Abstract

Dewasa ini berlibur ke luar kota adalah aktivitas yang sering kali dilakukan pada saat masa liburan datang. Orang sering kali menggunakan pesawat sebagai alat transportasi mereka. Tetapi mahalnya tiket pesawat menjadi kendala untuk berlibur. Karena sulitnya mencari tiket pesawat dengan biaya yang murah, untuk itulah aplikasi web ini dibuat. Penulis mencoba untuk membuat sebuah Agent yang dapat mengambil data dari maskapai-maskapai penerbangan yang ada dan disimpan dalam basis data MySQL, sehingga dari data-data tersebut dapat dimungkinkannya pencarian tiket pesawat termurah dengan algoritma berbasis desain Dynamic Programming yang diimplementasikan melalui Servlet oleh penulis. Dengan aplikasi web yang dibuat, masalah pencarian tiket pesawat dengan biaya yang paling murah sudah dapat dipecahkan. Hasil dari pemrosesan algoritma tersebut adalah adanya alternatif biaya yang dapat ditampilkan dan penelusuran jalur / rute dari masing-masing alternatif yang dikeluarkan dengan tingkat kebenaran 100%.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 (4IR) has ushered in significant transformations, notably the rise of electronic commerce (e-commerce), which transcends national borders and presents challenges related to state sovereignty, legal certainty, security, and the formation of contracts. To address these complexities, the ASEAN Agreement on E-Commerce aims to facilitate e-commerce across ASEAN countries. Indonesia, as an ASEAN member, has ratified this agreement into national law, impacting various aspects, notably the regulation of digital business contracts. This study seeks to explore these implications through qualitative analysis of secondary data, employing normative legal methodologies and a legal approach. The ASEAN Agreement on E-Commerce introduces additional regulations that establish norms for individuals engaging in cross-border electronic transactions within ASEAN. This framework is crucial for harmonizing legal standards and fostering a conducive environment for international business activities within the ASEAN region.

Abstract

The Notary's Code of Ethics is a guideline for the attitude and behavior of a notary. It is necessary to maintain the quality of legal services to the public. The supervision of notaries is done by the Notary Supervisory Board to ensure that notaries always act in accordance with the legal principles that underlie their authority and avoid abuse of the authority or trust given. This empirical judicial research collects data from library and field research. The research results of this study show that there are 54 (fifty four) complaints receieved by Notary Supervisory Board in Medan from 2018 until 2021. The supervision is based on Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary, Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number: M.02.PR.08.10 of 2004, Ministerial Decree Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number M.39-PW.07.10. 2004 and the role of the Regional Supervisory Board includes preventive purposes, namely reflecting on the position of the Notary Ethics Code in order to provide material related to the implementation of the position of Notary, participating in seminars, and checking Notary protocols.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media and content marketing on purchasing decisions at Rezeky Payet Medan. Rezeky Payet Indonesia is known as a supplier of high-quality raw materials for the fashion industry in Medan. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, and population use in this study consists of consumers who have shopped at Rezeky Payet Medan, the exact number of whom cannot be determined. Due to the uncertain number of respondents, the researcher used the hair method, which is a method employed when the researcher does not know the exact population size. In this study, 120 respondents were obtained, while the sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Data testing analysis consists of descriptive classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, partial hypothesis tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (f-test), as well as the coefficient of determination test. The analysis results show a positive significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between social media and content marketing on purchasing decisions at Rezeky Payet Medan.

Abstract

The rapid development of the era into the digital era makes competition in the business world increasingly tight. Companies must be able to determine the right marketing strategy to get maximum profit, the use of social media and green marketing strategies are one of the most widely used methods today. Therefore, this consideration aims to determine the impact of social media and green marketing on purchasing choices at McDonald William Iskandar Medan. The r strategy used in this study is quantitative, and the population used in this study consists of customers who have shopped at McDonald William Iskandar Medan, the exact number of which cannot be determined. Because the number of respondents is uncertain, the researcher uses the hair method, which can be a strategy used when the researcher does not know the exact population estimate. In this study, 110 respondents were obtained, while the testing procedure used was a coincidence test. Data testing includes the classical expressive assumption test, different direct testing, fractional theory test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f-test), and the confidence coefficient test. This study produces a positive critical impact, both partially and simultaneously, between social media and green marketing on purchasing choices at McDonald William Iskandar Medan.
