Abstract

Abstraction This study is to find the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the reading skills of the students of MA Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. This research is a qualitative research that uses a psychological and pedagogical approach. The data sources are: primary data and secondary data. The instruments used in data collection are: observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data processed by qualitative analysis by going through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the supporting factors of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an were, the existence of extracurricular activities of tahfidz Qur'an and adequate facilities and infrastructure. As for the factors that become obstacles, namely, there are still students who have not been able to read the Qur'an, and the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, namely, providing motivation, taking approaches, habituation of tadarrus Al -The Qur'an to students at every hour of the Al-Qur'an Hadith lesson begins, and gives assignments / homework in the form of memorizing surahs related to the material discussed at each meeting. Abstract

Teachers is a figure very close to the students in the school as a student at gurula study. While the parents are very close to the figure of the child, the parent is given the moral and financial responsibility. This study aims to determine how much the relationship between the teacher 's role and the role of parents and the learning achievement of students in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho Dolopo Madiun.This research is a quantitative study with explanatory research approach. In this study there are variables X1 (The role of teachers) and X2 (the role of a parent) with Y (achievement of learning). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire distributed to students in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho as respondents are then processed throughpearson correlation and multiple regression analysis using SPSS software 17th version.The population in this study were all students at in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho, amounting to 144 students and 49 students of them defined as responders , especially of class V and VI classes.Based on the hypothesis test concluded that (1) there is a significant relationship (p = 0.000) between the role of the teacher and the learning achievement of students in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho (2) there is a significant relationship (p = 0.000) between the roles of parents with learning achievement of students in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho (3) There is a significant positive relationship (p = 0.000) together the roles of teachers and parents role of student achievement in Islamic Primary School of Darul Ulum Doho Dolopo Madiun.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find the role of boarding schools for the welfare and morals Gadingmangu rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. This study aims to describe and analyze critically about the role of boarding schools for the welfare and morals Gadingmangu rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. This research is a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, taking a boarding school Gadingmangu background and Gadingmangu the villagers participated in a boarding school. The data collection is done by conducting observations, documentations and equipped for the study of literature. The data were analyzed using descriptive formula percentage and SPSS version 18 for windows. The results showed: Gadingmangu boarding school was instrumental to the welfare and morals rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. Indicated by the results of output SPSS version 18 with mean 28,03, minimum 24 and maximum 30, with a standard deviation 1,532 and skewness and kurtosis respectively -,674 and 0,094 which means that the role of boarding school Gadingmangu to the welfare and morals rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district normally distributed.

Abstract

Education is essentially a transformation that converts inputs into outputs, in this transformation a process is needed that takes place correctly, is maintained, and requires regular training to be in accordance with educational goals. In life in the madrasa and the family is a miniature in the life of the nation/state. To realize a religious community culture, there is one madrasa that applies a hidden curriculum where the curriculum does not include the curriculum set by the government through the Minister of Education. So the authors are interested in researching even though it is simple, the extent of its influence on student behavior, both to friends, teachers and the environment (society) and what is the impact for students on the learning provided by the teacher. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely in the form of a comprehensive description and description of the actual situation. The research was conducted at MTs Nurul Qur'an Bendung Rejo Jogoroto. The reason why the researcher chose the Madrasah was because it was in the Madrasah that the curriculum was implemented. The forms of implementation of the Hidden Curriculum are: First, which are routine, namely: Morning prayer together, istighathah, Duha prayer and Dhuhur prayer in congregation, mushofahah and infaq and habituation of 4S (smile-greeting-greeting-polite). Second, which is incidental istighosah & religious tourism ahead of the National Examination, visits to sick friends and ta'ziah, religious social activities. Reading istighotsah which is a routine practice can make children obedient, polite, and delinquency is reduced drastically. The dluha prayer felt by respondents towards students, on average they grew more pious, disciplined and clean/holy so that it was easy to accept and understand the lessons delivered by the teacher, also with mushofahah it turned out that students had respect and tawadlu 'to the teacher. Based on the facts, the writer also found that there were students who still needed to be specially trained, and that was done. Thus, thank God the student can change and become better.

Abstract

Management is very important in all our of life. Management of education in Indonesia has not appeared as desired professional ability, the management problem education is one of the fundamental problems that caused the crisis in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analysis influence of the Principal managerial competence and work motivation on teachers profesionalism teachers in Islamic Yunior School of Caruban Madiun. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Caruban Madiun there are 38 teachers, because the population less than 100 in its account, the sample is taken from the population. Design of this research is quantitative research because testing relationship with three variable there is Principal Managerial Competence, Work Motivation and Teachers Profesionalism. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers in Islamic Yunior School of Caruban as the respondents that analyzed using pearson influence and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive significant (p = 0,00) the influence of Principal managerial competence on Profesionalism teachers in Islamic Yunior School of Caruban Madiun(2) positive significant (p = 0,00) influence Work motivation on Teachers Profesionalism in Islamic Yunior State School of Caruban Madiun (3) positive significant (p = 0,000) simultanly influence of principal managerial competence and Work motivation on Profesionalism teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Caruban Madiun through Y = 7.815 + 0.556X1 + 0.308X2

