Abstract

Emerging skincare market, bringing fierce competition between skincare brands, including Indonesian skincare or local brands. How brand engagement, experience, and brand image valued by consumers will define business future. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of customer brand engagement, brand experience and brand image on brand loyalty of female consumers towards Indonesian Skincare products,and  conducted in Sungai rumbai District. The research method is quantitative method, with valid and reliable questionairres distributed to research sample of 379 respondents. Data calculated using SPSS with validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of hypothesis testing reveals that all independent variables consisting of brand engagement, brand experience, brand image has partially and simultaneously positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, brand loyalty.  As well as producing a coefficient of determination of R2= 0.463 (46.3%). This means that the influence of all independent variable on dependent variable is 46.3% and the remaining 53.7% influenced by other variables. Thus, engagement, experience and image of Indonesian skincare brand pays significant part in influencing brand loyalty toward local skincare products, must be manage continuously.

Abstract

TikTok has been widely known in Indonesia since 2018, especially among young people. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, TikTok's popularity has skyrocketed. Many people use TikTok to fill their free time, seek entertainment, and various activities. Until 2024 TikTok has become one of the most widely used social media applications in Indonesia with millions of daily active users. This study aims to identify the role of influencers, live streaming features, and electronic word of mouth that influence purchasing decisions for cosmetic products at TikTok Shop. This study uses a quantitative research method with data collection using a questionnaire conducted from February to April with a population of 2,176 respondents and a sample of 338 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Influencer Role, Live Streaming Features, and Electronic Word Of Mouth partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions of Career Women in Pulau Punjung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The R2 value is 0.568, which means that all independent variables can influence the dependent variable by 56.8% while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as the world's largest producer of palm oil, playing a strategic role in the national economy. A high international market demand's for Indonesian palm oil products made this commodity one of the driving forces behind national economic growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze digital marketing and product quality in consumers' purchasing decisions regarding high-quality oil palm seeds from CV Imam Tani Group in Dharmasraya Regency. The research method employed a qualitative approach using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation, involving five research informants: two employees from the CV Imam Tani Group's nursery division and three oil palm plantation owners as customers of CV Imam Tani Group. Data analysis techniques included drawing conclusions, data triangulation, and data reduction. The study concluded that digital marketing can influence consumers' purchasing decisions regarding high-quality oil palm seeds from CV. Imam Tani Group, particularly during the information-seeking and alternative-evaluation stages when farmers are looking for places to purchase high-yield oil palm seedlings. It was concluded that product quality can influence consumers' purchasing decisions regarding high-yield oil palm seeds from CV. Imam Tani Group, both for new farmers and those with experience planting high-yield oil palm seedlings. Before farmers decide where to purchase the seedlings, on average, they are already aware of the differences in harvest quality.
