Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the teacher's strategies in improving interest in learning in the first grade of SD Negeri Cipadu 01 Jalan Mutiara, No. 71, Cipadu Village, Larangan District, South Tangerang City. This research method is qualitative approach, with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of research on improving interest in learning in the first grade of SD Negeri Cipadu 01 by inviting students to make observations and discuss. Provide time for students to ask questions and provide opportunities for other students to answer these questions. Teachers also use a variety of learning media and evaluate theoretically and practically.

Abstract

Seeing the education situation in Indonesia in the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of technology has a very significant role in connecting the interaction of educators and students for the distance teaching and learning process, we often call online learning (in the network). Currently the pandemic is a challenge in developing creativity in the use of technology, not only transmitting knowledge, but also how to ensure learning is conveyed properly. Educators need learning media to help the teaching and learning process. Technological developments have a positive impact on education, one of which is the use of Youtube as a medium of information. In this condition, Youtube can be used by educators as a learning medium. This learning media is packaged in the form of a video explaining mathematics material using conventional learning including material presentation, sample questions, working steps to solve math problems, and providing practice questions. The purpose of this paper is to use Youtube for distance learning and help students understand the learning material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Fiscal Decentralization and SILPA either partially or simultaneously on Capital Expenditures. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used as many as 17 districts / cities in the province of South Sumatra. The type of data used is documentation so that the data obtained is secondary data. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Fiscal Decentralization has a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditures (2) SILPA has a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditures (3) Fiscal Decentralization and SILPA simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditures. The result of the determination test is known that R2 is 26%. These results can be concluded that Capital Expenditure is influenced by Fiscal Decentralization and SILPA by 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The economy of the capital market country must be able to facilitate the development of the market economy and the private sector will be the vehicle for economic activity. In relation to the problem of economic development, improving the capital structure of the business world is a must in order to increase efficiency and strengthen the competitiveness of companies in order to face increasingly sharp competition in the era of globalization. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of the capital market in Indonesia using a literature study method. Sources of this literature study were obtained from various books, journals, and other references that can be used and related to the development of capital markets in the economy in Indonesia. Based on the research results, the role of the capital market as a source of corporate funding that has implications for the country's economy is not only an alternative but has been able to become the main source of funding.

Abstract

Lifestyle is currently one of the main highlights, many people adopt a consumptive or excessive lifestyle. This research aims to discuss a simple lifestyle based on hadith. This research uses a type of qualitative research, namely the hadith thematic method. The formal object of this research is the understanding and urgency of a simple lifestyle which is grouped based on hadith themes. Meanwhile, the material objects in this research are a simple lifestyle and consumer behavior. The discussion in this research explains that a good life is a life that applies simplicity. The conclusion of this research is that a simple lifestyle is highly recommended by the Prophet and Allah does not like people who behave consumptive or wasteful. By behaving simply, you will get many benefits.

Abstract

Curriculum management plays a crucial role in enhancing teacher performance, ultimately contributing to the overall quality of education. Based on various sources, effective curriculum management encompasses planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation of the curriculum. Proper implementation of these aspects has been proven to positively influence teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. Research indicates that curriculum management can improve teachers' abilities in managing learning, understanding student characteristics, and applying diverse teaching strategies. Additionally, teacher commitment and pedagogical competence are significant supporting factors. The combination of optimal curriculum management and professional teacher performance can enhance student learning outcomes and overall educational quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam pengaruh faktor eksternal sosial dan budaya terhadap pengembangan organisasi sekolah, khususnya menurut pandangan tenaga administrasi pendidikan di SDN 16 Sungai Durian Kabupaten Solok. Kajian ini berangkat dari pemahaman bahwa lingkungan sosial dan budaya memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan sistem manajemen dan administrasi pendidikan di tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam terhadap tenaga administrasi, guru, serta kepala sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara interaktif melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial, seperti tingkat partisipasi masyarakat, kondisi sosial ekonomi, dan hubungan antarpemangku kepentingan, berpengaruh besar terhadap efektivitas administrasi sekolah. Dukungan sosial yang kuat mendorong terbangunnya komunikasi yang harmonis serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan pendidikan. Sementara itu, faktor budaya seperti nilai gotong royong, religiusitas, dan kearifan lokal Minangkabau menjadi landasan moral dalam pelaksanaan tugas-tugas administrasi dan pembentukan budaya kerja organisasi yang positif. Integrasi nilai budaya lokal ke dalam kebijakan dan praktik administrasi terbukti meningkatkan rasa memiliki, kedisiplinan, serta solidaritas antarwarga sekolah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pengembangan organisasi sekolah di SDN 16 Sungai Durian sangat bergantung pada kemampuan tenaga administrasi dalam memahami, mengelola, dan mengintegrasikan faktor sosial serta budaya lokal ke dalam sistem kerja organisasi pendidikan secara adaptif dan berkelanjutan
