<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the spread of diphtheria outbreaks caused by the existence of an immunity gap due to the low level of immunization in the people of Serang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recipient characteristics, innovation characteristics and communication sources both partially and simultaneously on the level of immunization program adoption. This research is based on the theory of innovation diffusion to explain the community's decision to adopt an immunization program. The study population was residents of the Curug Subdistrict of Serang City who had children aged 0 to 18 months and had included their children with immunizations. The number of samples was determined as many as 125 respondents selected by snowball sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using the SPSS version 20.00 program with multiple linear regression methods. Based on the hypothesis test results obtained 1) Characteristics of recipients proved to have a positive effect on the adoption of the immunization program in Serang City. 2) The characteristics of innovation proved to have a positive effect on the adoption of the immunization program in Serang City. 3) The source of communication proved to have a positive effect on the adoption of the immunization program in Serang City. The magnitude of the effect of recipient characteristics, innovation characteristics and communication sources on the adoption of the immunization program is shown by a coefficient of determination of 93.7%]]>

<![CDATA[Labor is an important element in the development process. Labor development is directed at improving the quality and contribution of the workforce. The more labor, the more demands / problems from workers to the company will be. The purpose of establishing a Tongue Workers Union or as a mediation between workers and companies is to fight for and protect the rights of workers. The purpose of this study was to find out the Communication Strategy used by the National Workers Union in improving the welfare of employees of PT Parkland World Indonesia and To find out the inhibiting factors and drivers of the National Workers Union in improving the welfare of employees of PT Parkland World Indonesia. This study uses a methodology of case studies or case studies. The results of this study are that PT Parkland World Indonesia's National Trade Union organization communication strategy in improving employee welfare has been effective. <![CDATA[Mass media have a role in the formation of public opinion. Public opinion starts from several factors, one of which is a person's fear of having different opinions in society. For this reason, an individual will monitor the opinion that is formed dominantly in the general public, so that someone will be afraid to express an opinion according to his own expression, but an individual will adjust to become part of the dominant opinion. The problem that will be discussed in this research is the formation of public opinion related to the issue of the postponement of the 2024 Election which is rolling in the Koran Tempo Online Media, so that it becomes a dominant opinion that has an influence on the views and behavior of the audience. This study aims to determine the extent to which Koran Tempo has succeeded in turning the issue of the postponement of the 2024 election into a debatable public opinion. From this research, it is concluded that the media agenda created by online media Koran Tempo with frequency density can shape public opinion of the agenda for postponement of the 2024 election and the extension of the presidential term. Second, the formation of public attitudes and views due to the media exposure of Koran Tempo regarding the postponement of the 2024 election, so that various waves of pros and cons in the social media continue to roll.]]>

<![CDATA[The company or employer is part of the ring of the wheels of the country's economy. Labor is a vital asset in the company in addition to money. Workers or laborers are human beings who use their labor and ability to get retribution in the form of income, either in the form of money or other forms from employers or employers. The industrial era can potentially cause increasing and complex industrial relations problems. The working relationship between workers and employers is not always harmonious. The maintenance of relations between workers, trade unions and management within the scope of industrial relations is essential to prevent conflicts in the world of work, if not resolved immediately, it can lead to industrial relations disputes due to the disharmony of relations between these parties. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study methodology in the field of various existing case studies with a perception of taking material from several sources. <![CDATA[Nowadays, many people are flocking to get used to living side by side with technology. The development of technology in the era of world globalization , the many developments of technological media and the migration of the transition from monologues to digital communication that occur in life. In this case, the public is confused by the termination of the Analog Switch Off (ASO) which began in November throughout Indonesia. The government has determined that the Jabodetabek Analog Switch Off (ASO) on November 2, 2022 will be completely extinguished. This study aims to determine the social impact that occurs in the field on the migration of analog to digital broadcasts has not been maximized by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission Regions and related Communications and Informatics that handle broadcast migration. This research uses a qualitative approach. This approach is carried out to understand the phenomena about what the subject of study experiences holistically and with descriptions in the form of words and language, in the context of nature as well as by utilizing various scientific methods. This study uses a case study methodology, as a research that uses empirical evidence from one or more organizations and the researcher seeks to study problems in context. The Government of Indonesia through Communication and Informatics (Kemenkominfo) continues to socialize the transition of analog television broadcasts to digital television broadcasts and gradually migrates to digital TV, meaning that people who use analog no longer watch television shows. The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of Banten Province stated that before the Analog Switch Off (ASO) will be implemented in November, the public already has a free Set Top Box from the government and the mux organizing media . <![CDATA[One of the timeless cultural heritages is the designation of the word jawara. The purpose of study is to analyze the context of a champion in the era of globalization and modernization whose existence is still recognized, mainly related to someone who has martial arts skill or is also called a martial arts expert. Interaction theory by Pierre Felix Bourdiou is used in this study and interprets the term champion to describe martial arts experts either to protect themselves or to defend the weak as a result of oppression by the authorities. Qualitative description is a tool for analyzing this research either from the direct recognition of the winner in the currentsituation or the events and actions of the champion in the past. Using several analyzes, namely interviews with several martial arts figures, description of whereabouts and the image of the current champion. The existence of a champion in the midst of society communication events and communication actions. <![CDATA[The impact that occurs in the field shows a decrease in the learning spirit of students. Not only in the education sector, all the impacts of Covid-19 have many obstacles and factors that workers face in order to learn, but the motivation of workers in the industry to continue their education is disrupted due to factors that indeed limit their mobility to learn. Workers increase their skills as individuals to gain self-quality by participating in training, formal and informal education. Worker's capacity is valued by the company from the potential development that the worker has to receive a fair welfare from the company in terms of allowances, bonuses, and performance evaluations achieved by the worker. The purpose of this research is for the researcher to understand the motivation of members of the National Workers' Union to learn, the factors that affect the motivation of workers to become night class students, to understand how the learning motivation of night class students affects their performance and self-quality. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methodology by conducting interviews with members of the SPN as night class students at Bina Bangsa University who are workers. Interest in learning is one of the motivations that is needed for workers, as one factor for career development for workers in improving their performance and self-quality.]]>

<![CDATA[After the Analog Switch Off (ASO) in the Banten Region (outside of Greater Tangerang), it turns out that there are still many problems related to the distribution and use of Set Top Boxes (STB). As part of the national television digitization program, the government has encouraged people to switch from analog to digital television by using STB. Several factors become obstacles in the distribution and use of STB in the Banten region, such as differences in income levels and limited infrastructure, socialization and information, market competition, and the different needs and preferences of the community. By knowing these social factors, it is hoped that the government and broadcasting institutions will be able to develop a more effective and efficient strategy to increase the use of STB throughout the Banten region. This paper is expected to provide information and input for policy makers to overcome obstacles to the distribution and use of STB in the region. This paper aims to identify, analyze and identify social factors that influence the distribution and use of STB as a social dynamic in the distribution and use of STB in the Regions. It is hoped that this paper can provide a better understanding of the social dynamics in the distribution and use of STB in the Banten region, and can provide information and input for the government and broadcasting institutions in formulating policies and strategies for more effective and efficient distribution and use of STB in the region.
