Abstract

Mengingat masih banyaknya anggota penggerak Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) PKK yang masih takut dan tidak percaya diri dalam menyampaikan informasi ataupun pesan yang terdapat di dalam materi presentasi sehingga dibutuhkan cara dan tekhnik dalam public speaking pada saat memberikan presentasi, yaitu berupa pelatihan untuk keberanian berbicara di hadapan publik. Pada kegiatannya Tim Penggerak Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Kelurahan Cibubur Jakarta memerlukan pengetahuan akan cara melakukan presentasi yang baik khususnya dalam tekhnik public speaking. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan pelatihan dilakukan secara langsung dan tatap muka dengan melakukan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan yaitu survey lokasi kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan tema yaitu Public Speaking bagi Tim Penggerak PKK Kelurahan Cibubur Jakarta untuk menunjang presentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner secara signifikan merasa puas akan pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat sehingga dapat diartikan Pengabdian berhasil dengan baik dan dari hasil saran yang diajukan peserta ternyata beberapa dari peserta berharap tema Public Speaking ini dilakukan pengembangannya dan ditambah waktunya khusu untuk prektek bagi pesertanya.

Abstract

 ABSTRAKLiterasi membaca merupakan  kemampuan manusia  dalam mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan. Literasi membaca perlu dibangun didunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Data dari UNESCO menyebutkan minat baca masyarakat Indonesia hanya 0,001 persen. Artinya dari 1.000 orang Indonesia hanya 1 orang yang gemar membaca sehingga di perlukan Gerakan Indonesia Membaca, yang merupakan ikhtiar kolektif bangsa Indonesia dalam memberantas generasi nol buku. PT PELNI (Persero)  dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya literasi membaca  terbentuk  melalui program dan kegiatan yang merupakan bagian dari tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan atau corporate social responsibility (CSR) dan Program Kemitraan  Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). Implementasi Corporat Sosial Responsibility dan Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan  dengan  dibukanya Taman Baca Pelni, di SMP Negeri 34 Banda Neira. Maluku Tengah, untuk meningkatkan minat baca para pelajar khususnya di wilayah 3TP (Tertinggal, Terdepan, Terluar dan Perbatasan). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi  CSR PT PELNI dalam upaya meningkatkan literasi membaca melalui taman baca PELNI. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metodologi kualititatif dengan metode studi kasus.  Metode pengumpulan data melalui  studi pustaka dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan taman baca buku PELNI dapat meningkatkan literasi membaca pelajar dan masyarakat Banda Neira. Dengan demikian PT PELNI memperhatikan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan pengetahuan.Kata Kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility, Literasi Membaca  ABSTRACTReading literacy is a human ability to gain knowledge. Reading literacy needs to be built in the world of education in Indonesia. Data from UNESCO states that the reading interest of the Indonesian people is only 0.001 percent. This means that out of 1,000 Indonesians, only 1 person likes to read, so the Indonesia Reading Movement is needed, which is the collective effort of the Indonesian people to eradicate the zero book generation. PT PELNI (Persero) in an effort to improve community welfare, especially reading literacy is formed through programs and activities that are part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the Community Development Partnership Program (PKBL). Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and the Community Development Partnership Program with the opening of the Pelni Reading Gardens, at SMP Negeri 34 Banda Neira. Central Maluku, to increase students' interest in reading, especially in the 3TP areas (Disadvantaged, Frontier, Outermost and Borders). The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of PT PELNI's CSR in an effort to increase reading literacy through the PELNI reading garden. The research methodology uses a qualitative methodology with a case study method. Methods of data collection through literature and observation. The results of the study showed that the PELNI book reading garden could increase the reading literacy of students and the people of Banda Neira. Thus PT PELNI pays attention to the welfare of the community in increasing interest in reading and knowledge.Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility, Reading Literacy

Abstract

Dengue fever disease dengue fever is a real threat to the people of Indonesia throughout the year. Ministry of Health data for 2019 shows that dengue fever is one of Indonesia's leading causes of child death. For this reason, special parties dealing with dengue hemorrhagic fever are needed. To support the government's program to reduce mortality due to dengue fever, PT Takeda Indonesia is carrying out an educational campaign in the form of the #Ayo3MplusVaksin movement on corporate web and social media platforms. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach and case studies as a research method to describe PT Takeda Indonesia's Educational Campaign Strategy #Ayo3Mplus Vaccines to Overcome Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in Indonesia. With a good response from the activities of the #Ayo3MplusVaksin movement, corporate Web and social media platforms can significantly impact the handling of dengue fever. Participants who participate provide experiences and also post on social media. This shows the positive effect of the #Ayo3Mplus Vaccine educational campaign activities to overcome dengue fever.

Abstract

Saguling Dam is a man-made reservoir located in West Bandung Regency, which dams the flow of the Citarum River, the largest river in West Java. The current condition of the dam has been heavily polluted by an abundance of water hyacinth and a buildup of household waste covering the river's surface. According to data from the Bandung City Sanitation Company in 2016, approximately 2.5 million residents produced 1,500 - 1,600 tons of waste per day. However, only 1,100 - 1,200 tons were transported to the Sarimukti Final Disposal Site (TPA), and 150 - 250 tons were processed by residents. The remaining 150 - 250 tons of waste were disposed of in Citarum River's tributaries. PLN (State Electricity Company) implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program themed "Green Employee Involvement" through community empowerment efforts aimed at addressing the waste problems in the Saguling Dam. The "Green Employee Involvement" program, in collaboration with the Bening Saguling Foundation, was carried out in celebration of World Environment Day 2024. The research methodology used is qualitative, employing a case study approach. Data collection methods include literature review and observation. The research findings show that PLN's Corporate Social Responsibility program, themed "Green Employee Involvement" in collaboration with the Bening Saguling Foundation, has had a positive impact on environmental preservation while also providing economic benefits to the community in the Saguling Dam area, Bandung, West Java.

