Abstract

Abstract - The financial management of Al-Muhajirin Mosque still uses the conventional method, namely using books and Microsoft Excel applications. The problem that occurs is that the writing of financial report recapitulation is still irregular, prone to damage or loss on the media, books and files on a PC or laptop can be accidentally deleted and also cause the file to be corrupted. This research aims to produce a Financial Management Information System that is able to overcome the problems that exist in the company, produce a fast, accurate and efficient Financial Management Report that can be used by company leaders, implement an integrated database system. This research was conducted by observation with direct observation to the mosque management. The results of this research resulted in a financial management website system, resulting in more effective and efficient financial data reports. Based on the research obtained, it can be concluded that the use of the Mosque Financial Management Information System is still manual, so that there are many risks that occur, namely errors in terms of financial management recapitulation, the design of the program proposed by this research is that what has been built has been completed, namely building a Mosque Financial Management At the Al-Muhajirin Mosque, Bekasi City.Keywords: Information System, Financial Management, Mosque.Abstrak – Pengelolaan keuangan Masjid Al-Muhajirin masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional yaitu menggunakan buku dan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu penulisan rekapitulasi laporan keuangan masih belum teratur, rentan terjadi kerusakan atau hilang pada media buku serta file yang ada di dalam PC atau laptop bisa hilang tidak sengaja terhapus dan juga menyebabkan file tersebut corrupt. Riset ini bertujuan menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan yang mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan, menghasilkan Laporan Pengelolaan Keuangan yang cepat tepat dan efisien yang dapat digunakan oleh pimpinan perusahaan, menerapkan system basis data yang terintegrasi. Riset ini dilakukan secara obeservasi dengan pengamatan secara langsung kepada pengurus Masjid. Hasil dari riset ini menghasilkan system website pengelolaan keuangan, menghasilkan laporan data keuangan lebih efektif dan efesien. Berdasarkan riset yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Masjid masih bersifat manual, sehingga banyak resiko yang terjadi yaitu kesalahan dalam hal rekap pengelolaan keuangan, Perancangan program yang diusulkan penelitian ini bahwa yang dibangun sudah selesai yaitu membangun sebuah Pengelolaan Keuangan Masjid  Pada Masjid Al-Muhajirin Kota Bekasi.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pengelolaan keuangan, Masjid.

Abstract

SMK Manggala Tama Binangun Kabupaten Cilacap merupakan SMK Swasta yang telah menerapkan kurikulum SMK 2013 Rev. Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor dalam sistem pembelajarannya. Proses pengolahan data nilai di SMK Manggala Tama dilakukan secara manual yang menyita banyak waktu terutama pada saat mempersiapkan nilai rapor. Terlebih jika terjadi kesalahan pengisian data nilai siswa, proses penilaian data siswa menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat menyebabkan penundaan tanggal pembagian nilai rapor kepada siswa. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa yang efisien, efektif dan saling terintegrasi antar nilai mata pelajaran sehingga dapat langsung menghasilkan hasil rapor siswa sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di SMK Manggala Tama Binangun Kabupaten Cilacap. Agar aplikasi dapat segera mencapai tujuannya, maka aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis web menjadi pilihan yang tepat, baik dari sisi antar muka, efisiensi, efektifitas, sinkronisasi dengan sistem lain, kompabilitas dengan berbagai platform, pemeliharaan maupun peningkatan jika diperlukan.

Abstract

Decision Support System in Selection of the Best Employees at PT. Indra Jaya Swastika Semarang Branch with the Simple Additive Weighting Method. During the past few years many changes occurred that can affect the company’s business continuity. The ability to pursue these challenges is influenced by the company's ability to manage existing resources, especially Human Resources (HR), namely employees. The role of employees is enormous due to their productivity able to exert influence the company’s quality. So, it is necessary to implement employee motivation at PT. Indra Jaya Swastika Semarang Branch by selecting the best employees to see their work performance. This aims to show the employee's attention and appreciation for the employee's work performance. Decision Support System (DSS) is the right system in this case because it is part of a computer-based information system that can support and facilitate decision making. The DSS model used in this study is Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM), one of the methods chosen is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. With predetermined criteria, namely teamwork, attendance, performance, attitude and loyality. Also, this system was developed with PHP and MySQL. Based on the results of calculations, A Zaki Fahmi is the best employee with a score of 0.9893. The selection of the best employees with this method is more practical, fast and accurate.

