Abstract

The development of management science today requires effective management and efficient management to improve the quality of the organization with management excellence. So the ability and skills of managers and strategies are needed to realize the goals of the organization that has been set. Achievement of quality management organization with excellence necessary steps and strategy of the tapat supported by the management of the external environment are controlled, the existence of innovative change management and acceptable, and management of organizational culture conducive. Implement management excellence is not separated from the management functions of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring saffing always implemented appropriately in the management of the organization as well as the role and ability of the manager must be improved in order to achieve the goal of improving the quality of the organization. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, penanganan konfl ik terhadap kepercayaan dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, penanganan konfl ik dan kepercayaan terhadap komitmen dari pelanggan internet sosialita paket setengah unlimited 384 kbps Telkom Speedy sub wilayah Purwokerto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 113 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, penanganan konfl ik, kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen dan komunikasi, penanganan konfl ik berpengaruh terhadap trust. Dengan demikian, Telkom Speedy Purwokerto perlu memberikan prioritas tertinggi pada komunikasi dan penanganan konfl ik, karena itu akan mempengaruhi Variabel lain dari relationship marketing.

Abstract

The firm's value reflects the present value of the expected future income. The financial management function can maximize firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance effect of capital structure, dividend policy and firm size on firm value in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 26 companies from Food and Beverage Sub-Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange, using a purposive sampling method obtained 12 companies. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression panel data with the help of Eviews-10 program. The results showed that capital structure had a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy had no effect on firm value and firm size had significant negative effect on firm value. This means that the company should still pay attention to the internal factors of the company that can affect company value such as capital structure and company size. This research is limited to only analyzing the variable leverage, capital structure and company carving. Future research should be able to add the company's external factors that can affect firm value such as inflation, interest rates or taxes, as well as increase the observation time of more than five years.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of return on equity, price earning ratio and net profit margin on stock returns. The dependent variable in this study is stock return. While the independent variables are return on equity, price earning ratio and net profit margin. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The samples obtained were 28 companies using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the software program Eviews 10. Using the fixed effects model, the results show that the return on equity and price earning ratio variables have a significant positive effect on stock returns. While the net profit margin has no effect on stock returns. These results indicate that the stock return of the property and real estate sector companies will change, which is influenced by the return on equity variable and the price earning ratio variable. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to increase revenue by managing or utilizing the capital owned by the company, increasing total sales and minimizing expenses so that the company gets an increasing stock return.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menguji pengaruh rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari tingkat profitabilitas, likuiditas, serta leverage pada kinerja keuangan di perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data penelitian berupa laporan keuangan yang dipublish. Terdapat 16 perusahaan barang konsumsi pada 2016-2018 di BEI dan EVIEWS digunakan untuk analisis data panel. Hasil analisis menemukan net profit margin memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja keuangan. Dimana tingkat keuntungan perusahaan mengalami peningkata sehingga menyebabkan kinerja perusahaan akan meningkat. Current ratio dan debt equity ratio tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja perusahaan sehingga tingkat likuiditas dan leverage tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Kontribusi penelitian diharapkan mampu menyajikan informasi ke pihak menajemen untuk tetap memperhatikan rasio keuangan seperti tingkat likuiditas, profitabilitas dan solvabilitas. Perusahaan juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan net profit margin, current ratio dan leverage perusahaan agar mencapai kinerja finansial perusahaan dalam keadaan baik. Hendaknya penelitian selanjutnya memperbanyak variabel lain baik variabel internal maupun variabel eksternal perusahaan, dan menambah waktu pengamatan agar dapat memberikan informasi yang lebih general.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja perangkat desa terhadap komitmen organisasi yaitu dengan pengukuran terhadap pengaruh spiritual leadership , bagaimana menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Kabupaten banyumas dan bagaimana menguji komitmen organisasi sebagai variable mediasi pengaruh spiritual leadership terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Kabupaten banyumas. Dari data responden menunjukan bahwa perangkat desa memiliki kecenderungan pemahaman visi yang cukup tinggi, memiliki harapan  keberhasilan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan cenderung tinggi, memiliki arti dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan memiliki rasa dihargai oleh organisasi cenderung tinggi sedangkan rasa keanggotaan sedang. Mereka memiliki komitmen yang tinggi yaitu rasa senang dalam bekerja, rasa kesetiaan yang tinggi dan rasa memiliki juga tinggi. Kinerja mereka juga rata-rata memiliki tingkat kinerja ynag tinggi terutama padatingkat ketelitian dalam bekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa spiritual leadership mempunyai pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedang komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dan komitmen organisasi merupakan variable yang memediasi spiritual leadership terhadap kinerja organidsasi. Kata kunci : spiritual leadership, organization commitmen, organization performace.

Abstract

Penulisan artikel ini berusaha menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pengukuran kinerja padaUsaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dengan ukuran dan penilaian tentang kinerjayang sudah ada. Manfaat penilaian kinerja dapat dirasakan oleh pihak pemilik denganukuran keberhasilan usaha dapat dilihat dari tingkat penjualan yang meningkat, modalyang bertambah, jumlah tenaga kerja yang bertambah, tingkat pendapatan dan laba yangmeningkat, serta penjualan atau pasar yang semakin luas. Penilaian terhadap kinerjaUMKM dilakukan terhadap pihak intern dan ekstern UMKM, sehingga akan diketahuibagaimana kinerja UMKM tersebut dari dalam dan dari luar UMKM guna mencapai bisnisyang sukses dan dapat bersaing di pasar nasional dan internasional.Kata kunci : UMKM, kinerja, intern dan ekstern, pengukuran.
