Abstract

Keluarga adalah lingkungan sosial terkecil di dalam masyarakat dimana setiap anggotanya terikat oleh hubungan pernikahan dan darah. Dalam konteks pendidikan, keluarga adalah lingkungan utama yang pertama kalinya memberikan bekal pendidikan kepada anak dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, terutama dalam hal pendidikan sosial-kemasyarakatan. Pendidikan dalam keluarga yang paling utama adalah dalam hal membentuk akhlak anak-anak sebagai bekal mereka dalam menghadapi kehidupannya kelak. Setiap keluarga, khususnya keluarga muslim, kedua orangtua tentu saja berharap anak-anak mereka memiliki akhlak yang baik (akhlakul karimah). Dalam hal ini, pola komunikasi dalam keluarga memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Pola komunikasi yang baik, menggabungkan antara komunikasi verbal dan non verbal, komunikasi individu dan kelompok, ikut menentukan bagaimana akhlak seorang anak dibentuk. Penelitian ini mencoba melihat bagaimana pola komunikasi dalam keluarga dalam mendidik anak agar memiliki akhlakul karimah pada keluarga muslim di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan membandingkannya dengan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi dalam Al Qur’an. Kata Kunci: Pola Komunikasi, Keluarga, Prinsip Komunikasi Al Qur’an, Akhlakul Karimah.

Abstract

The concept of Halal Tourism began to be adopted in Indonesia in 2014 and is getting stronger in Indonesia following the 2016 World Halal Tourism Award in Dubai. Several regions or districts responded to this by opening halal tourism, including Banyuwangi Regency and Gunungkidul Regency. Banyuwangi Regency launched tourist area branded as ‘the first sharia beachtourism in Indonesia’, namely Santen Island Beach. Meanwhile, Gunungkidul Regency is on Torohudan Beach. The research method used is a case study. The discussion includes marketing strategy and marketing communication mix, showing the implementation of halal tourism management on Santen Island Beach was successful at the beginning with very strong branding evidence, marketing communication practices have maximized marketing strategy and communication mix. At Torohudan Beach, the community prefers the principle of ‘Muslim friendly tourism’, and in its implementation it needs support from the local government.Keywords: branding, Halal Tourism, muslim friendly tourism, sharia beach tourism

Abstract

The Covid-19 Pandemic that has hit Indonesia for the last two years has had an impact on all sectors of life, including the tourism sector. The impact is felt in the tourist villages, one of which is Pulesari Tourism Village. A very significant decline in tourist visits since March 2020, even having to close for a few months, has an impact on the economic condition of the surrounding community, because this tourist village is managed by the community themselves. The Pandemic is one of the causes of the crisis. This study aims to find out how tourism village crisis communication management is in the face of the covid-19 pandemic. the well as analysis of crisis management, the right strategy is an adaptive strategy. For crisis communication management, there are three main principles in crisis communication, namely speed of conveying messages, consistency, and openness. Crisis communication management can be done by tourism village managers is by developing communication strategies, delivering messages regularly, optimizing communication channels by utilizing social media, and providing input to policymakers.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of induced positive and negative emotion on the risky buying product decision making. The authors hypothesize that participant with induced negative emotion was more taking risk when faced with risky buying product contrast with participant induced positive emotion. Participant were 132 people consist of high-school student, undergraduate student, and adult. The results showed that mean differences was not support the hypothese. Arguments of the research result were discussed.

Abstract

Transformation IAIN (State Islamic Institute) Sunan Kalijaga become the UIN (State Islamic University) Sunan Kalijaga demanding reform, one area of human resources governance. Human resources to be one important factor for the sustainability of the activity in the UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This study focuses on the services provided by employees (personal administration). In its implementation on the ground was still found how the performance of employees at UIN Sunan Kalijaga have not maximum and satisfyyet. Based on this background, this study proposed the formulation of the problem as follows : Is there any influence of organizational culture on the employee performance in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta? The methode which is which used is a quantitatively method. The population of this study is overall of UIN Sunan Kalijaga employees totaling 498 people, with a sample of 222 respondents. Research location is UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.Techiques of data collection is done by providing the questionaire as the primary data. From the reasearch that been done obtained the following results : First, the relationship between the culture of the organization with employee performance by 0.619, direction and significant. Secondly, the influence of the frequency of organizational culture on employee performance by 38,3%. The remaining 61.7% are influenced by factors beyond regression models. Third, because the affected employee performance trend of organizationalculture in general has decreased.

