Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) adalah suatu penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-Cov-2) yang jumlah kasusnya masih terus meningkat. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk menurunkan penyebaran covid-19 agar kasusnya tidak semakin meluas. Masyarakat mempunyai peran yang penting melalui tindakan pencegahan dan pengendalian untuk memutus mata rantai penularan agar tidak terjadi sumber penularan baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap covid-19. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Ngadi, Kecamatan Mojo, Kabupaten Kediri tanggal 2 Maret 2021. Berdasarkan analisis diskriptif dari pertanyaan berupa kuesioner yang diberikan kepada peserta didapatkan hasil pre-test penyuluhan hanya 8% menyatakan tahu tentang pengertian covid-19, 24% mengetahui jenis coronavirus penyebab covid-19, 48% mengetahui tanda dan gejala covid-19 dan 52% menyatakan belum paham tentang pencegahan penularan covid-19. Hasil post-test dengan pertanyaan yang sama didapatkan seluruh peserta menyatakan paham tentang pengertian dan pencegahan covid-19 serta hampir seluruhnya memahami jenis virus penyebab covid-19 (92%) dan memahami tanda dan gejala (96%). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan kesehatan tentang upaya pencegahan penularan covid-19.

Abstract

Expeditionary employees are jobs that require the consumption of water in sufficient quantities to avoid dehydration. This is because the work carried out by expedition employees is quite a strenuous activity in Indonesia's hot tropical climate. Dehydration in expedition employees can result in headaches, lethargy, and even fainting. The purpose of the study was to determine the hydration status of expedition employees at PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana Kediri related to water consumption patterns. The research design used cross sectional research and this research was a descriptive method. The population is all employees of PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana Kediri as many as 13 people. A sample of 10 respondents was taken by purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data is processed by data tabulation, coding, and scoring techniques. Based on the research, it was found that from 10 respondents it was found that 2 people (20%) consumed enough water, which was more than 2 liters, 5 people (50%) consumed moderate amounts of water, which was about 1,5-2 liters and 2 people (20%) consume less water, which is less than 1,5 liters for 9 hours of work. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the consumption of water by expedition employees of PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana Kediri is still considered insufficient. Based on the results of the study on 10 respondents, it was found that 7 people (70%) felt symptoms of frequent thirst, 5 people (50%) felt symptoms of weakness, 6 people (60%) felt symptoms of dry lips and 5 people (50%) felt symptoms of body aches. hot. Based on these results, it can be concluded that most of the expedition employees of PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana Kediri who work in the field have not been properly hydrated during working hours. Abstract

Schizophrenia is a disease that affects the brain and causes strange and disturbed thoughts, perceptions, emotions, movements, and behaviors. Schizophrenia mental disorder does not just happen by itself, however, there are many factors that cause schizophrenia. The factors that cause schizophrenia are somatogenic, psychogenic, sociogenic factors. Including somatogenic factors, namely heredity, congenital defects, brain abnormalities, temperament, disease and bodily injury. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between congenital defects and the incidence of schizophrenia under the age of 25 years. This research is a mixed method research, case-control study design. The study population is sufferers and families with schizophrenia under the age of 25 in the Kepil sub-district, Wonosobo district. The sample consisted of 55 cases and 55 controls which were taken by consecutive sampling. The research instrument was an interview questionnaire. Data analysis was univariate, bivariate (chi-square). The results showed that 1 respondent (1.8%) had congenital defects in the case group and 1 respondent (1.8%) in the control group. The results of the bivariate test (chi-square) obtained p = 1.000 OR = 1.000 95% CI = 0.061-16.401. The conclusion is that there is no relationship between congenital defects and the incidence of schizophrenia under the age of 25 years. Keywords: Congenital defects, Schizophrenia, Age under 25 years
