The online learning process is considered a new challenge in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, especially in the midst of a pandemic like today. This is related to the current condition of Indonesia in the midst of the Covid-19 virus outbreak where students are required to study at home. Digital-based learning models have been massively maximized in almost all of Indonesia during the pandemic. The purpose of this research is to analyze the digital-based learning model due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the online class of the Tourism Vocational School in Bandung Raya. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive study analysis of data in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study are expected to be able to answer the problems of this research which includes the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 virus pandemic.

This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of the characteristics and ways to develop quality HOT (Higher Order Thinking) questions, provide direct experience in transforming ordinary questions into HOT questions and in developing HOT questions for students. Tourism teacher at SMK in West Bandung Regency. The target of PPM is vocational tourism teachers in West Bandung Regency who were selected by random sampling, meaning that one teacher is selected from several tourism teachers in each Vocational School in West Bandung Regency. PPM will be held on Friday 03 September 2021 at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang with lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods on issues related to developing HOT questions, as well as practice converting LOTS questions into HOT. responsibility in a row in the categories of good, very good, and good. The assessment of mastery of HOT questions through independent assignments changes the MANY questions into HOT questions. In general, this PPM activity was successful and on target, as evidenced by the participants who were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity from beginning to end and all participants stated that the PPM activity was beneficial. It is hoped that the participants who attend the activity can share knowledge with other teachers at their school or even other schools

Online learning during this Covid-19 Pandemic faces various obstacles, the lack of supporting internet network facilities in each area, and the lack of teaching materials, especially in digital modules, it gives teachers more assignments than providing learning materials in class. This phenomenon must be addressed immediately by creating an Android-based digital module that was used during classroom learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE (Analyze – Design – Development – Implementation – Evaluation) model. This Android-Based Interactive E-Module learning media can be used offline, designed and developed using software to convert word files into ePub extension files. This media consists of concept maps, material descriptions, learning videos, and interactive quizzes packed all in one form, hoping that students can be more active in the learning process in class. This discovery is expected to answer the goals of this research, which include creating digital e-modules in the front office learning at tourism schools

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak mendorong para pelaku usaha pariwisata untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19. Penyesuaian pelayanan prima dalam industri pariwisata sangat dibutuhkan di era new normal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merancang upaya peningkatan kapasitas pelayanan prima di era new normal dan implementasinya. Untuk menunjang tujuan tersebut, maka tujuan lainnya yaitu mengidentifikasi persepsi guru sekolah menengah kejuruan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di SMKN 2 Pangandaran menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode action research. Tahapan kegiatan ini mencakup persiapan, inisiasi, implementasi, dan sosialisasi program. Hasil kegiatan focus group discussion dengan guru-guru sekolah menengah kejuruan menunjukan bahwa persepsi guru sekolah menengah kejuruan mendukung dalam penyusunan panduan pelayanan prima di era new normal, hal tersebut diindikasikan oleh terbatasnya bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini. Luaran dari kegiatan focus group discussion berupa media pembelajaran buku saku dan video tentang pelayanan prima di era new normal. Sosialisasi program pengabdian dilakukan di SMKN 2 Pangandaran melalui simulasi sesuai jurusan yang ada yaitu perhotelan, tata boga, dan usaha perjalanan wisata.

Desa Kertarahayu merupakan salah satu desa yang bertempat di Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Desa ini merupakan desa wisata yang berada di tengah kota besar seperti Kota Bekasi. Dengan letak geografisnya, desa ini memiliki suatu keunikan karena tidak adanya lahan desa yang dibangun sebagai perumahan. Untuk membantu memajukan perekonomian desa dengan lahan yang strategis, Desa Kertarahayu memiliki UMKM yang dikelola oleh masyarakatnya terutama ibu-ibu PKK. Produk yang dikeluarkan pun beragam. Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan pembahasan mengenai pemahaman pentingnya kemasan serta cara pengembangannya untuk meningkatkan potensi atau mutu produk UMKM di Desa Kertarahayu. Dijelaskan juga mengenai SDG’S Desa dan hubungannya dengan pengembangan UMKM. Pengadaan kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menyadarkan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kemasan dan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap daya saing global juga mutu produk UMKM khususnya di Desa Kertarahayu.

