Abstract

The aim of this study was to monitor water quality in vaname culture pond and compare the application of different rearing culture system and feeding variations. Four ponds culture were used as vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) growth place. Measured parameters include physical and chemical factors such as temperature, brightness, pH, DO, salinity, ammonia, and alkalinity, while growth shrimp performance showed by SGR, SR, and FCR. The research result of the water quality parameters shows an adequate range values for all of the ponds and good enough for shrimp growth, and especially an optimum range value presented in pond three and four. Survival rate (SR) both pond 3 and 4 exhibit a good presentation that is more than 80%, whereas pond 1 and 2 were just less than 70% of SR value. The specific growth rate (SGR) presents also a good presentation in Pond 3 and 4 rather than pond 1 and 2. Based on the feed consumption, pond 1 and 2 show high FCR that is more than 1.7 while pond 3 and 4 present smaller FCR value which is less than 1.7. Finally, it could be concludhat application of floc in culture rearing system of pond 3 and 4 increase water quality and production value than pond 1 and 2

Abstract

The purpose this study to determine the marketing strategies carried out by MSME actors, especially in the city of South Tangerang. One of the marketing strategies is through E-commerce. E-commerce is the process of buying and selling products electronically. E-Commerce itself has grown in recent years and is slowly replacing traditional shops. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely descriptive does not provide treatment, manipulation or modifying the variables studied, but describes a condition as it is. The only treatment given is the research itself, which is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that MSMEs, especially in the city of South Tangerang, use marketing strategies through E-commerce. So, that their product sales and skills can increase

Abstract

In this modern era, the continuous progression of music has had a critical effect on the rise of different sorts of songs. Music has become an integral part of society, serving as a loyal companion in various moments of life. The connection between humans and music has become undeniable. Music is not just a tool for entertainment, but also a powerful means of communication, allowing individuals to express themselves. From expressing feelings to conveying ideas and opinions, music serves as a vessel capable of depicting various aspects of human life. In this context, this research aims to analyze how the lyrics of the song "Membasuh" function as a medium of expression, by interpreting the lyrics and uncovering the hidden meanings within the song "Membasuh". The researcher employs a literature review research method. The findings of this analysis indicate that songs can be an effective medium for conveying self-expression, as reflected in the information available in online media related to the song "Membasuh", as well as from the songwriter who personally pours his life philosophy through the work to those around him.

Abstract

In the current digital era, communication has become an integral element in daily life, with significant impacts on individual psychology. This research aims to examine the impact of communication on individual psychology, particularly in the context of information technology and social media. The research method employed is a literature analysis involving a study of various articles, books, and scholarly journals related to the topic. The analysis results indicate that communication through information technology and social media has a complex influence on individual psychology. It is found that the use of social media can affect self-esteem, self-image, anxiety, and emotional well-being. Additionally, there are also negative impacts such as addiction, depression, and sleep disturbances associated with intensive communication patterns via social media. However, the research also highlights the positive potential of digital communication in facilitating social support, expanding social networks, and enhancing individual psychological well-being.

Abstract

Every organization must have problems, problems that often arise in organizations are disharmonious relationships between leaders and their members, or between fellow members. This problem is caused by interference barriers in organizational communication. All organizational activities will run in accordance with their respective duties and functions if communication takes place effectively in all lines of the organization. Conversely, failure to foster effective and harmonious communication will hamper the implementation of tasks in the organization. Without communication there is no coordination, and without coordination there will be overlapping work, confusion of information, and misunderstanding in interpreting and carrying out organizational tasks. Organizational leaders are the spearhead of the organization to create comfort, bring motivation, and foster loyalty to the organization. every organization must apply the principles of public relations and human relations in order to build effective communication quality.
