Abstract

Hotel Koening adalah sebuah penginapan yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia. Hotel ini dalam transaksinya menggunakan pencatatan manual atau media kertas. Dalam pencatatan data utama adalah pengunjung sebagai tamu yang menyewa kamar Hotel atau yang berminat dengan paket wisata. Cara kerja traditional yang diterapkan menyebabkan banyak terjadi kerugian, terutama waktu transaksi check-in dan check-out begitu lambat dan memiliki resiko kesalahan dalam pencatatannya. Transaksi pembayaran mengharuskan tamu datang ke Hotel secara langsung, kemudian dalam pengisian buku tamu dan pembuatan laporan juga mengalami keterlambatan dan sering terjadi data yang salah. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasi diperlukan pengembangan sistem terkomputerisasi, Solusi pengembangan sistem adalah pembuatan program aplikasi reservasi ruang Hotel dan paket wisata berbasis web. Trobosan ini dipertimbangkan sebagai cara yang efektive dan efisien, disamping dapat menghemat waktu transaksi dan lebih cepat bagi pemilik untuk melihat hasil laporan yang terjadi dari internet. Perancangan system menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Aplikasi disusun dengan tahapan Analisa kebutuhan, merancang diagram alir data, penerapan UML modelling. Bahasa program PHP dan didukung MY-SQLI sebagai database. Pengujian menggunakan Alpha dan black BOX testing

Abstract

The purpose of this study is in an effort to search for data, facts, and information obtained both from the field and from existing documents, about the leadership of the school principal, organizational culture and teacher teaching performance. The method used in this research is quantitative, this method is commonly used as one of the research models, this method fulfills the scientific / scientific rules that are concrete / empirical, objective, measurable, rational and systematic, this method is called quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The sample used uses the Slovin formula from 112 populations that were sampled as 53 people. Based on the results of the study there is an influence between the principal's leadership (X1) and teacher's teaching performance (X3) which is described by the equation X3 = 37.612 = 0.685X1 meaning it can be used as a tool to explain and draw conclusions about the influence between the principal's leadership (X1) and performance teaching teachers (X3), every increase of one unit of principal leadership will increase 0.685 units of teacher teaching performance with a constant of 37,612.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan dalam KBM Peserta didik yang ada di kelas XI TKJ 1 SMK PKP 2 jakarta dalam kegiatan praktikum melalui media video tutorial jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan yang di laksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus mencangkup 4 tahap kegiatan, yaitu : 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan tindakan, 3)Pengamatan, dan 4) Refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah kelas XI TKJ 1 pada semester genap SMK PKP 2 Jakarta tajun pelajaran 2013/2014 hasil penelitian ini secara keseluruhan menunjukan adanya peningkatan keaktifan belajar, mata pelajaran produktif TKJ dalam kegiatan praktikum dengan menggunakan media yaitu video tutorial perbaikan pada proses pembelajaran tersebut di dapatkan dari peningkatan siswa yang melakukan kegiatan praktikum sesuai petunjuk yang diberikan dari 31,81 % menjadi 77, 28 % hal ini berarti terjadi peningkatan sebesar 45, 47%.

Abstract

Theoretically a good understanding will give high motivation to students. However, in real terms their motivation is low. This can be seen from some students in learning Islamic religious education are less enthusiastic about doing homework on the grounds that there are too many tasks, and are more concerned with other subjects, even though the material and understanding have been conveyed by the teacher council. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) The understanding of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok about commendable morals subpokok material of hard work, perseverance, tenacity, and meticulousness (X); 2) Motivation to learn PAI Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok (Y); 3) The relationship between students' understanding of the sub-topic material of working hard, diligently tenaciously and meticulously with the motivation to learn PAI class XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok. This research uses a descriptive method and for data collection through tests, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results showed that students' understanding of moral material was commendable to the qualifications, 2. The reality of student learning motivation in the field of PAI includes high qualifications, 3. There is a positive relationship between students' understanding of commendable moral material in PAI subjects in relation to pai learning motivation, this is aimed at through the regression equation model Y = 49.25 + 0.11 X with a correlation coefficient of 0.51. The influence between the variable X on Y is 56% and there are other factors that affect the variable X againstY 44%.

Abstract

The leadership model in an educational setting influences the effectiveness of the learning process in schools. Effective principal leadership can improve teacher performance and the quality of education. Humanistic leadership can be applied at all levels of education, including early childhood education (PAUD). The education process starts at the lowest education level, namely PAUD. This level of education needs full attention because it is the foundation of children's education, where early childhood is at the best stage of physical and brain development. The creation of quality PAUD is influenced by the leadership of the school principal. With humanistic leadership, it is hoped that the principal is able to meet the basic needs of teachers, which can create teacher satisfaction so that they can improve their performance. Job satisfaction and teacher performance have a very close relationship because it is important and is an aspect of organizational psychology.
