Abstract

Theoretically a good understanding will give high motivation to students. However, in real terms their motivation is low. This can be seen from some students in learning Islamic religious education are less enthusiastic about doing homework on the grounds that there are too many tasks, and are more concerned with other subjects, even though the material and understanding have been conveyed by the teacher council. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) The understanding of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok about commendable morals subpokok material of hard work, perseverance, tenacity, and meticulousness (X); 2) Motivation to learn PAI Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok (Y); 3) The relationship between students' understanding of the sub-topic material of working hard, diligently tenaciously and meticulously with the motivation to learn PAI class XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok. This research uses a descriptive method and for data collection through tests, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results showed that students' understanding of moral material was commendable to the qualifications, 2. The reality of student learning motivation in the field of PAI includes high qualifications, 3. There is a positive relationship between students' understanding of commendable moral material in PAI subjects in relation to pai learning motivation, this is aimed at through the regression equation model Y = 49.25 + 0.11 X with a correlation coefficient of 0.51. The influence between the variable X on Y is 56% and there are other factors that affect the variable X againstY 44%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat diadakan di TPQ Nurul Jihad, materi yang diberikan Penggunaan aplikasi Power Point. Pada Kegiatan PM sebelunya diberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word. Banyak manfaat dari kegiatan PM sebelumnya, sehingga pihak TPQ Nurul Jihad mengharapkan kerjasama kembali dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan tema penggunaan aplikasi Power Point. Aplikasi tersebut diperlukan, karena sebagai guru dalam memberikan pengajaran diperlukan penyampaian materi kepada siswa dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Selain penyampaiannya lebih menarik, diharapkan siswa lebih semangat saat berada dikelas, karena penyampain materi tidak membosankan dengan adanya tampilan-tampilan materi yang disampaikan menggunakan aplikasi Power Point. Pada kesempatan lain, guru dan karyawan pada saat presentasi didalam dan luar lingkungan TPQ dapat menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Semangat belajar terus ditunjukkan oleh guru dan karyawan TPQ Nurul Jihad, sehingga acara PM tersebut dapat berjalan lancar dan mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dari guru-guru dan karyawan TPQ Nurul Jihad.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan diperlukan adanya pendidikan dan pengajaran yang baik melalui metode pendidikan dan pengajaran sehingga dapat tercapai harapan-harapan yang diinginkan lembaga tersebut. Pondok Moderen International Boarding School Kawit An-Nur Slawi merupakan lembaga yang mengharapkan pendidikan dan pengajaran yang baik terhadap santri-santrinya. Keberhasilan lembaga ini terlihat dari pendidikan dan pengajaran 24 jam di pondok .juga melalui metode keteladanan, metode pembiasaan, metode pengawasan dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendidik santri-santrinya. Diantara kegiatan-kegiatan santri ada kegiatan harian yaitu dengan sholat berjamaah serta nasihat yang mendidik, serta membaca al-qur’an dengan pengawasan yang ketat, disiplin masuk kelas dengan memperhatikan seragamnya dan bawaan masuk kelas, dan kegiatan mingguan yaitu dengan ceramah untuk santri disertai nasehat-nasehat yang mendidik.

Abstract

The implementation of information and communication technology curriculum at SMPN 9 Depok focuses on basic computer knowledge and operations, information processing for productivity, problem solving, exploration and communication. At each level, students are expected to be able to operate the computer properly. Barriers and support in the implementation of information and communication technology subjects. Obstacles that occur in the form of technical factors, namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support information and communication technology lessons, namely the inadequate number of computers available when compared to the number of students who use it. One computer must be used interchangeably by two students. Non-technical constraints are teachers who have not attended computer training in accordance with the current development of computer science. Then the use of English in the computer operational system. These obstacles are not an obstacle to progress for SMPN 9 Depok, the foundation continues to try to continuously improve the facilities that should be owned in the subjects of information and communication technology. How to overcome the obstacles that occur in the subjects of Information and Communication Technology is to build a larger laboratory space so that it can accommodate more computers and ultimately can maximize the means of computers, so it is expected that one computer can be used by one student. The use of English in computer operational systems, is overcome by trying to translate it in Indonesian, so it is expected that students understand about the operational system. Fourth, the teaching and learning process that is currently taking place at SMPN 9 Depok has not developed much creativity in using various learning models and methods, but to practice using computers teachers let students more actively interact and process information and communicate it. The teaching methods used are lecture and Q&A methods.

Abstract

SMK Bina Insani Cijeruk merupakan salah satu sekolah yang sudah memanfaatkan computer untuk menyelesaikan berbagai tugas, tetapi pemanfaatan masih belum maksimal karena masih ada bagian administrasi yang masih menggunakan metode manual, yaitu pada administrasi pembayaran. Penelitian ini berusaha membuat sebuah aplikasi berteknologi PHP dan MySQL untuk mengelolah data pembayaran sekolah meliputi pembayaran SPP, pembayaran ujian dan pencarian informasi. Metode Waterfall digunakan sebagai acuan perancangan dan pengembangan aplikasi. Alat abstraksi sistem yang digunakan adalah Use Case diagram. Perancangan Basis data dengan menggunakan ERD. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black box. Pengujian memberikan hasil bahwa aplikasi dapat dijalankan dan fungsi dapat berjalan dengan semestinya.

