Abstract

Diera yang didominasi oleh Teknologi Informasi, dengan segala sesuatunya yang serba digital, tentunya sudah tidak asing lagi dengan istilah E-Learning. E-Learning atau pembelajaran elektronik. E-Learning memungkinkan proses belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja, kapan saja, dan di mana saja. Seperti prinsip aktivitas online lainnya, jarak dan waktu tidak lagi menjadi penghalang untuk melakukan aktivitas, termasuk dalam hal ini pembelajaran. E-Learning sendiri saat ini sudah banyak digunakan oleh hampir semua sekolah dan perguruan tinggi. Selain perubahan zaman menjadi serba digital, situasi saat ini, di mana pandemi Covid-19 sedang terjadi di seluruh dunia, menuntut untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya secara online. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Sistematic Literatur Review (SLR). Hasil yang didapatkan adalah berbagai macam penerapan Machine Learning (ML) dan bisa digunakan dengan metode-metode lain. ML adalah jenis kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang memungkinkan aplikasi perangkat lunak menjadi lebih akurat dalam memprediksi hasil tanpa diprogram secara eksplisit untuk melakukannya. Algoritma pembelajaran mesin menggunakan data historis sebagai input untuk memprediksi nilai output baru.

Abstract

The admission of new students is a crucial stage in the administrative process of higher education institutions. An efficient system and good User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) design in the process of admitting new students are very important to create a positive academic environment. This study aims to design an optimal UI/UX on mobile device-based new student admissions systems at Muhamadiyah University of Magelang (UNIMMA). The method used is design thinking which includes analysis of user needs, problems, ideation, prototyping, and testing. The results of this study are the UI/UX design of the Unimma New Student Admissions (PMB) application based on mobile devices. The results of the tests conducted show that the design of the PMB UI/UX application using the design thinking method is able to improve the quality of the user experience in using the UNIMMA PMB application. This is evidenced by the results of usability testing which shows a significant increase in user satisfaction with the application. The test results use data based on user perceptions obtained through surveys, interviews and observations of prospective new students and related stakeholders. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the user experience in the UNIMMA new admissions system. This research can also provide guidance and reference for other tertiary institutions in designing a mobile device-based new admissions system with a design thinking approach.

Abstract

Sriwedari Village, Salaman District, is one of the villages in the Salaman region which is known as a fruit nursery center. Favorite fruit seeds in this area, including durian, avocado and longan fruit seeds. The diversity of types of fruit seeds, often causes problems for farmers who need fruit seeds as desired, because the information needed is not yet available, to overcome this it is necessary to build a geographic information system for mapping fruit nursery areas that are used to make it easier for users to find the fruit seeds needed. The method used in developing this system is prototyping, using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework. The results of this study are in the form of a geographic information system used by fruit nursery entrepreneurs to inform their whereabouts on the map and the types of seeds they provide. This Geographic Information System makes it easy for users to find the desired fruit seeds by displaying several entrepreneurs who have the seeds the user wants. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the user perception is Strongly Agree of 0.73% which indicates the system is easy to use and easy to understand. Black box testing also shows that this system is successful. This research is expected to help users find information about fruit seedlings in the village of Sriwedari Salaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghadirkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web dengan notifikasi WhatsApp untuk memudahkan pengingat Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) pegawai di RSUD Tidar Magelang. Menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD),pengembangan sistem ini fokus pada efisiensi pengelolaan data dan pengurusan STR. Melalui analisis kebutuhan sistem dan workshop design RAD, struktur database, antarmuka pengguna, dan logika bisnis sistem terperinci. Hasil implementasi mencakup database yang memfasilitasi pengelolaan data pegawai dan STR, serta fitur notifikasi otomatis melalui WhatsApp yang memberikan pengingat penting kepada pegawai klinik. Proses ini meningkatkan ketaatan terhadap peraturan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RAD dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi pengingat STR dengan notifikasi WhatsApp pada RSUD Tidar Magelang. Sistem ini mengoptimalkan efisiensi pengelolaan data dan pengurusan STR dengan menggabungkan database terpusat dan notifikasiotomatis melalui platform populer. Evaluasi uji kelayakan menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan 86% dengan kategori "sangat memuaskan", berdasarkan respons dari 10 responden yang mencakup berbagai peran di rumah sakit, mulai dari pegawai IT, admin SDM, hingga pegawai klinis.Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sistem informasi pengingat STR berbasis web dengan notifikasi WhatsApp berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pegawai dan pengurusan STR di RSUD Tidar Magelang. Sistem ini memberikan solusi praktis dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang ada dalam pengelolaan data, terutama berkaitan dengan validitas STR. Meskipun ada keterbatasan, penelitian ini memberikan landasan yang kokoh untuk pengembangan dan pengoptimalan lebih lanjut, termasuk eksplorasi integrasi dengan sistem lain di rumah sakit dan pengujian di lingkungan yang lebih luas. Keseluruhan, sistem ini membuktikan potensi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan administratif di rumah sakit, menjadikannya alat yang dapat diterima dengan baik oleh berbagai pengguna.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan perangkat mobile  semakin beragam, salah satu fitur yang umum digunakan adalah fitur pesan singkat atau SMS. Pemanfaatan SMS ini sangat praktis, semua perangkat mobile bisa menggunakan fitur ini dan yang utama adalah murah bahkan gratis.  Perguruan tinggi  melakukan evaluasi terhadap mahasiswanya untuk mengetahui kompetensi yang sudah dicapai oleh mahasiswanya. Banyak cara yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi mahasiwa diantaranya dengan ujian tulis maupun ujian online. Kendala ujian tulis adalah melibatkan banyak suberdaya, mulai dari kertas, tenaga untuk mengawasi serta untuk koreksi. Kendala ujian online, mahasiswa harus menggunakan notebook atau komputer yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Tidak semua mahasiwa memiliki perangkat akses ini sehingga menjadi kendala tersendiri. Ujian online  berbasis SMS  yang memanfaatkan SMS Gateway merupakan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini adalah prototyping, yaitu dengan membangun model atau prototypenya  sebelum dibangun model yang sesungguhnya untuk diterapkan. Hasilnya berupa aplikasi ujian online berbasis SMS Gateway dan pengelolaannya, yang bisa diakses oleh mahasiswa menggunakan perangkat mobilenya. Aplikasi ini bisa diakses menggunakan perangkat mobile dengan sistem operasi berbasis android maupun symbian. Secara ekonomis biaya untuk memanfaatkan aplikasi ini sangat murah bahkan gratis. Aplikasi ujian online berbasis SMS Gateway ini bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu media ujian online alternatif.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology on this day has become an unavoidable need. Utilization of website as a promotion event of an institution or organisation still not optimal because not follow usability aspect/usability. The interface of the university website should be a reflection of the university itself. Evaluation of the interface of the university website should be done to find out how high the usability level of university website development. Using usability testing method is expected to be able to measure the usability level of the university website to maximise the promotion of Higher Education in cyberspace. Methods to measure using quantitative methods by spreading questionnaires to the respondents. Research indicators use usability indicators that include Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Errors, and Satisfaction. The questionnaire tested its validity and reliability before use. Questionnaires are distributed freely to internal and external residents of Higher Education. 95 Respondents filled out questionnaires that had been scattered. Assessment method using a Likert scale with four levels, namely: Strongly Agree; Agree; Disagree; Strongly Disagree. The results of this study concluded that the university website has a final value of 2.77 where this value is still in the excellent category. The lowest value of the five aspects of usability is in the Errors aspect of obtaining a value of 2.65.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic which has had an impact on the education sector has forced educators to be more creative and innovative in preparing and implementing digital learning, without face-to-face meetings. Mutual Junior High School teachers already have these potentials, but they are not yet optimal. Some teachers already have digital materials in the form of learning media that use power points and videos. The problem that occurs, the materials owned by the teachers are not structured and there is no standard, even though they refer to the lesson plans. In addition, only a few teachers have used online evaluation. The purpose of this program is to help teachers prepare learning materials digitally in the form of PDF, PowerPoint and standardized videos. Programs carried out in the form of training to improve teacher skills. The results obtained were an increase in the number of digital learning materials in the form of PPT by 23%, online exam questions by 40%, and learning videos by 18%, all of which were used as digital learning media in E-learning Muhammadiyah (El-Mu).

