratch in waste management: 2) In the operational activities of the "Basuki" Garbage Bank, new managers must memorize the many types of waste and the unit price of waste that is worth selling: 3) In recording the entry and exit of waste data, there is no standard and standard format , because it is still in the learning stage; 4) Members cannot see waste management data directly, because waste management data is only recorded in a notebook. To realize community service in training at the "Basuki" Garbage Bank the method applied is a participatory action review which is implemented through training with the following stages: 1) Basic waste bank data recording training using a standard waste bank format; 2) Software training for recording waste bank data; 3) Software training for preparing waste bank reports.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal system is one of the crucial aspects in human resource management so that the right decision support system is needed for effective decision making. In this study, researchers used a hybrid method by combining the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) methods where AHP was used to determine the priority weights for each assessment criteria. Furthermore, COPRAS provides employee performance ratings based on these weights. The results show that AHP and COPRAS provide consistent and objective assessments. Alternative A1 consistently gets the highest rank with a value of 100 indicating excellent performance. A2 received the lowest rank with a value of 88.801235174, indicating the need for improvement. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of employee performance appraisal systems with AHP and COPRAS.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system to assist in selecting the best courier service based on specific criteria. The applied method involves using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) combined with the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to ensure accuracy in choosing the criteria for selecting the best courier service. The criteria used in this research for selecting a courier service include delivery cost, delivery speed, number of branches, and service quality. The AHP method is utilized to generate relative weight values for each criterion, while the WASPAS method is employed to calculate the final scores for courier services based on the predetermined weights. The research results provide recommendations for selecting the best courier service. System testing results indicate that the AHP and WASPAS methods can offer more accurate suggestions in courier service selection, leading to optimal outcomes

Abstract

This research aims to understand the popularity of online food ordering platforms in Indonesia, although the data taken in Indonesian includes allied languages. This research combines the SWARA, WASPAS, and Social Network Analysis (SNA) approaches to achieve its objectives. The problem formulation proposed is how to measure and analyze the popularity of online food ordering platforms based on interaction data on Twitter social media. The SWARA method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation criteria, while WASPAS is applied to rank online food ordering platforms. Meanwhile, SNA is applied to analyze interaction patterns and user preferences for various online food ordering platforms. Twitter was chosen as the main data source because it provides direct conversation data and real depictions, allowing for in-depth and accurate analysis. Through Twitter, research can capture the dynamics of user interactions and how they communicate about various online food ordering platforms. This research aims to provide a strong foundation for decision makers in designing more effective marketing strategies and provide insight into the dynamics of competition in the online food ordering platform industry. The research results show that SNA-based analysis is able to clearly identify interaction patterns and user preferences.

Abstract

Persatuan Penyandang Disabilitas Indonesia (PPDI) Cabang Pekalongan terletak di Bendan Kergon Pekalongan Jawa tengah. Urgensi permasalahan anggota PPDI yaitu ketidakberdayaan secara ekonomi. Kendala Utama mitra ada tiga, yaitu: 1) Tuntutan ekonomi keluarga yang jatuh seiring dengan hilangnya sumber pendapatan yang diakibatkan oleh hilangnya pekerjaan akibat dampak perubahan fisik; 2) Keterampilan penyandang disabilitas dalam produksi kudapan belum maksimal, 3) Kemampuan memasarkan produk belum maksimal. Kendala lain adalah permodalan, keterbatasan ketrampilan dan manajemen. Maksud Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah pemberdayaan PPDI agar bisa hidup mandiri. Tujuan Tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Stikubank (Unisbank) bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kota Pekalongan dalam upaya Pemberdayaan anggota PPDI dan peningkatan ketrampilan produksi kudapan untuk memperbaiki kondisi sosial ekonomi. Manfaat PKM anggota PPDI bisa memiliki usaha sendiri. Metode yang digunakan pada PKM kaji tindak partisipatif dengan tahapan dimulai dengan identifikasi dan analisis permasalahan mitra dan menyusun rencana solusi. Solusi dalam menjawab tantangan keterbatasan keterampilan dan manajemen dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ekonomi tersebut adalah: 1) Meningkatkan keterampilan melalui pelatihan produksi kudapan; 2) Menentukan standar kualitas produk kudapan yang layak jual; 3) Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen produksi; 4) Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen pemasaran. Telah disepakati bahwa para penyandang disabilitas akan berusaha dalam bidang kuliner, yaitu memproduksi kudapan. Beberapa alasan yang mendasari pemikiran itu adalah: 1) Tempat berniaga direncanakan berupa gerobak sederhana; 2) Satu gerobak dapat menampung kurang lebih 20 produsen kudapan; 3) Perputaran modal dalam bidang kuliner diperkirakan lebih cepat; 4) Modal yang dibutuhkan relatif terjangkau; 5) Memproduksi kudapan diperkirakan lebih mudah. Target Capaian antara lain; 1) terpenuhi kebutuhan perangkat Gerobak sederhana untuk berjualan, 2) Ketrampilan mengolah kudapan 3) ketrampilan memasarkan kudapan yang telah dibuat. Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi percakapan tentang calon presiden dari data Twitter (X) menggunakan analisis jaringan sosial. Metode analisis meliputi degree centrality, betweenness centrality, dan closeness centrality untuk mengidentifikasi akun-akun sentral dalam diskusi tentang calon presiden tertentu. Dataset Twitter (X) diproses dan dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis jaringan sosial. Visualisasi jaringan dilakukan dengan Gephi 0.10.1 untuk memahami struktur interaksi antar akun. Dalam contoh studi yang memfokuskan pada pasangan "Anies Muhaimin," analisis menunjukkan bahwa akun-akun seperti @kba_news dan @PeraWat81282560 memiliki degree centrality yang tinggi, menandakan keterlibatan yang signifikan dalam menyebarkan informasi dan mempertahankan koneksi langsung dengan akun-akun lain dalam jaringan. Sementara itu, untuk kata kunci "Ganjar Mahfud" dan "Prabowo Gibran," ditemukan bahwa terdapat akun-akun dominan dengan peran penting dalam mengoordinasikan dan memengaruhi percakapan. Implikasi dari temuan ini menyoroti bagaimana struktur jaringan sosial memengaruhi penyebaran informasi politik di media sosial. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang dinamika interaksi antar akun dalam konteks kampanye pemilihan presiden, serta pentingnya pemahaman tentang pengaruh akun-akun sentral dalam mempengaruhi opini publik. Secara kesimpulan, analisis jaringan sosial Twitter (X) memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana informasi politik tersebar dan dipengaruhi dalam konteks percakapan tentang calon presiden. Temuan ini relevan untuk strategi kampanye politik dan manajemen reputasi di era digital.