Abstract

Sejak munculnya pandemi Covid-19, persaingan platform e-commerce semakin sengit, dan akibatnya banyak bisnis e-commerce saat ini menghadapi peluang dan bahaya internal dan eksternal. Aplikasi Bukalapak sudah menerima banyak keluhan dari pelanggannya menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak yang harus diperbaiki pihak Bukalapak untuk terus memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada konsumennya. Apabila hal ini tidak diperbaiki akan banyak konsumen yang beralih ke aplikasi e-commerce lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan Evaluasi Kinerja Sistem dengan menggunakan metode PIECES framework yang meliputi 6 variabel yaitu : (Performance, information, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Service) terhadap Aplikasi E- commerce Bukalapak, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Kinerja Sistem Aplikasi dari sisi kelemahan, kekuatan dan menganalisis komponen apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan Kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PIECES framework dalam menganalisis data, penggunaan metode PIECES framework sangat cocok dalam menganalisis setiap variabel sistem yang diteliti karena bisa memberikan hasil nyata terhadap efektivitas sistem yang digunakan perusahaan. Kepuasan Pengguna terhadap layanan berbasis aplikasi mobile diukur dengan kerangka kerja PIECES framework untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan. Hasil dari penelitian yang menggunakan kerangka kerja PIECES framework menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,38 dengan skala likert. Maka pengguna layanan dikategorikan NETRAL terhadap layanan sistem informasi aplikasi Bukalapak di wilayah Pesing, Jakarta Barat RT07 RW02.

Abstract

Currently, information technology has become a determining factor for success in all aspects. This web media is a suggestion that can be used in schools where websites are used to convey information to students and the general public. SMA Negeri 12 Tangerang Regency is one of the educational institutions that wants to ensure that their website provides a satisfying experience to its visitors. By conducting a webqual 4.0 analysis, SMA Negeri 12 Tangerang Regency can gain deeper insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the website. This research aims to measure the quality of the website of SMA Negeri 12 Tangerang Regency based on the webqual 4.0 dimension variables, namely quality of use, quality of information, and quality of interaction. The method used in this research uses a quantitative method with stages of identifying webqual 4.0 variables, sample selection, data collection, data analysis, data interpretation, and validation. With the results of this research, you can carry out reliability testing, hypothesis testing, t test and f test. So the results can be concluded that during the t test the variables X1, variable Y.

Abstract

Almsgiving is a teaching of Islam, which when done will be rewarded, even Allah SWT promises to increase His favor. However, the phenomenon seen in the Kalisapu community, they still think that by issuing zakat, the wealth will decrease and run out. Therefore, Pondok Modern International Boarding School has a role in providing an understanding of Islamic Education, especially in giving almsgiving. The purpose of this study was to provide an understanding of the application of the almsgiving method to the people of Kalisapu Slawi Tegal. This research uses a qualitative approach. By interviewing respondents. The results of the study provide findings that the application of the almsgiving method is able to stimulate the community to have a sense of humanitarian concern for others actively. With this, the community consciously and unconsciously has been sensitive to the state of the environment by increasing the attitude of generosity and actively participating in religious activities.

Abstract

Optik Tunggal is a company operating in the eye-related retail sector. Optik Tunggal serves eye refraction, sales of various glasses, sales of contact lenses, and so on related to the eyes. Service is essential because it influences the level of sales in a business. Optik Tunggal continues to strive to make improvements and developments in terms of both products and services. This research aims to determine customer satisfaction with Optik Tunggal services using the service quality method. This service quality method measures the level of satisfaction using five dimensions, namely physical appearance (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Optik Tunggal customers who had eye examinations and purchased products in May 2023, totaling 45 respondents, which were then processed using the Service Quality method. The research results show a gap of – 1.19 between the actual service received and customer expectations. The physical appearance dimension has a gap value of -1.05, the reliability dimension -1.19, the responsiveness dimension -1.12, the empathy dimension -1.25, and the assurance dimension -1.36

Abstract

Efikasi diri adalah keyakinan diri dalam menangenali kemampuan diri dalam menangani melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Efikasi diri yang tinggi mampu berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang dapat menciptakan suasana kerja yang efeltif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara efikasi diri dan pengaruhnya terhadap Organational citizenship behavior bagi guru di ponok pesantren Al-Huda Bojongguntung cibeber. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 27 guru dari Pondok Pesantren Al-Huda Bojonggintung Cibeber. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan analisis pengujian regresi sederhana. Dari hasil analisis dan penelitian dalam mengolah data-data yang didapatkan. Maka, diperoleh hasil persamaan regresi Y=a+b X atau model tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa efikasi dapat berpengaruh tergadap Organizational Citizenship behavior pada guru. Hasil dari pengujian Koefisiensi determinasi adalah 0392 yang memiliki kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap OCB adalah 39% sedangkan sisanya 61% dipengaruhi oleh variable lainnya.