Abstract

The CSR program of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, which provides clean water to Wonogiri in Central Java, has been running since 2013. Clean water is a basic human need and crucial for health and community welfare, daily activities, and productivity. Therefore, efforts are needed to meet the clean water needs of the community in Wonogiri, Central Java. This CSR program focuses on the sustainability of the health sector by considering economic, environmental, and health aspects, as well as social and administrative aspects (ESG). This research aims to understand how the CSR program of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk is implemented to provide clean water in Wonogiri, Central Java. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach and a case study as a research method to explain the implementation of the program. The provision of clean water by PT Kalbe Farma Tbk has proven to improve the surrounding community's welfare, health, and economic development. PT Kalbe Farma Tbk implements CSR programs as a sustainability initiative in the health sector, considering economic, environmental, social, and governance aspects (ESG).

Abstract

PT. BRI Tbk. is implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program under the theme BRI Peduli "YOK KITA GAS." The Waste Management Movement, which serves as the Environmental Social Responsibility Program (PTSL) umbrella, aims to address waste issues and promote environmental conservation in Kebonsari, Jambangan District, Surabaya, East Java. In Surabaya, the community generates approximately 1,800 tons of waste daily. This figure is derived from the assumption that each person produces an average of 0.6 kg of waste per day. With a population of around 3 million, the total waste production reaches 1,800 tons. The implementation of the BRI Peduli "YOK KITA GAS" CSR program coincides with National Waste Awareness Day (HPSN), observed on February 21, 2025, under the theme "Collaboration for a Clean Indonesia." This study employs a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. In Surabaya, East Java, the program has collected 73 sacks of waste, reducing organic waste by 20 kg and inorganic waste by 99.4 kg. Additionally, the initiative can potentially reduce carbon emissions by 112.1 kg CO₂e and methane gas emissions by 98.6 kg CH₄e.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Improper waste management has a negative impact on the health of the surrounding community. The Department of Environment and Hygiene (DLHK) of Tangerang Regency, Banten, noted that the volume of waste reached 2,250 tons per day so that the total for one year in 2021, waste production reached around 820,000 tons. PT Astra Internasional carries out social responsibility in environmental management with the Movement to Reduce Plastic Spirit program. The purpose of this study is to describe Astra International's CSR Program in Environmental Management Efforts through the Passion to Reduce Plastics Movement in Kampung Berseri Astra Talagasari, Balaraja, Tangerang. The research methodology uses a qualitative methodology with a case study method. Methods of data collection through literature study and observation. The results showed that the Astra International CSR Program in Environmental Management Efforts through the Movement to Reduce Plastic Spirit in the Kampung Berseri AstraTalagasari, Balaraja succeeded in reducing plastic waste by around 844 kg per month or 10.2 tons. Waste management carried out by Kampung Berseri Astra Talagasari through a waste bank with 3Rs, namely reduce, reuse, and recycle. With the Corporate Social Responsibility Program, the spirit of reducing waste has fulfilled the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, namely people, planet, profit. Thus PT Astra has paid attention to the welfare of the community both in terms of a clean environment and also improving the economy of the people of Kampung Berseri Astra Talagasari Tangerang Banten. Abstract

Kota Bogor merupakan kota yang menyediakan berbagai macam kuliner dan tersebar hampir di sepanjang jalan Kota Bogor. Permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan kuliner di Kota Bogor, yaitu para pedagang kuliner berjualan di trotoar dengan jumlahnya yang relatif banyak serta keberadaannya masih terkonsentrasi di pusat-pusat keramaian dan lahan relokasi yang sangat terbatas untuk berjualan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, PT. Mayora melaksanakan Corporate Social Responsibility dengan pembangunan Food Court gratis untuk para pedagang kaki lima di Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Mayora melalui Pembangunan Food Court di Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus sebagai metode penelitian yang menggambarkan bagaimana Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Mayora melalui Pembangunan Food Court di Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Dengan program Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilaksanakan PT. Mayora dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dari sisi peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat sekitarnya, terutama pedagang kaki lima di wilayah Bogor, Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Sebagai kegiatan yang berkelanjutan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sebelumnya, maka untuk menambah ketrampilan dalam memberikan informasi semua kegiatan para Petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) Kelurahan Bambu Apus Jakarta Timur membutuhkan peningkatan ketrampilan dalam membuat sebuah konten dalam media social Instagram, maka pada dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengangkat tema pelatihan pembuatan konten carousel dalam media social instagram dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu; tim melakukan survey dengan mengajukan ijin, tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mengangkat tema pelatihan konten carousel dalam media social di Instagram dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva pada petugas PPSU Kelurahan Bambu Apus, Jakarta Timur. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarrakat ini berhasil dengan baik dilihat dari hasil pengisian kuesioner yang menunjukkan dari 15 peserta yang mengikuti yaitu petugas PPSU Bambu Apus Jakarta Timur, secara signifikan peserta merasa sangat puas (93,89%) atas materi yang diberikan oleh tutor dan panitia Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini, tema yang diangkat yaitu pelatihan pembuatan konten carousel dalam media social Instagram dengan menggunakan aplikasi canva sangat dirasakan banyak sekali kegunaannya guna menginput berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh petugas PPSU Bambu Apus Jakarta Timur di media social Instagram mereka. Dampak dari kegiatn ini adalah permintaan untuk melakukan kegiatan berkelanjutan untuk mengangkat tema berkomunikasi menggunakan media digital.
