Abstract

This research aims to recognize the influence of the transformational school principal style leadership and working’s motivation to the teachers’ of senior Islamic high school state in the South Jakarta which consists of 143 people. Because of the large samples which consist of 105 people, the writer uses Slovin formula in this research and the way of data taken is based on school unit proportionally. The research variable includes the transformational school principal style leadership (X1), Working’s motivation (X2) and the discipline of teachers’ dedication (X3). Then the writer uses questionnaire to get the data. This research hypothesis is (1) there is a direct influence, the transformational school principal style leadership to the discipline of teachers’ dedication, (2) there is a direct influence between working’s motivation and the discipline of teachers’ dedication, (3) there is direct influence between the transformational school principal style leadership and working’s motivation. The each hypothesis 1,2,3 are tested by simple regression and partial correlation. However, the writer uses the analysis for the next. The writer uses the survey as his method with the data analysis inferentially. The research result which is found is the first research result concludes that there is a positive influence between the transformational school principal style leadership (X1) and the discipline of teachers’ dedication (X3), with the coefficient iv correlation is 0.639 , on α = 0.05, and the determination coefficient is 0.408. It shows that 40.8 % of the discipline of teachers’ dedication is strengthened by the transformational school principal style leadership with coefficient channel 0.344 and correlation is 0.639. The result of second hypothesis concludes that there is a positive influence between working motivation (X2) and the discipline of teachers’ dedication (X3) with the coefficient correlation is 0.529 on α = 0.05, the determination coefficient is 0.279. it shows that 27.9 % is strengthened by the working’s motivation with coefficient channel 0.529 and the correlation is 0.529. the result of third hypothesis concludes that there is a positive influence between independent variable of the transformational school principal style leadership (X1) and working’s motivation (X3) with the coefficient correlation is 0.656 the determination coefficient is 0.430. it shows that 43.0 % of the discipline of teachers’ dedication is strengthened by the transformational school principal style leadership and the working teachers’ motivation with coefficient channel is 0.656 and the correlation is 0.185. This research recommends all the school principals to improve the transformational style leadership ability in order to do their policies and to improve the teachers of Islamic senior high school state ’ motivation in the south Jakarta in order to create the good and discipline work

Abstract

Penelitian disini bertujuan sebagai pembuktian bahwasanya pelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi untuk materi Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini lebih jauh ingin melihat kemanfaatan media yang digunakan dan kemudahan penggunaannya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran sehingga membantu siswa mencapai standar nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perkembangan teknologi yang canggih membutuhkan kemampuan siswa untuk mengelola platform teknologi informasi dengan baik dalam pembelajaran. Sedangkan kendala yang ditemukan dalam penelitian adalah adanya guru PAI yang memiliki keterbatasan inovasi pembelajaran PAI terhadap teknologi.

Abstract

The urgency of transforming Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in the digital era is increasing along with the widespread use of social media as an alternative learning space that is more interactive, flexible, and contextual. This study aims to map the trends and direction of the development of scientific studies related to the use of social media in PAI learning with a bibliometric approach. Data were taken from the Scopus database for the period 2015–2025 with 768 articles selected through a screening process based on the PRISMA protocol. The analysis was performed using R software with the Bibliometrix library and the Biblioshiny visual interface. The results show a significant surge in publications since 2020, dominated by social sciences and humanities disciplines, with the largest contributions coming from the United States and Indonesia. The main topics that emerged included digital da'wah, media-based Islamic education, and the religious identity of the younger generation. The novelty of this study lies in the presentation of a conceptual framework based on bibliometric data that integrates the mediatization of religion and digital literacy as an analytical lens. This research makes an important contribution in formulating the direction of digital Islamic education policies and opens up opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration for the development of an adaptive and transformative PAI curriculum in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

This study responds to the growing need to address students’ emotional well-being within educational contexts, particularly through value-based approaches such as Islamic Religious Education (IRE). Despite increasing attention to emotional development in education, global research integrating emotional management with IRE remains limited and fragmented. This study aims to map and analyze global research trends related to Islamic Religious Education and students’ emotional management using a Scopus-based bibliometric approach. Data were collected from the Scopus database and systematically screened using the PRISMA framework. A total of 4,368 documents published between 2014 and 2024 were analyzed using Biblioshiny in RStudio to examine publication trends, leading authors, influential journals, subject areas, collaboration networks, and emerging research themes. The findings reveal a significant increase in publications on students’ emotions over the past decade. However, studies that explicitly integrate emotional management within the context of IRE remain scarce. The field continues to be dominated by Western scholars and psychological perspectives, while contributions from Islamic educational contexts are relatively underrepresented. The analysis further identifies emotion regulation and motivation as emerging themes with strong potential for future research. These findings highlight the need to strengthen interdisciplinary and value-based research within IRE by integrating emotional and spiritual dimensions into educational practice. This study provides a comprehensive reference for future research and contributes to the development of a more holistic approach to promoting students’ emotional and spiritual well-being. Abstrak: Studi ini menanggapi semakin pentingnya memperhatikan kesejahteraan emosional siswa dalam konteks pendidikan, khususnya melalui pendekatan berbasis nilai seperti Pendidikan Agama Islam. Namun, penelitian global yang mengintegrasikan manajemen emosi dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam masih terbatas dan terfragmentasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis tren penelitian global dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam dan manajemen emosi siswa menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik berbasis Scopus. Data dikumpulkan dari basis data Scopus dan disaring secara sistematis menggunakan kerangka kerja PRISMA. Sebanyak 4.368 dokumen yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2014 dan 2024 dianalisis menggunakan Biblioshiny di RStudio untuk meneliti tren publikasi, penulis terkemuka, jurnal berpengaruh, bidang studi, jaringan kolaborasi, dan tema penelitian yang muncul. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam publikasi yang berkaitan dengan emosi siswa selama dekade terakhir. Namun, studi yang secara eksplisit mengintegrasikan manajemen emosi dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam masih terbatas. Bidang ini didominasi oleh para sarjana Barat dan perspektif psikologis, sementara kontribusi dari konteks pendidikan Islam kurang terwakili. Analisis ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa regulasi emosi dan motivasi merupakan tema-tema yang muncul dengan potensi penelitian yang kuat. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan perlunya penguatan penelitian interdisipliner dan berbasis nilai dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam, khususnya dengan mengintegrasikan dimensi emosional dan spiritual ke dalam praktik pendidikan. Studi ini memberikan referensi komprehensif untuk penelitian masa depan dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan pendekatan yang lebih holistik terhadap kesejahteraan emosional dan spiritual siswa.