Abstract

Mitra pada PM ini adalah pesantren Taqi Setu Bekasi, dalam sistem pembelajaran nya sudah menggunakan internet hanya saja belum optimal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi tersebut. Permasalahahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah yaitu penggunaan pemanfaatan teknologi Informasi masih belum optimal sebagai media pembelajaran, Terbatasnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru pengajar dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran dan media pembelajaran hanya sebatas menggunakan aplikasi whastapp. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim PM yaitu untuk menyelasaikan permasalahan yang di hadapi mitra dengan di adakannya pelatihan pemanfaatan tekmologi literasi media digital web blog sebagai media pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan dari PM ini terdri dari survey lapangan, perizinan, analisa masalah, solusi malasalah, peksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan. Hasil luaran 87% di capai pada kegiatan ini adalah Meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasidan kemampuan mitra dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran.   The partner for this PM is the Taqi Setu Bekasi Islamic boarding school, in its learning system it already uses the internet but it's just not optimal in utilizing this technology. The problem faced by partners is that the use of information technology is still not optimal as a learning medium, limited knowledge and ability of teaching teachers to use learning media and learning media is only limited to using the WhatsApp application. The solution offered by the PM team is to solve the problems faced by partners by holding training on the use of web blog digital media literacy technology as a learning medium. The PM implementation method consists of field surveys, permits, problem analysis, problem solutions, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The output that will be achieved in this activity is the increasing ability of partners in the use of information technology and the ability of partners in making learning media.

Abstract

Permasalahan umum pada sistem jaringan komputer adalah masalah keterlambatan (delay) dan kecepatan (throughput) yang rendah, tentu hal ini sangat menganggu pengguna komputer pada sebuah sistem jaringan komputer. Untuk mengatasi hal itu, diperlukan analisa, rancangan serta tindakan perbaikan sistem jaringan agar permasalahan diatas dapat dipecahkan. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, penulis melakukan sebuah rancangan dan analisa serta proses migrasi pada jaringan komputer di PT. Panasonic Semiconductor Indonesia. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah melakukan pengujian secara langsung pada komputer di lokasi bagian pengeluaran barang. Parameter yang dianalisa pada pengujian ini adalah keterlambatan (delay) dan kecepatan (throughput). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan pengukuran serta pengumpulan data, didapatkan keterlambatan (delay) sebesar 0.120370156 detik dan kecepatan (throughput) sebesar 25784.71475 bps (bit per second).

Abstract

In the business world, every store must of course be able to compete and think about how the store can continue to grow and be able to expand its business scale. In order to increase sales of products sold, business actors must have various strategies. One way is by utilizing all sales transaction data that has occurred in the store itself. Dhurroh Elektronik store is a store that sells various kinds of goods such as cellphone accessories. Management of sales data in this store is still done manually, namely by recording sales data in the sales book or sometimes when serving purchases just remembering it. The obstacle faced is that it is difficult to find out where the goods are not in accordance with the behavior of consumers' habits in buying goods at the same time. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to have a calculation to group data items based on their tendencies that appear together in a transaction with Data Mining calculations using the Apriori Algorithm method. The results of the calculation of the items that are most in-demand are if you buy a headset, you will buy a lamp with a 100% confidence value and 19% support, if you buy a radio you will buy a lamp with a 71% confidence value and 16% support, if you buy a data cable, you will buy a flashlight. with a 71% Confidence value and 16% Support, If you buy a battery, you will buy a Flashlight with a 71% Confidence value and 16% Support. Abstract

In an era of rapid technological advances, there are many companies that have not utilized technology, one of which is PT Dari Visi Technology. So that the company's performance is not optimal. Therefore, we need a system to help the company's performance. The system can be a website or mobile. PT Dari Visi Technology requires a website inventory to help check goods. To produce a good website, user interface design and user experience are needed in order to determine the level of user satisfaction when using the system. This design will be designed using the User Centered Design (UCD) method where this method is focused on the needs and requirements of the user. In the UCD User Centered Design method there are 5 steps that need to be done, namely Plan the Human Centered Process, Specify the Context of Use, Specify User and Organizational Requirements, Produce Design Solutions, and Evaluate Designs against User Requirements. Following each step and stage of the UCD method will produce a design that fits the user's needs. This is proven by evaluating the design using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to determine the user experience score. The test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) get a result of 71,875. In the SUS range, it gets a grade C and is included in the good category

Abstract

Technology can be said to be the key to support and improve company management. One method of managing information technology that is widely used is IT governance which is contained in COBIT. The device used is the COBIT framework provided by ISACA. Audit of e-learning service evaluation information systems at the Cibinong Representative Syifa Budi Foundation. The measurement in question is whether it is running well or not, the authors use an approach using the COBIT 5 Domain MEA and EDM framework with the COBIT 5, it can be concluded that the evaluation of e-learning services which had not been audited before, after there was research, it has reached the expected target and level. The results obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire data processing when viewed from the rating scale are included in level F that is, it has achieved a Fully achieved value and from the rounding scale the capability model condition mapping index is at level 4, namely Predictable Process, where the average data value of each sub domain, EDM 01 sub-domain manturity level is 996% and MEA 01 manturity level is 952%, has been successful implemented and has achieved the goals planned by the company