Permasalahan dan tantangan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra yang siap untuk bersaing dalam melayani wisatawan dapat dilakukan melalui interpretasi seni budaya. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi seni budaya sebagai daya tarik wisata sehingga dapat menunjang dalam perancangan media interpretasinya. Kajian dilakukan selama enam bulan di Desa Lamajang dengan Pokdarwis Suryaloka sebagai mitranya. Pendekatan kegiatan menggunakan metode penyuluhan berupa transfer ilmua pengetahuan kepada mitra dan pendampingan. Data primer didapatkan melalui obervasi, focus group discussion, dan wawancara, sementara data sekunder didapatkan melalui beberapa dokumen penelitian terdahulu, situs web, dan dokumen kebijakan. Analisis data kualitatif deskriptif menjadi metode analisis pada kajian ini. Hasil kajian menemukan bahwa adanya warisan budaya takbenda dilamajang menjadi sumber bagi rancangan tata kehidupan Desa Lamajang. Empat tahapan dalam tata kehidupan Desa Lamajang meliputi tahapan kelahiran, anak-anak, remaja, dan dewasa. Setiap tahapan memiliki makna seni dan budaya yang unik dan bermakna bagi masyarakat Desa Lamajang. Interpretasi tata kehidupan Desa Lamajang melalui media visual berpeluang memberikan edukasi selain bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung maupun bagi masyarakat Desa Lamajang.

One of the industries that were highly impacted by Covid 19 pandemic is tourism. This requires adaptive measures and recovery strategies in order to survive. Among tourism activities that were considered attractive during the pandemic is camping, therefore camping destination managers are required to increase their competitive advantage to win the competition. The purpose of this study is twofold; first is to obtain findings on which attributes of camping are considered most important and second is to obtain findings on which camping attributes give the most experience to the tourists. The method employs in this study is determinant-relevance analysis while the object is three camping sites in Bandung Regency that is Ranca Upas, Batu Kuda, and Ranca Cangkuang. The result of the study shows that camping atmosphere is the most important attribute of camping site choice and is the attribute that gives the most experience to the tourists. Thus, managers need to highlight on the attribute in their promotion activities to gain more visits.

Branding UMKM merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam memulai sebuah bisnis. Dengan adanya branding UMKM dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan daya tarik pada konsumen. Branding UMKM dengan cara memberikan logo yang memiliki makna, membuatkan media sosial, membuat website pada UMKM dengan cara seperti ini dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat. Logo dalam UMKM juga sangat penting tujuannya yaitu agar penjual memiliki merek atau brand sendiri dan juga dengan adanya logo produk yang dijual dapat dikenal oleh kalangan masyarakat. Dalam membranding pada UMKM diperlukan pembuatan konten pada UMKM, pembuatan media sosial UMKM, Website UMKM dan pebuatan logo baru pada UMKM maka dari itu UMKM yang berada di Desa Kertarahayu Kabupaten Bekasi dapat memaksimalkan penjualan dan memperkenalkan produk tersebut. Problems related to changes in the structure of employment opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the existence of competency gaps faced by vocational schools in the field of tourism today. The SMK revitalization program that is currently running has a very important role as an effort to prepare SMK graduates to become skilled workers who are ready to work in various economic sectors such as agriculture, industry, tourism, and even the creative economy. This program also answers problems related to the preparation of superior human resources to process economic potential spread throughout Indonesia. The Teaching Factory is part of ten steps to revitalize vocational schools launched by the government, but it feels not optimal. This phenomenon arises so that vocational schools in the tourism sector can implement teaching factory programs in accordance with project-based learning. The research method uses a quantitative approach with secondary data collection techniques such as questionnaires and interviews. In addition, data collection in the form of tourism education curriculum is a source of data in primary data collection techniques. The analysis method uses quantitative content, exploratory, and descriptive analysis. The findings are expected to be able to answer the targets of this study which includes identifying the distribution of the SMK Tourism teaching factory management program in Bandung City based on project based learning to increase entrepreneurial interest of SMK students.

Kualitas pendidikan di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Bandung Raya mampu ditunjang dengan kualitas penelitian yang dilakukan oleh guru. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk merancang model kanvas penelitian tindakan kelas dan mengimplementasikannya kepada guru SMK di wilayah Bandung Raya. Metode menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian tindakan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama empat bulan dan terbagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada guru SMK di wilayah Bandung Raya dan fokus grup terpumpun. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan rancangan model kanvas penelitian tindakan kelas yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru SMK. Selain itu, dilakukan juga pendampingan mengidentifikasi indikator-indikator dari model kanvas penelitian tindakan kelas bagi guru SMK di wilayah Bandung Raya. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada inovasi penelitian tindakan kelas melalui model kanvas dan dapat dipergunakan bagi guru maupun mahasiswa pada skala regional dan nasional
