Abstract

Expeditionary employees are jobs that require the consumption of water in sufficient quantities to avoid dehydration. This is because the work carried out by expedition employees is quite a strenuous activity in Indonesia's hot tropical climate. Dehydration in expedition employees can result in headaches, lethargy, and even fainting. The purpose of the study was to determine the hydration status of expedition employees at PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana Kediri related to water consumption patterns. The research design used cross sectional research and this research was a descriptive method. The population is all employees of PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana Kediri as many as 13 people. A sample of 10 respondents was taken by purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data is processed by data tabulation, coding, and scoring techniques. Based on the research, it was found that from 10 respondents it was found that 2 people (20%) consumed enough water, which was more than 2 liters, 5 people (50%) consumed moderate amounts of water, which was about 1,5-2 liters and 2 people (20%) consume less water, which is less than 1,5 liters for 9 hours of work. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the consumption of water by expedition employees of PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana Kediri is still considered insufficient. Based on the results of the study on 10 respondents, it was found that 7 people (70%) felt symptoms of frequent thirst, 5 people (50%) felt symptoms of weakness, 6 people (60%) felt symptoms of dry lips and 5 people (50%) felt symptoms of body aches. hot. Based on these results, it can be concluded that most of the expedition employees of PT Lintas Nusantara Perdana Kediri who work in the field have not been properly hydrated during working hours. Abstract

Infeksi masih menjadi masalah serius yang sering muncul pada pelayanan kesehatan. Bakteri dan manusia selalu hidup berdampingan. Bakteri mempunyai kemampuan dalam beradaptasi dalam berbagai kondisi. Keberadaan bakteri tersebut dapat bersifat pathogen jika berada dalam kondisi tertentu sehingga akan memicu munculnya infeksi. Bunga telang diketahui mempunyai kandungan antibakteri sehingga bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai antiseptik alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran suhu dan waktu optimum pembuatan simplisia bunga telang dengan menggunakan microwave terhadap warna, aroma dan tekstur. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik Rancangan Antar Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor yaitu suhu (T) dan waktu (W). perlakuan pertama adalah pada suhu (T) dengan 4 perlakuan yaitu 20, 30, 40, 50 derajat celsius. Perlakuan kedua pada waktu (W) dengan 6 perlakuan yaitu 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, dan 30 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suhu (T) optimum simplisia adalah 50 °C dan waktu (W) optimum adalah 10 menit. Penggunaan suhu 50 °C dengan waktu 10 menit membuat simplisia telah memenuhi kriteria kering sempurna dan bisa dibuat serpihan kecil dengan kadar air minimal. Penggunaan suhu dan waktu optimum dalam pembuatan simplisia dengan microwave dapat menjadi alternatif dalam preparasi produk alam sebagai agen antibakteri. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlu kegiatan lanjutan tentang ekstraksi dan pengujian esktrak untuk mengetahui efektivitas antimikroba simplisia bunga telang. Abstract

Implementasi kurikulum merdeka telah memacu kreativitas guru untuk mengembangkan perangkat ajar sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran terdeferensiasi. Namun, kesadaran guru terhadap perlindungan kekayaan intelektual masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, program pemberdayaan guru SMA dirancang dengan menggunakan metode ODSIMED. Tujuan program untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun ajuan hak cipta. Program dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan berbasis hands on. Tes awal dan akhir diberikan secara elektronik untuk mendapatkan data pemahaman tentang hak cipta. Data keterampilan penyusunan ajuan hak cipta diperoleh dari hasil skoring penugasan. Program ini dinilai baik oleh mitra dengan indeks mutu layanan sangat baik (3,56). Ada peningkatan yang sangat baik pada pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun dokumen ajuan hak cipta.

Abstract

Anak usia sekolah banyak membutuhkan konsumsi cairan karena aktivitasnya yang tinggi. Ketidakcukupan asupan air di dalam tubuh akan menyebabkan dehidrasi. Dehidrasi anak di sekolah dapat berakibat penurunan daya fikir sehingga anak kurang fokus belajar, hingga dapat berakibat fatal yakni hilangnya kesadaran. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan suatu antisipasi yang baik terkait kekurangan cairan pada anak. Cegah dehidrasi anak usia sekolah dengan edukasi dan Gerakan AMIR (Ayo Minum Air) di SD Negeri Kedak I Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri merupakan suatu program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan sebagai langkah antisipasi mencegah dehidrasi pada anak usia sekolah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menambah wawasan siswa SD Negeri Kedak I terhadap bahaya dehidrasi dan meningkatkan kesadaran minum air putih minimal 6 gelas sehari demi kecukupan cairan tubuhnya selama sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan kesehatan  disertai pelaksanaan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil post-test 5 pertanyaan kepada sasaran siswa kelas 4 menunjukkan hasil peningkatan prosentase jawaban benar sebesar 26-81% terhadap hasil pre-test. Rekomendasi tindak lanjut setelah kegiatan ini adalah pihak sekolah bekerjasama dengan wali murid mengenai pendampingan siswa agar mencukupi konsumsi air minum selama di rumah.Kata Kunci: konsumsi air putih, dehidrasi, gerakan AMIR