Abstract

Dissemination of information through social media is prone to high school students because of its high social media usage activities. Students need to have propaganda awareness (awareness of the existence of propaganda practices), which is mainly disseminated through news or other media content. By having propaganda awareness, students can analyze information or news, so they can sift essential information, including information that they wish to redistribute. This research used a mixed method. The data was collected with a focus group discussion and propaganda test to students of State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) in the Yogyakarta Special Province. The result of the propaganda test before the simulation showed the strong influence of the media on student attitudes. After simulation and retesting, the effect decreased significantly. Propaganda awareness can be a provision for students to be more alert in filtering information from social media that contain radicalism.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, made the government take steps to reduce the spread of the virus by making health protocols, restricting activities outsides the home, and the travel ban. This impact is strongly felt by long distance marriage (LDM) couples. LDM couples are committed by husband and wife who do not live together because of work demands. The communication is long distance using the media. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze patterns of family communication in LDM couples during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is a case study, selection of research informants using purposive sampling techniques and data collection with in-depth interviews. Family communication patterns are formed from factors that influence, form of communication and quality of communication. When the Covid-19 pandemic intensity of family communication in LDM couples increased using media such as telephone, chat and video calls.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is one of the destinations in Indonesia affected by the Covid-19. Currently, tourist objects in Yogyakarta are gradually starting to open to the public, and one of them is beach tourism, although it can lead to a new cluster risk of the spread of Covid-19. According to the Texas Medical Association, traveling to a beach is included in a moderate risk with a score of 5-6, and health protocols are still required. Applying the crisis management and crisis communication model of Coombs, J, Holladay, this study analyzes how tourism actors manage crisis communication at the beaches of Yogyakarta in the new normal era. A qualitative case study approach was used to illustrate that crisis communication management is an effort to manage a crisis to provide solutions to the beach tourism due to the Covid-19. Crisis management consists of stages, for example, pre-crisis, crisis, and post-crisis. Through these stages, tourism actors and tourists can determine steps they must prepare for during the Covid-19 crisis. In order to resolve the crisis during the pandemic, it is necessary to adopt new habits by tourism actors and tourists. New habits need to be communicated directly or through existing media because communication is essential in crisis resolution.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic is a disease outbreak that spreads very widely throughout the world, including Indonesia on March 2020. The pandemic has an impact on all areas of life, one of which is the education sector. The government has taken a policy to study from home, as an effort to reduce the impact of the spread and sufferers of Covid-19. Parents have an important role as long as students study at home. The teaching and learning process, which was previously face-to-face, has been changed to online. This online learning and teaching process has been running for more than a year, making many students feel bored, less productive and passive in terms of motivation to reach achievement. But this doesn’t apply to students at MAN Insan Cendekia Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra Province, even though in the midst of the pandemic they still have a myriad of achievements. Family communication by parents to increase their children's motivation is one of the influential factors. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of family communication on student achievement motivation in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The ttransformation of IAIN (State Islamic Institute) Sunan Kalijaga becomes a StateIslamic University (UIN) Sunan Kaijaga has demand a reformation and one of them is in thefield of human resources governance. This study focuses on the services provided by employees(personnel administration). In its implementation on the ground was still found how the performanceof employees at UIN Sunan Kalijaga have not maximum and satisfy yet. Based onthis background, this study proposed the formulation of the problem as follows: Is there anyinfluence of organizational culture on the employee performance in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta?Theory used in this study is the theory related to organizational culture and employeeperformance. The method which is used is a quantitatively method. The population of this studyis overall of UIN Sunan Kalijaga employees totaling 498 people, with a sample of 222 respondents.Research Location is UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Techniques of data collection isdone by providing the questionnaire as the primary data and the the utilization of secondarydata (reports, magazines, etc.). Test the validity of data is done by using a correlation productmoment and the Cronbach Alpha reliability test (variables studied cronbach declared reliable ifthe value of alpha (?) is above the table or above r 0.600). Meanwhile the analysis using simplifiedlinear regression analysis. This analysis is used to measure the influence of organizationalculture on employee performance by use of a significant level (?) of 5%. From the researchresults that have been done acquired the following results: First, the relationship between OrganizationalCulture by Employee Performance of 0.619, and significant direction. Second, theeffect of frequency of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance by 38.3% remainder61.7% is influenced by the outside factors of this regression model. Third, the tendency forthe affected Employee Performance Organizational Culture generally experienced reductiondecline. Third, the tendencies for the affected Employees Performance are influenced by theOrganizational Culture generally experienced reduction.
