Abstract

Abstract

Researchforstudiesbothsimultaneousorpartialcorelationofselfefficacy and socialsupportwithacademicstres.Thisstudy usedquantitativemethods,withdata collectionthrougha questionnaire thattake 100studententrantsawayinthe State High School1Pamekasanpurposively.ResultsofregressionsanalysisshowedthevalueofF= 28,453andp=0,000(p<0,05).Meansselfefficacy andsocialsupportwithsupportwith academic streshas a highly significant correlation. The resultsof partial correlation betweentestselfefficacywithacademicstresstogetthevaluet=-0,145andp=0,000(p <0,05),whichmeans thatbetweenselfefficacy withacademicstresshasasignificant negative correlation.The resultsofcorrelationbetweensocialsupporttostressobtained valuet=-0,561withp=0,081(p>0,05),meaning thatthesocialsupportwithacademic stress has asignificant negativecorrelation. Abstract

Background: Pangarengan District is one of the areas in Sampang Regency with a fairly high number of child smokers, namely the age of 14 years as much as 26.6% and 11 years old as much as 15.4%, among elementary schools as much as 24.3%. Aims: The purpose of this study was to analyze the form of social support from parents and peers on smoking behavior in children in Pangarengan District, Sampang Regency. Method: This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. There are 15 informants consisting of 5 main informants and 10 additional informants. Determination of informants used a purposive technique. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used thematic content analysis. Credibility tests used source triangulation and technical triangulation. Results: Based on the results of the study, all informants received emotional support in the form of smoking bans, attention, care, and advice. Informants get instrumental support in the form of suggestions, input, and appeals to reduce cigarette consumption. In addition, the informants received support in the form of positive enthusiasm and encouragement to stop smoking, as well as gifts promised by their parents. Informants also received information support about the dangers of smoking and diseases made worse by smoking. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that all informants have received social support from their parents and peer groups. This study is expected to change smoking behavior in children by reducing cigarette consumption.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) terus mengalami percepatan yang luar biasa. Kemajuan teknologi yang berkelanjutan berlangsung terus-menerus sepanjang sejarah peradaban manusia, yang menandakan terjadinya transformasi dan inovasi dalam ranah digital. Pembelajaran elektronik (e-learning) merupakan metode instruksional modern yang dapat dilaksanakan di berbagai lokasi dan waktu dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi digital.Salah satu solusi teknologi yang dapat mendukung proses edukasi adalah pengoptimalan Microsoft Office berbasis web untuk mempermudah kegiatan pembelajaran. Penggunaan platform tersebut dalam konteks pendidikan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada peserta didik, baik dalam belajar mandiri maupun kolaboratif.Berdasarkan pemaparan di atas, pemanfaatan Microsoft Office berbasis web dapat menjadi strategi inovatif untuk membantu proses pembelajaran di era digitalisasi informasi, khususnya bagi siswa dan siswi SMK PANCAKARYA TANGERANG. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini, tujuan utamanya adalah memberikan pembekalan dan pelatihan tentang penggunaan Microsoft Office berbasis web dalam aktivitas belajar sehari-hari.Kelompok sasaran utama program ini adalah para siswa dan siswi SMK PANCAKARYA TANGERANG, terutama mereka yang belum memahami secara mendalam potensi teknologi pendidikan dan fitur-fitur yang tersedia dalam Microsoft Office berbasis web.

Abstract

This research explores the application of the mudharabah contract, a profit-sharing partnership in which one party provides capital—either in the form of money or assets—while the other manages a specific business venture. The study adopts a qualitative approach with data gathered through fieldwork methods, including interviews, direct observations, and documentation. The key informants consist of managers and partners involved in catfish farming at Rahma Farm, located in Duren Seribu Village, where collaboration occurs between capital or pond owners and farm managers. SWOT analysis was employed to examine the internal and external factors influencing the partnership. Findings reveal that the profit-sharing agreement in this catfish farming practice is based on oral contracts, which lack legal enforceability. This arrangement is primarily driven by mutual trust and the intention to simplify the process of cooperation. The profit-sharing mechanism is carried out evenly, namely each party receives 50 percent of the business results. While the loss-sharing mechanism is borne entirely by the land owner.

Abstract

The KWS Community (Kumpulan Wong Sragen) serves as a collaborative platform for Sragen residents but faces challenges including manual data management, decentralized coordination, and limited transparency. This research aims to design an integrated web-based system to streamline administrative processes, member registration, activity scheduling, and participation tracking. The development employs the Waterfall method—a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach characterized by sequential phase completion, ensuring structured progression from one stage to the next. Results demonstrate a 60% reduction in administrative workload, improved data accuracy, and real-time communication via a centralized dashboard. Long-term impacts include enhanced member engagement and scalability for similar community models. This study highlights digital transformation's potential in strengthening community-based organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of developing this start-up is to organize the collection of waste in the community, in the form of plastic and glass waste. This waste will be managed at the Self-Realization Waste Bank to become new, more valuable products. Plastic waste will be shredded into smaller pieces and melted. The melted plastic will then be transformed into paving blocks. Meanwhile, glass waste will be crushed into artificial sand, which will also be used to make paving blocks. The collection of plastic waste and glass waste is organized through a web-based start-up that can be accessed by the general public. The method used involves socializing the program and practicing product manufacturing. The results of the activities show that partners can operate the developed start-up and can already create products from plastic waste and glass waste. Partners can also transform glass waste into artificial sand. Products produced from plastic waste and glass waste can be used as surface covers for pedestrian paths and parking areas.

Abstract

The short story A Handful of Dirt by Jan Dost vividly portrays the refugee experience, focusing on alienation, language loss, and the psychological burden of displacement. Refugees often struggle to adapt to new environments, and communication barriers intensify their sense of isolation. This study seeks to analyze how Dost’s narrative reflects these linguistic and emotional challenges while drawing educational implications for language teaching. Employing a qualitative text-based method, the analysis explores the protagonist’s inability to master the host country’s language, his attempts to preserve his mother tongue, and his anthropomorphic conversations with inanimate objects as a coping strategy. These narrative elements reveal how language is inseparable from identity and belonging. The findings highlight the pedagogical value of refugee literature in language education. Dost’s story underscores the need for culturally responsive teaching, mother-tongue maintenance, and empathy-driven curricula for refugee learners. By incorporating such narratives, educators can foster awareness, inclusivity, and emotional engagement in classrooms. In conclusion, A Handful of Dirt serves not only as a literary depiction of exile but also as a resource for understanding and improving language education practices in multicultural contexts.

Abstract

This article explores the relevance and potential adaptation of the Nizamiyah Madrasa curriculum within the context of contemporary Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Established in the 11th century, the Nizamiyah system is recognized as a structured, flexible, and integrative model of Islamic education that successfully produced renowned scholars and contributed significantly to the development of Islamic civilization. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, analyzing historical and educational literature related to Islam ic curriculum development. The findings indicate that current PAI faces several challenges, including centralized curriculum design, cognitively biased evaluation, fragmented disciplines, and limited teacher autonomy. By adapting the core principles of the Nizamiyah curriculum such as modular structures, interdisciplinary integration, the teacher's role as a spiritual guide, and holistic evaluation PAI can evolve into a more contextual, transformative, and future-oriented educational system. Reinvigorating these classical educational values offers a promising alternative for reforming PAI to better meet the needs of contemporary society.