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parents' parenting and student achievement MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri. Hopotesis posed no relationship between parents' parenting and student achievement MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri 2016-2017 school year. The data collection used questionnaires and documents for the parents' parenting variables and variable student achievement. This research is quantitative. The subjects of this study were students Mts An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri 2016/2017 academic year consisting of 89 students. Data analysis technique used Product Moment Correlation from Karl Person. Further, the process of data analiss performed with SPSS (Statistical Package For Sciences) 16:00 Windows. From the analysis stated that the respondents to the Discipline taught in MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri is the category was evidenced by the respondents amounted to 89 respondents or 60% chose the final score at the interval 50-63. There is a relationship between parents' parenting and learning achievement Academic Year 2016-2017. Based on the overall hypothesis testing conducted by F test, performed in accordance to the annex ANOVA F column, obtained calculated F value of 24 002 and F table with α = (0.05) df = n - k-1 = 89-1-1 = 87 so that the F table = 3.95. This value indicates that the value of F count> F table (24 002> 3.95). And hipotesin calculation by using analysis of coefficient of determination (R2) This means that there is a connection simultaneously learning Discipline (X) to the dependent variable (Y) that is Achievement for 0602 (60%). Thus, in this study we can conclude that the working hypothesis (Ha) which states: "The relationship between parenting parents ddan student achievement MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri" acceptable ". While the null hypothesis (H0) that states: The relationship between parenting parents and student achievement MTs An-Nidzom Babadan Kunjang Kediri 2016-2017 school year '' rejected '

Abstract

The relationship between Parent Education and Motivation on Student Achievement of Fiqh. There are many people who argue that to achieve high academic achievement necessary intellectual intelligence (IQ) is also high. However, according to recent research in the field of psychology to prove that IQ is not the only factor that affects one's learning achievement, but there are many other factors that influence environmental factors include family yabg between dimensions is the level of parental education and motivation.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between level of education and motivation parents with student achievement of Fiqh. Alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this study is that there is a relationship between level of education and motivation of parents with student achievement nil hypothesis (Ho) is no relationship between the level of parental education and motivation to student achievement. The independent variable in this study is the level of parent and Motivation penidikan parents while learning achievement as a dependent variable. The population in this study were students of class VIIin Islamic Junior State School of Saradan Madiun of a total of 183 students. The study sample was 40 students, using proportional random sampling method.Data collection and Motivation parental educational level of parents is done with the questionnaire, and to measure student achievement used method of examination of documents by looking at grades. Correlation analysis with the formula of Pearson Product Moment correlation ranged from 0.140 to 0.847 and r = 0235 tables. Based on the significant level of 0.05 was obtained 38 valid items and 2 items fall of 40 items. Value of 0.908 obtained reliability coefficient was calculated with Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the analysis of research data shows correlation coefficient of -1.23 (> 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Conclusions from this research that there is a relationship between the level of parental education and motivation of parents with student achievementof Fiqh in Islamic Junior State School of Saradan Madiun

Abstract

This study was aim to determine the relationship between religiosity and democratic parenting with the students’ empathy. The participants of this study were the eighth grade students of MTs Negeri 14 Jombang in the academic year 2019-2020. The participants was 183 students consisting of 93 male and 90 female. The participants is taken by using a random cluster sampling technique that is class VIIIC with 40 students. The data collection tools used in this study were the scale of religiosity, parenting scale and empathy scale that refers to Likert. The assumption test results showed that one of the linearity assumptions of the relationship is not fulfilled, then the data analysis technique which was originally used multiple and partial regression analysis was then replaced with nonparametric correlation analysis of ‘spearman's rho’level. The results of the spearman's rho level correlation between religiosity and empathy obtained rho = 0.327 and sig 0.039 (P <0.05). It means that there was a significant positive relationship between religiosity and empathy for students of class VIII MTsN 14 Jombang. The positive directed correlation means that the higher religiosity had, will be followed by the higher empathy of students. In otherwise the lower religiosity will also be followed by the lower empathy of the students.The results of the spearman 's rho correlation between democratic parenting with empathy obtained rho = 0.367 and sig 0.020 (P <0.05) means that there was a significant positive relationship between democratic parenting with students’ empathy of class VIII MTsN 14 Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of guidance and counseling services on student learning difficulties in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri I Mojokerto.The hypothesis proposed is "there is a relationship between the influence of guidance and counseling services with learning difficulties for students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri I Mojokerto... While the magnitude of the relationship between guidance and counseling services and student learning difficulties is smaller than 0.50 (<50%).To test the truth of the hypothesis used instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to all students as many as 32 students. The analytical model used is the Product Moment Determinations Correlation at the significance level = 0.05 for the first hypothesis and the Coefficient Determinations formula for the second hypothesis.From the analysis resulted that the relationship between guidance and counseling services at MTs Negeri I Mojokerto . in the "good" category. This is evidenced by the responses of the largest respondents with intervals of 35-47 as many as 21 respondents (56.7%). As for the learning difficulties of class VII and VIII MTs Negeri I Mojokerto students. in the "difficult" category. The conclusion is evidenced by the interval value of 35 - 47 as many as 20 respondents (59.4%). While the results of the latest research stated that guidance and counseling had a significant positive relationship with learning difficulties for grade VII and VIII students of MTs Negeri I Mojokerto .. This was evidenced by the value of r arithmetic (0.337) < r table (0.349) at a significant level of 0.05. Thus, the conclusion that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) I proposed reads "there is a relationship between guidance and counseling services with learning difficulties for grade VII and VIII students of MTs Negeri I Mojokerto. proven true, or "rejected". The magnitude of the relationship between student learning difficulties is smaller than 0.50 (50%) which is 11.3569%, the remaining 88.6431% is influenced by other factors, Hypothesis (Ha) II that the author proposes is proven true or "accepted".

Observational type is correlation among two Variables (at liberty and overcharging) with outgrows this research sample as much 52 students (son and daughter). Its sampling type utilizes Stratified Proportional Random Sampling (of aught population have same chance as sample).Result a stop to this research points out To Mark Sense relationship that adequately signifikan among oldster attention with disciplined learned student brazes VIII .