Abstract

Ngropoh Village, Kranggan District, Temanggung Regency, has an area of 479,184 Ha consisting of 12 dusun with 5 RWs and 30 RTs, with a population of 3,230 people. The economic potential is: agriculture, plantation, animal husbandry and home industry. The main local potential is the local durian fruit, so that it can be developed into agro tourism. The problems that occur, these potentials are not optimal. The method used is: Planning, Implementation and Reporting. The results of this activity are the pioneering durian agro tourism as edupark, the label of traditional food products and souvenirs. The benefits of this activity for the people of Ngropoh Village in the form of socio-economic potential and added value in the field of science and technology are: increased sales turnover of traditional food products and a profile video of the Ngropoh village uploaded on YouTube and social media, used as marketing media.

Abstract

In December 2019, SARS-CoV-2 caused the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) to spread to all countries, infecting thousands of people and causing death. COVID-19 causes mild illness in most cases, although it can make some people seriously ill. Therefore, vaccines are in various phases of clinical progress, and some of them have been approved for national use. The current state of affairs reveals that there is a critical need for a quick and timely solution to the need for a Covid-19 vaccine. Non-clinical methods such as data mining and machine learning techniques can help to do this. This study will focus on US COVID-19 Vaccination Advances using Machine learning classification algorithms and Using Geospatial analysis to visualize the results. The paper's findings indicate which algorithm is better for a given data set. Naive Bayes algorithm is used to run tests on real world data, and is used to analyze and draw conclusions. Period of Accuracy and performance, and it was found that Naive Bayes is very superior in terms of time and accuracy.

Abstract

The pattern of the need for drugs and medical devices in various hospitals has a tendency to be repeated and similar in a relatively long period of time, especially in one particular department, because the cases found are often similar or even similar. Ensuring the availability of stock in each departmental depot is very vital, because the procurement of medical devices must go through a certain process and time, so that cases of critical rheumatism often occur but the equipment needed at depositors does not meet the standards. need or run from inventory and must indent first. By calculating the trend of demand patterns and needs using an algorithm (Apriori Association) in the dataset, a rule is formed that in the pattern of dependence between itemsets that have supporting criteria in the form of 33.3% support and 85% Confidence, where the items that appear are items with frequency of occurrence and associations so that it can be taken into consideration to ensure the availability of drugs and medical devices.
