Abstract

Efforts to encourage rural communities to have the ability and meet their own needs independently and have competitiveness can be done by empowering innovation-based communities in rural areas. With the village innovation program, it can support village development to be more effective and efficient through various innovation-based community empowerment programs to be more innovative and responsive to the needs of rural communities. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of innovation-based community empowerment programs in rural areas and the obstacles faced. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The data used is sourced from journals searched through Google Scholar. The results of the review show that there are several innovation-based community empowerment programs in rural areas. Innovation-based empowerment programs have an important role for the welfare of rural communities. Recommendations that can be given are to give full attention to innovation-based empowerment programs for rural communities.

Abstract

The welfare of actors in the agricultural sector must be guaranteed considering their role in the economy. But often the welfare of farmers is still classified as less prosperous, so empowerment is needed. This study aims to find out about the implementation of agricultural financing and its role in empowering agricultural communities. The method is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The data used is sourced from journal articles searched through Google Scholar. The results of the study show that there are many types of agricultural financing applied in Indonesia. These various financing programs have a positive role in empowering agricultural communities. Through empowerment programs, the community becomes more empowered and can improve their welfare. Recommendations that can be given are that it is necessary to pay attention to various sources of financing that are in favor of farmers so that they can become a bridge to empowering agricultural communities.

Abstract

Efficiency is important in horticultural farming, but farmers still do not understand how the concept is to achieve efficiency. This study aims to determine the factors of production that influence the production of horticulture in particular pakcoy and determine the efficiency level of pakcoy farming. The research design is quantitative with a survey method by distributing questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to 30 respondents who obtained by simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and stochastic frontier analysis. The research was conducted in Cipanas Sub-district, Cianjur District from August to November 2022. The results showed that the production factors related to the production of pakcoy were the use of ZA fertilizer and Score pesticide. ZA fertilizer and Score pesticide have a positive relationship with pakcoy production. Pakcoy farming in Cipanas Sub-district, Cianjur District can be identified as efficient. Efficiency in pakcoy cultivation in Cipanas District can still be improved to achieve maximum efficiency. Efficiency can be increased by adding the quantity of several production factors that are positively related to production, as well as reducing the use of production factors that have a negative relationship with production. Farmers can attend training on increasing technical efficiency so they can understand the concept of technical efficiency and apply it in their business.

Abstract

Teknologi pembiayaan merupakan salah satu alternatif sumber pembiayaan yang dapat diakses oleh pelaku usaha. Namun demikian, pelaku usaha masih belum familiar dengan teknologi pembiayaan sehingga atensi terhadap teknologi pembiayaan rendah dan lebih memilih mengakses pada sumber informal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi atensi pelaku usaha hortikultura terhadap teknologi pembiayaan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Cianjur pada bulan Agustus-November 2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling dengan ukuran sampel 68 yang meliputi 4 penyedia input pertanian, 50 petani, 10 pengolah hasil pertanian, dan 4 pemasar hasil pertanian. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel usia, pengalaman usaha, dan kemudahan mengakses teknologi pembiayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap atensi pelaku usaha hortikultura terhadap teknologi pembiayaan.

Abstract

Integrasi teknologi pengolahan hasil pertanian dan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Penelitian ini berfokus pada CV. Essentialle Harum Alami, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produk minyak atsiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik IFE/EFE, SWOT, dan AHP. Penelitian mengidentifikasi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, dan daya saing pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan fasilitas dan infrastruktur produksi untuk memenuhi standar ekspor, adopsi teknologi produksi dan pengemasan skala komersial yang tepat, serta pengembangan program pelatihan karyawan merupakan langkah kunci untuk pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, penguatan kerja sama dengan pemangku kepentingan dan perluasan promosi akan membantu meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan membangun citra merek yang kuat. Studi ini menekankan bahwa penyelarasan strategi tersebut dengan tren global yang mendukung produk ramah lingkungan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi perusahaan dan komunitasnya. Integrasi teknologi dan MSDM menjadi faktor utama dalam pengembangan agroindustri yang kompetitif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

E-commerce menjadi tren yang memberikan kemudahan bagi konsumen dalam berbelanja termasuk belanja produk pertanian seperti sayuran. Meskipun sudah tersedia kemudahan dengan adanya teknologi dalam kegiatan jual beli berupa e-commerce, masih banyak konsumen yang belum memanfaatkannya dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya akan sayuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat pembelian konsumen terhadap sayur melalui e-commerce serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Purwakarta bulan Desember 2024 – Januari 2025. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel ditarik menggunakan metode insidental dengan ukuran sampel 100. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat pembelian konsumen terhadap sayur melalui e-commerce termasuk pada kategori sedang. Persepsi harga dan persepsi kualitas memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian konsumen baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.

Abstract

Pertanian konvensional seringkali menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan dan menurunkan produktivitas tanah. Pangan berkelanjutan merupakan konsep yang dapat digunakan untuk menanggulangi hal tersebut. Keberhasilan konsep ini perlu didukung oleh berbagai pihak termasuk mahasiswa. Dukungan mahasiswa terhadap pangan berkelanjutan dapat diwujudkan dengan modal civic competence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat civic competence mahasiswa dan perannya dalam mendukung peningkatan pangan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed method dengan responden serta informan mahasiswa Jurusan Pertanian Politeknik Negeri Subang sebanyak 30 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif serta analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat civic competence mahasiswa termasuk pada kategori tinggi. Civic competence menjadi modal bagi mahasiswa untuk mendukung pangan berkelanjutan yang meliputi komponen civic knowledge, civic skills, civic values and attitudes, dan civic engagement motivation. Civic knowledge dapat berperan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai alur aspirasi dan advokasi. Civic skills mahasiswa dapat menjadi jembatan untuk memberikan informasi dan mengkampanyekan konsep pangan berkelanjutan kepada masyarakat serta untuk melakukan advokasi kepada pemerintah. Civic values and attitudes mendorong kesadaran akan toleransi, solidaritas, dan keadilan dengan semua pihak tanpa membeda-bedakan dalam rangka mewujudkan pangan yang berkelanjutan. Civic engagement motivation dapat mendorong agar mahasiswa mampu menjadi jembatan antara masyarakat dan pemerintah yang terkait. Kata kunci: Civic Competence, Mahasiswa, Pangan Berkelanjutan. Conventional farming causes environmental damage and reduces soil productivity. Sustainable food is a concept that can be used to overcome this. The success of this concept needs to be supported by various parties, including students. Student support for sustainable food can be realized through civic competency capital. This research aims to determine the level of civic competence of students and support sustainable food improvement. The method used was a mixed method with 30 respondents and student informants from the Department of Agriculture, Subang State Polytechnic. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the level of students' civic competence is included in the high category. Civic competency becomes capital for students to support sustainable food which includes components of civic knowledge, civic skills, civic values ​​and attitudes, and motivation for community involvement. Civic Knowledge can play a role in increasing knowledge regarding the flow of aspirations and advocacy. Citizenship skills students can be a bridge to provide information and campaign for sustainable food concepts to the community as well as to carry out advocacy to the government. Civic values ​​and attitudes that encourage awareness of tolerance, solidarity and justice with all parties without discrimination in order to realize sustainable food. Motivation for community involvement can encourage students to be able to become a bridge between the community and the relevant government. Keyword : Civic competence, student, sustainable food