Abstract

In the digital era, the popularity of music streaming platforms is important in everyday life. To understand the popularity of music streaming platforms, Twitter social network analysis was used with the SWARA approach. The SWARA method provides values for important criteria in decision making. This approach helps understand user perceptions of the platform and strengthen marketing strategies. The WASPAS method is used to solve decision making problems by combining the Weighted Sum Model and the Weighted Product Model. The main music streaming platforms analyzed are Spotify, YouTube Music, Joox, Apple Music, Langit Music, and Music Bagus. Data is collected from Twitter conversations to identify conversation trends and user sentiment. Social network analysis was carried out to map relationships between individuals in the Twitter community. Centrality metrics are used to identify key actors in the network. Thus, this research provides insight into the dynamics of the popularity of music streaming platforms and their influence on Twitter users and provides a basis for more effective marketing strategies in the music industry.

Abstract

Farmers often have difficulty in choosing the pesticides to use. Where pesticide products are very widely circulated in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but farmers often experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product. The inappropriate use of pesticides on shallots used by farmers can affect the yield of shallots. The WASPAS assessment criteria in the selection of pesticides on shallots consisted of price criteria weighing 40%, size criteria weighing 10%, area criteria weighing 30% and expiration criteria weighing 20%. The results of the recommendation for the selection of pesticides on shallots were obtained from the highest Q_i value. Of all the pesticides on shallot plants above, the highest Q_i value is Agrithane with a Q_i value of 0.897. Agrithane has the highest value because it has the lowest price where the price criterion has the highest percentage weight.

Abstract

Interest in buying a motorcycle is certainly caused by various criteria, from the criteria of brand, model, type, price, engine capacity, transmission, braking, year of manufacture and fuel consumption. Of the many criteria, of course, makes buyers get a variety of choices according to their wishes. However, in practice, there are difficulties in determining the criteria in the selection of motorcycles because many consumers do not understand the criteria for motorcycles. The weight of the assessment criteria for the COPRAS method for choosing motorcycles are namely price criteria weighing 40%, fuel consumption weighing 30%, engine capacity weighing 20% ​​and year of manufacture weighing 20%. The recommendation results from the selection of criteria for the Honda brand, type of scooter, automatic transmission and single disc braking, the recommendation results obtained are Beat Street with a value of 1,000, Genio with a value of 0.995, Scoopy with a value of 0.929, Vario 150 with a value of 0.866, PCX with a value of 0.812 and ADV with a value of value 0.796.

Abstract

Di kota Semarang terdapat beberapa perguruan tinggi jurusan komputer yang sangat kompetitif dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Dengan banyaknya universitas yang ada, sebagian besar lulusan SMA dan SMK harus pandai menentukan universitas yang baik untuk masa depan mereka. Kriteria penilaian meliputi akreditasi, jumlah mahasiswa, jumlah dosen, biaya kuliah, biaya SPI dan jumlah jurusan. Hasil rekomendasi pemilihan perguruan tinggi bidang komputer di kota Semarang didapatkan dari nilai yang paling tinggi. Dari seluruh Perguruan Tinggi bidang komputer yang ada di kota Semarang diatas, nilai Q_i tertinggi adalah UDINUS dengan nilai sebesar 0,955. 3. UDINUS memiliki nilai tertinggi karena memiliki akreditasi tertinggi dimana kriteria akreditasi memiliki bobot persentase tertinggi. Kombinasi keunggulan dalam akreditasi dan keunggulan dalam bobot memberikan UDINUS skor tinggi.
