Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide an understanding of how to determine the basic production price of cow's milk products for dairy farmers in Pengalengan and to provide an understanding of marketing strategies for cow's milk products for dairy farmers in Pengalengan. The method used is interactive where the speaker and participants ask each other questions and answers regarding the counseling given. The result of this community service is that the participants understand how to calculate the cost of production for goods and services sold in the form of cow's milk and agricultural products such as potatoes and vegetables. The implication of this community service is the application of the correct calculation of the cost of production for livestock breeders and farmers in canning so as to produce competitive selling prices.

Abstract

Bahasa Arab memiliki keterkaitan yang sangat erat dengan bangsa Indonesia sejak agama Islam masuk ke negeri ini. Bahasa Arab digunakan untuk berdoa, beribadah dan memperdalam pengetahuan mereka tentang Islam. Pengaruh bahasa Arab demikian kentalnya dengan bangsa Indonesia, ia digunakan untuk dapat memahami dan menguasai ajaran Agama Islam, mengingat bahasa Arab adalah bahasa yang digunakan dalam teks-teks primer umat Islam yaitu Alqur'an dan hadits maupun teks-teks skunder seperti fiqh, akhlaq dan sebagainya serta ilmu pengetahuan lainnya. Dengan demikian untuk dapat membaca dan memahami literature bahasa Arab setidaknya harus menguasai ilmu-ilmu yang mendukung yaitu Ilmu Nahwu dan Sharaf dan juga menguasai mufrodat sehingga dapat membantu pembaca untuk mengerti tentang isi teks yang sedang dibacanya.

Abstract

PT Indo Muro Kencana (PT. IMK) adalah sebuah perusahaan pertambangan mineral yang beroperasi di wilayah Kabupaten Murung Raya, Kalimantan Tengah. Aktifitas operasional yang kompleks memerlukan penyediaan peralatan alat berat sebagai alat penambangan, bahan baku, suku cadang, dan peralatan penunjang lainnya. Selama proses produksi berlangsung, PT. IMK belum melakukan pengukuran evaluasi kinerja SCM menyeluruh yang mengakibatkan kinerja pengelolaan rantai pasok tidak diketahui dengan tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja pengelolaan rantai pasok di PT. IMK pada tiap bagian rantai pasok sehingga diperoleh rekomedasi perbaikan terhadap setiap masalah yang ada. Pengukuran kinerja pengelolaan rantai pasok dilakukan menggunakan model SCOR dengan metode AHP. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai akhir kinerja pengelolaan rantai pasok yaitu 79.66 dengan kategori baik dan OnTime Delivery di kategori rata-rata yaitu 55.62, dan. Terdapat satu indikator dengan nilai 44.91 yaitu PO cycle time harus segera dilakukan perbaikan karena indikator kinerja ini masuk kategori marjinal atau kurang baik.

Abstract

Dalam Bahasa Arab ada yang disebut dengan Fannul Khitobah yaitu seni pidato atau berbicara, didalam seni pidato atau berbicara dikenal dengan adanya retorika. Dalam perkembangannya, retorika disebut dengan seni berbicara dihadapan umum atau ucapan untuk menciptakan kesan yang di inginkan. Pendakwah akan diterima dakwahnya apabila penda’i dapat memilih kata atau kalimat dalam berdakwah agar rapih dan tidak menyinggung dan nantinya dapat dimengerti dan juga dapat di terima oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu retorika di gunakan sebagai ilmu untuk memandu dan membimbing seorang da’i agar dapat merancang dan menampilkan kata dengan baik memiliki sopan santun dan pesannya mampu tersampaikan dan dapat diingat secara pokok supaya bias di terapkan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and determine the effect of emotional intelligence on work stress, the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment, the effect of work stress on employee performance, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, emotional intelligence on employee performance through work stress, the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance through organizational commitment, the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, and analyze the implications of research findings so that they can be applied in the context of human resource management and employee development at PT. GIU to improve employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method. The data obtained are primary data from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Greentex Indonesia Utama from various divisions who are still actively working. Based on the results of calculations using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 187 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study was by using purposive sampling. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS 3.0. Statistical analysis of data in this study was descriptive data analysis, outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on work stress, there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment, there is no influence of work stress on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, there is no influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through work stress, there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance. While the implications of this study in the context of human resource management (HR) and employee development at PT. Greentex Indonesia Utama, namely PT. Greentex Indonesia Utama can improve employee performance by providing training and development programs that focus on strengthening emotional intelligence, companies need to create a supportive work environment and provide rewards for employee loyalty and dedication.