Abstract

The large number of activities without being balanced with sufficient consumption of drinking water can affect the hydration status of the body, namely the occurrence of dehydration. The study aims to describe the short-term hydration status of D-III Nursing Study Program students in terms of the PURI test results. The method used is the PURI test, namely the urine self-check method which is carried out in 2 tests. The research also used a survey method to support the results of the PURI test. Based on the results of the study, the short-term hydration status of D-III Nursing Study Program students based on the PURI test on the results of the 1st test showed that most of the students 15% experienced mild dehydration and 72% experienced severe dehydration. This is related to the habit of students who never bring drinking water to campus and most students do not consume enough water during the range of lecture hours until the lecture is over. The results of the 2nd PURI test showed that 76% of students had good hydration status because prior to testing students were encouraged to consume sufficient amounts of water. The results of the study show that students awareness of meeting body fluids to maintain body fluid homeostasis needs to be increased.

Abstract

This research aims to find out more about efforts to increase numeracy literacy skill of class VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Prambon by utilizing the Think, Pair, Share learning model with the support of case videos. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted collaboratively with class teachers in 2 cycles. The subjects in this research were 13 grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Prambon. Methods of gathering data include observation, interviews, assessments, field notes, and documentation. The assessment consists of questions tailored to the benchmarks of numeracy literacy skills. The question format is a descriptive. The study’s findings indicated that there was a rise in numerical literacy prooficiency in every measure. The firs indicator in cycle 1 had an average value of 63, then in cycle 2 it became 81. The second indicator in cycle 1 had an average value of 62, then in cycle 2 it increased to 78. The third indicator in cycle 1 had an average value of 63, then in cycle 2 the average value was 80. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of Think, Pair, Share learning model with the support of case videos can improve students numeracy literacy skill. Abstract

This research is driven by observations from the eighth-grade class at Junior High School 5 Kertosono, which revealed that lesson planning, reading comprehension, and problem-solving strategies have not been effectively utilized. Therefore, this research aims to enhance students' awareness and metacognitive skills through the application of the ASICC learning model. The focus of this study is on 18 eighth-grade students at Junior High School 5 Kertosono. This research is classroom action research based on a lesson study conducted over two cycles. The data analysis used is the scores of metacognitive awareness and skills in the first cycle compared to the second cycle, tested using N-Gain analysis. The research results reveal that metacognitive awareness in the first cycle showed that 11.1% of students were in the "medium" category, which increased to 22.2% in the second cycle. Meanwhile, metacognitive skills experienced a significant increase in the "high" category, starting from 16.7% in the first cycle and rising to 33.3% in the second cycle. The ASICC learning model can be applied to enhance students' metacognition. Another finding reveals that students with good metacognitive awareness do not always possess good metacognitive skills

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the community's knowledge and skills in using chopping machines, which is a basic skill in managing litter and agricultural waste into compost and processing livestock forage into silage. Service activities were carried out in Tempurejo village, Kediri Regency with a total of 36 partners. The method used in this service is an empowerment based on collaborative participation. The activity stages follow the community empowerment implementation model, namely ODSIMED (Observation, Development, Socialisation, Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation and Desemination). The instrument used to measure community knowledge and skills is a questionnaire and the data is analyzed quantitatively. The results of this service show that partners (1) are able to determine chopped materials for making compost or silage, achieving an average skill score of 3.27, (2) are able to differentiate the function of each part of the machine, achieving an average skill score of 3.30, (3) able to turn on and turn off the machine with a partner skill score reaching 3.20, (4) able to produce various forms of shreds both for compost and silage making purposes achieving an average score of 3.50, (5) able to calculate production capacity reaching the average skill score is 3.40, and (6) being able to carry out maintenance on machines reaches an average skill score of 2.80.
