Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in mediating the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and affective commitment on the performance of employees of PT Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The population in this study were 93 employees of PT Wahana Kasih Mulia Kedungreja. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample of 76 employees. The analysis uses regression and mediation effect analysis using the product of coefficient method. The results showed that spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, affective commitment and OCB had a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the mediation test of spiritual intelligence and affective commitment have a significant positive but not significant positive effect on emotional intelligence

Abstract

In achieving company goals, human resources play a very important role. The organization will thrive if supported by loyal and highly committed employees, which is shown by their attitudes and behavior in the workplace. Positive behavior of employees or members of the organization can support individual performance and organizational performance for better organizational development. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a voluntary employee behavior that is not directly related to the compensation, but contributes to the effectiveness of the organization. OCB is vital for an effective organization because it includes behavior that is not directly related to performance tasks but is important for overall organizational performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness of organizational functions, especially in the long run. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of OCB UMKM of Kabupaten Banyumas The approach used in this study is quantitative method with a mean score to measure employee OCB on obedience, loyalty and participation. The results of the study concluded that the three indicators used in the assessment show good average score. Of the three indicator values the smallest is the value of the participation indicator with 3.39. The lack of OCB values from participation indicator shows the degree of OCB held by UMKM Kabupaten Banyumas so that the institution can design trainings or workshops that are in accordance with employee needs so that employees can exhibit work behavior that exceeds standards.

Abstract

Daging Slice Purwokerto dirintis awal tahun 2020 oleh seorang womenpreneur yang belum menerapkan manajemen usaha yang baik. Pemilik belum melakukan pembukuan dan manajemen keuangan, varian produk yang sedikit dan promosi usaha yang masih terbatas. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini agar pemilik usaha dan karyawan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang entrepreneur dan pentingnya penerapan manajemen usaha yang baik, serta terdorong meningkatkan produksi dan mengembangkan usaha. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah: presentasi, diskusi, pendampingan dan pelatihan manajemen. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan waktu dengan agenda: (1) penyuluhan entrepreneurship, manajemen usaha dan pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana, (2) penyuluhan manajemen pemasaran, diskusi permasalahan pemasaran, dan merumuskan model pemasaran yang tepat serta efektif, (3) penyuluhan manajemen produksi dan praktek membuat varian produk baru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan pemilik usaha termotivasi menjadi womenpreneur yang tangguh dan makin baik dalam tata kelola usaha, terbukti dengan melakukan praktek pembukuan dan meningkatkan efektivitas promosi. Selain itu, pemilik usaha dan karyawan juga termotivasi untuk terus melakukan inovasi dan kreativitas sehingga memunculkan varian produk baru berupa bakso, saos barbeque dan sayuran segar yang disimpan dalam lemari pendingin pemberian tim pengabdian sebagai bantuan usaha.

Abstract

Income is an important factor in a business activity. With a high income, the economic needs will be met properly. However, the difference in income in each farm is something that needs to be considered because the distribution of income is uneven. This study aims to analyze whether land area, farmer's age, education, capital, farming experience, selling price, fertilizer costs, seed costs, and labor affect the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. This research includes quantitative research using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used is a saturated sample (census) as many as 32 farmers. The data analysis technique use multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) land area, capital, selling price, cost of seeds have a significant positive effect on strawberry farming income in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency; (2) labor has a significant negative effect on the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency; (3) farmer's age, education, farming experience, and fertilizer costs have no effect on the income of strawberry farmers in Serang Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency. However, this study has limitations such as (1) it consists of several types of strawberries so it is not specific to one type of strawberry. (2) there are differences in thoughts, assumptions and opinions expressed by respondents in answering the questionnaire. So that further research is needed for further research in order to maximize the results obtained. Keywords: Income, Farming, Strawberries, Produkction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the image of a tourist destination, tourist experience and social media on the intention to return to the karapyak beach tourist attraction in Pangandaran Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the image of a tourist destination and social media has a significant positive effect on the intention to return, while the tourist experience has no effect on the intention to return. The implications of this research are that the local government is expected to pay attention to the procurement of certain events to increase the interest in visiting tourists again, such as holding annual events such as New Year's Eve, sea alms, kite festivals and so on. In addition, it is necessary to carry out continuous evaluations or follow-ups every year, so that tourist objects remain known to the wider community and become the main alternative choice in traveling..

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan dan pencapaian keberlangsungan hidup UMKM sangat perlu dimiliki oleh pemilik UMKM untuk mengelola kegiatan bisnis atau usaha yang dikelola agar mencapai tujuan usaha yang sudah ditetapkan. Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan UMKM dan dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan kegiatan usaha atau bisnis yang dibangun serta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan berwirausaha bagi semua kalangan masyarakat khususnya para pemilik usaha UMKM. Menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan bagi masyarakat, khususnya para pemilik UMKM dan sebagai wahana dalam menerapkan praktek pengelolaan dan mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha UMKM sebagai upaya untuk menumbuhkan usaha atau UMKM yang sukses sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup dan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat secara luas. Kegiatan pengaabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di Desa Gadungrejo, Kecamatan Klirong, Kabupaten Kebumen dengan sasaran para pemilik UMKM. Tujuanya adalah bahwa mereka mampu menata serta mengelola kegiatan usaha atau bisnis yang dimiliki dengan baik menggunakan pencatatan keuangan sederhana yang dilakukan dengan benar agar mempunyai kinerja keuangan yang dapat terkontrol serta dapat mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemilik UMKM. Metode yang dilakukan dengan transfer ilmu pengetahuan dengan penyuluha dan sosialisasi tentang ilmu manajemen, fungsi-fungsi manajmeen, pengelolaan usaha UMKM guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara umum.
