Over the past 10 years, the world economy has been rocked by various unpredictable circumstances, such as the US and China trade wars, the Covid-19 pandemic, to the war between Russia and Ukraine. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimates that global economic losses will reach USD 12.5 trillion or IDR 178,750 trillion and will continue to increase until 2024. In this case, MSMEs are considered to be the sector that was most affected by the economic crisis, threatening the business continuity of many actors. because the decline in people's purchasing power will have an impact on decreasing MSME income. On the other hand, in general, internal MSMEs in almost every country have the same weakness, namely business development that still uses traditional methods. The method used in this Community Service is to collect information/data related to MSME actors and conduct training on Marketing and Accounting. MSMEs are given training on HPP calculations, marketing strategies, preparation of financial reports, and financial recording application training. We feel that the training "Compilation of Financial Statements and Marketing Strategies for MSME Pattani Thailand to Form Superior HR" is a program that can provide benefits for them to be able to develop their potential to become Superior HR and the business they run into a thriving and sustainable business.

Abstract

Work productivity is a critical factor in sustaining performance within gig economy communities, particularly among online motorcycle taxi drivers whose work patterns differ from those in formal organizations. Previous studies report inconsistent findings regarding the influence of compensation, work environment, and work stress on productivity, indicating the need for further investigation in non-traditional work settings. This study aims to examine the effects of compensation, work environment, and work stress on work productivity among members of the Gojek Ojol Boulbin Community in the Boulevard Bintaro area. A quantitative associative approach was employed, using saturated sampling with 60 driver respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results reveal that compensation and work environment have negative but insignificant effects on work productivity, indicating that these factors are not primary determinants in this gig-based work context. In contrast, work stress shows a positive and significant effect on productivity, suggesting that moderate levels of stress can function as a motivating factor that encourages drivers to optimize their working time and performance. These findings highlight the importance of psychological factors over structural factors in influencing productivity within platform-based work environments.

This study addresses the issue of teachers’ work motivation, which plays a crucial role in improving educational quality but is often influenced by leadership and organizational factors. The objective of this research is to examine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on teachers’ work motivation at SMA Negeri 95 Jakarta. A quantitative causal approach was employed, involving 66 teachers selected as respondents. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results indicate that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teachers’ work motivation, both partially and simultaneously. Transformational leadership contributes through vision clarity, inspiration, and individual consideration, while organizational culture supports motivation through shared values, collaboration, and a conducive work environment. The findings highlight that the alignment between leadership style and organizational culture strengthens teachers’ motivation to perform effectively. Abstract

The research is motivated by the growing importance of human resource management in MSMEs, particularly in competitive service sectors such as digital printing, where employee performance plays a critical role in business sustainability and service quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and employee loyalty on employee performance in digital printing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 97 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while employee loyalty shows a positive direction of relationship but is not statistically significant. The coefficient of determination reveals that leadership and employee loyalty jointly provide a limited contribution in explaining variations in employee performance. These findings suggest that employee performance in digital printing MSMEs is influenced by various internal organizational factors beyond leadership and employee loyalty. Therefore, a more comprehensive and contextual human resource management approach is required to improve employee performance in digital printing MSMEs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by differences in the results of previous research related to things that affect employee burnout, especially workload and role conflicts. Increasing work demands and unclear roles in organizations make burnout an important problem because it has an impact on employee welfare and performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of workload and role conflicts on employee burnout, as well as provide an empirical picture of the dominant factors that contribute to the level of employee burnout in the context of the organization studied. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a sample of 80 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with statistical tests. This study provides results that partially workload and role conflicts have a significant effect on employee burnout. These results show that the higher the workload and the more unclear the role that employees play, the level of burnout experienced tends to increase. These findings imply how important workload management and clarity of role are as burnout prevention efforts as well as making theoretical contributions to other variables. Practically, the results of this research can be considered for management in designing more effective work policies to improve employee welfare.
