Abstract

Entrepreneurship development in Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) is an important thing to do so that they become independent. This study aims to reveal and elaborate on three things, namely: the concept of kiai leadership in developing entrepreneurship in pesantren; strategies for developing entrepreneurship in pesantren; and the benefits obtained by pesantren and the surrounding community with the development of entrepreneurship in pesantren. The data were obtained from two pesantrens that have been successful in developing entrepreneurship, namely pesantren Sidogiri and pesantren An Nur 2. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. All data were analyzed using domain and componential analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis show that the kiai's concept for developing entrepreneurship in pesantren is collective-collegial, democratic-participatory, and consultative-authoritative. While the strategy carried out by the Kiai is to build and maintain trust, empowerment, synergy, innovation, flexible policies, and solid cooperation. The benefits of the results of entrepreneurship development in pesantren are felt and enjoyed by various parties, namely: first, the availability of basic necessities for students, alumni, teachers, pesantren and surrounding communities. Second, the opening of new job opportunities for the community, especially residents around the pesantren. Third, pesantren have economic independence, so that they are authoritative and independent in regulating and managing pesantren. The research has implications for the development of entrepreneurship based on religious values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter pada nilai nasioanalisme siswa. Secara garis besar sudah tertanam didalam jiwanya sehingga keperdulian dan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya penerapana nilai bangsa ini harus terpenuhi dengan pengelolaan yang baik melalui manajemen partisipatif orang tua oleh Lembaga, sehingga karakter anak tidak hanya didukung oleh Lembaga dalam mengenal nilai nasionalisme tetapi didukung oleh lingkungan keluarga yakni oleh orang tua. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, pengamatan dan kajian literatur. Teknik pengamatan yang digunakan adalah pengamatan partisipasi orang tua oleh Lembaga Literatur yang menjadi bahan pengumpulan data adalah literatur dari jurnal dan buku serta wawancara dilakukan dengan sumber utama yakni kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pastisipatif yang diimplementasikan dengan orang tua membawa dampak pada peningkatan karakter anak, peningkatan nilai nasionalisme melalului nilai-nilai yang ditanamakan dan digabungkan dengan pembelajaran yang akan digunakan sehingga para pendidik aktif memahami dan menciptakan kegiatan yang mendukung nilai nasionalisme melalui orang tua, kegiatan sekolah yang bertujuan pembentukan karakter nasionalisme pada SMA Bani Hasyim Singosari Malang.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze: 1) the concept of the visionary leadership of the head of Madin (Madrasah Diniyah) in improving the quality of students (santri) at the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school, 2) the process of the relationship between the head of Madin and its members in improving the quality of students at the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school, 3) the results of achieving the quality of students carried out by the head of Madin Al-Khoirot. This article uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis uses data condensation, display data, and make conclusions. The results showed: 1) The concept of the visionary leadership of the Madin Al-Khoirot head includes: a) the formulation of the vision based on the provisions of Madin graduates. b) make changes and innovations that advance. c) conduct training and monitoring of Madin teachers. d) build cooperation with pesantren. 2) the process of building good relations is carried out by holding regular meetings with all Madin residents. 3) the results of quality achievement are shown by the success of Madin Al-Khoirot graduates being accepted in foreign Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Religious education is the basic foundation of society. In internalizing the values of Islamic religious education, habituation and example are needed. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the government recommends that learning activities be carried out online to stop the spread of covid-19. The interaction between teachers and students is limited so that all parties are required to be able to think creatively, innovatively and technologically literate in developing learning so that children's education continues to develop well despite all the limitations. This study to analyze the values of PAI which are internalized in online learning and the process of internalizing PAI values through habituation and example in online learning at SDIT Al-Uswah Singosari. The approach used is a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) PAI values that are internalized in online learning are Divine values and Insaniyah values. 2) The process of internalizing PAI values through habituation and example in online learning is carried out using three stages, namely value transformation, value transactions and value transinternalization.
