Abstract

In learning activities that are the main focus is recognizing the character of students to determine learning resources or teaching materials that will be used in the learning process so that the objectives of the learning can be achieved. But in reality, there are still many parties who are not aware of this. So that the teaching materials used have not been able to develop the character possessed by students fully. One of the ways to develop the character of students in school is to integrate character education and religious values into integrated learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of the learning module that will be used by students. The study uses the Research and Development (R&D) 4D model. The results of the study showed that the numbers obtained from design experts were 70.45%, material experts 75%, and linguists 75%, and student assessment results were 86.11%. At the testing stages, the average posttest has increased by 7.20690. Thus, the integrated IPA learning module is worthy of religious values used to develop students' independent character based on their level of feasibility.

Abstract

Tingkat kemiskinan yang tinggi di Provinsi Jawa Barat menjadi salah satu tantangan yang mendesak serta menjadi gambaran pusat ekonomi Indonesia. Menurut teori lingkaran kemiskinan yang dikenalkan oleh Nurkse, yang mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan ada tiga yaitu rendahnya IPM, rendahnya pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingginya tingkat pengangguran. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Barat, serta bagaimana penanggulangan kemiskinan dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari BPS dengan data panel yang merupakan data time series periode 2019-2023 dan data cross section dari 27 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fixed effect model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan fixed effect model diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan variabel Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, sedangkan variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Secara simultan tiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi Jawa Barat pada tahun 2019-2023. Dalam meminimalisir kemiskinan, Islam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang memberi manfaat luas bagi masyarakat, penciptaan anggaran negara yang memihak kepada kepentingan masyarakat banyak, pembangunan infrastruktur yang memberi manfaat luas bagi masyarakat, penyediaan pelayanan publik dasar, kebijakan pemerataan dan distribusi pendapatan yang memihak masyarakat miskin.

Abstract

This research explores the application of the mudharabah contract, a profit-sharing partnership in which one party provides capital—either in the form of money or assets—while the other manages a specific business venture. The study adopts a qualitative approach with data gathered through fieldwork methods, including interviews, direct observations, and documentation. The key informants consist of managers and partners involved in catfish farming at Rahma Farm, located in Duren Seribu Village, where collaboration occurs between capital or pond owners and farm managers. SWOT analysis was employed to examine the internal and external factors influencing the partnership. Findings reveal that the profit-sharing agreement in this catfish farming practice is based on oral contracts, which lack legal enforceability. This arrangement is primarily driven by mutual trust and the intention to simplify the process of cooperation. The profit-sharing mechanism is carried out evenly, namely each party receives 50 percent of the business results. While the loss-sharing mechanism is borne entirely by the land owner.

Abstract

To be a superior and qualified Muslim, of course you must be able to read the Al-Qur'an clearly and fluently. The use of methods is an important factor in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an. The Qiroati method is a fairly old method, where the Qiroati method emerged and was pioneered by K.H. Dahlan Salim Zarkasyi. MTs Tahfizh Al-Falakiyah is one of the school that uses the Qiroati method in its teaching and learning activities, because the Qiroati method is a fast and precise method for learning to read and write the Al-Qur'an. This research aims 1) to determine the implementation of the Qiroati method on the ability to read the Al-Qur'an, 2) to determine the development of students' abilities in implementing Al-Qur'an Reading Learning using the Qiroati Method 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the Qiroati method in reading the Al-Qur'an, 4) to find out solutions to the factors inhibiting the implementation of the Qiroati method in reading the Al-Qur'an. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, the main characteristic of this research is that the researcher is directly involved in the field, acts as an observer, creates categories of actors, observes phenomena, records them in a research book. Data collection techniques are interview and documentation techniques, using data reduction analysis, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show that 1) the implementation of the qiroati method on the ability to read the Al-Qur'an has three steps, namely planning, implementation and individual evaluation. 2) The development of students' ability to read the Koran is quite good and significant 3) there are several supporting factors, one of which is professional teaching staff, the facilities provided by the school and there are also several inhibiting factors that come from teachers and students. 4) the solution to the inhibiting factors is regular training and development for the teaching team, more complete learning tools, and creating a conducive and enjoyable learning situation. It can be concluded that the Qiroati method applied at MTs Tahfizh Al-Falakiyah Bogor City is very suitable and appropriate, this is proven by the 2024 EBTAQ test results data from 7A of 28 students 2 students who failed, 7B of 27 students 5 students who failed, 7C of 28 students 5 students who failed, 7D of 31 students 5 students who failed, 7E of 31 students, 5 students who failed. So out of a total of 145 grade 7 students, there are 22 students who have not passed the test. Then from class 8A data of 28 students 1 person failed, 8B of 31 students 3 people failed, 8C of 31 students 3 people failed, 8D of 29 students 3 people failed, 8E of 28 students 2 people failed. So out of a total of 147 grade 8 students, there are 12 students who have not passed the test. Finally, data from class 9A, all 28 students passed, 9B from 26 students all passed, 9C from 28 students all passed, 9D from 31 students all passed, 9E from 31 students all passed. So out of a total of 144 grade 9 students, all managed to graduate. This proves a significant result, because there is an increase in success in the test which increases with each class.
