Abstract

Keberadaan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) saat ini dirasakan sangat membantu masyarakat terutama yang menjadi anggotanya. Koperasi berhubungan erat dengan UMKM, di mana koperasi mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat. Dengan adanya koperasi simpan pinjam masyarakat yang membutuhkan pinjaman uang untuk modal dapat terbantu, karena persyaratan dan prosedurnya yang tidak sulit dan berbelit-belit dengan bunga yang relatif ringan. Adapun tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah “Pengembangan Pengelolaan Koperasi  Simpan Pinjam (KSP) di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan”. Sehingga KSP dapat lebih mengembangkan usaha koperasi menjadi lebih berkembang. Dengan adanya Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP), dapat membuka jalan untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat pada umumnya dan anggota pada khususnya. Sehingga koperasi simpan pinjam harus berorientasi pada pelayanan kepada anggota dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Pengembangan pengelolaan koperasi simpan pinjam dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yaitu Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan (service excellent) sebagai sumber kepercayaan dan permodalan koperasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi (X1) dan Kompetensi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Hatindo Metal Utama.Jenis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif sedangkan, metode yang digunakan adalah metode Asosiatif. Populasi dalam peneltian ini adalah karyawan PT Hatindo Metal Utama, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang. Sumber data pada penelitian ini meliputi : data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji normalitas) analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefesien determinasi, hipotesis uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji parsial (uji t) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Hatindo Metal Utama dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Hatindo Metal Utama. Bedasarkan hasil uji F secara simultan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Hatindo Metal Utama

Abstract

Kuripan Village already has a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes), but it has not developed optimally. This is due to various factors, including the lack of understanding of the Village Apparatus regarding the importance of BUMDes and the unpreparedness of the village apparatus to manage and develop the BUMDes. Kuripan Village has abundant local resources such as agricultural land, plantations, livestock, fisheries, trade, and home industry. Commodities produced from Kuripan Village include tuber plants (cassava, etc.), cassava leaves, beef cattle, catfish, ornamental fish, rengginang, opaque and so on. Abstract

Due to the fierce competition in today's global economy, many businesses are constantly looking for ways to differentiate themselves. Companies in the modern day must invest in and keep their human capital in good shape because of how dependent they are on it. If they want to succeed in today's competitive business climate, companies need to choose employees who are committed to the same strategic goals they are. To do this, businesses must invest in human capital development as a means to improve their bottom line. The research strategy used in this investigation is a combination of literature reviews and qualitative methods. Researchers in this article will look at the nature of human capital, how it is defined, and how it relates to business goals. On the other hand, he thinks HR should be driven by business goals. The study concludes that, to achieve their strategic goals, such as improved business performance, companies should allocate resources toward developing the human capital those goals demand.

Abstract

Over the past 10 years, the world economy has been rocked by various unpredictable circumstances, such as the US and China trade wars, the Covid-19 pandemic, to the war between Russia and Ukraine. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimates that global economic losses will reach USD 12.5 trillion or IDR 178,750 trillion and will continue to increase until 2024. In this case, MSMEs are considered to be the sector that was most affected by the economic crisis, threatening the business continuity of many actors. because the decline in people's purchasing power will have an impact on decreasing MSME income. On the other hand, in general, internal MSMEs in almost every country have the same weakness, namely business development that still uses traditional methods. The method used in this Community Service is to collect information/data related to MSME actors and conduct training on Marketing and Accounting. MSMEs are given training on HPP calculations, marketing strategies, preparation of financial reports, and financial recording application training. We feel that the training "Compilation of Financial Statements and Marketing Strategies for MSME Pattani Thailand to Form Superior HR" is a program that can provide benefits for them to be able to develop their potential to become Superior HR and the business they run into a thriving and sustainable business.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Leadership and Competency on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri. The independent variables used are Leadership and Competence, while the dependent variables are Employee Performance and the mediating variable is Job Satisfaction. The data collection method in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents from employees at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri. The research method used is an associative quantitative method using primary data and the data analysis model used is Structural Equitional Modeling (SEM) using PLS.4. The results of this research show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.411. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient value of 0.182. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.597. Competency has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.279. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.460. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.253. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a coefficient value of 0.389.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji fenomena yang terjadi pada suatu perusahaan, dengan melakukan uji pada beberapa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap fenomena yang dimaksud, yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Gusti Sakti Mandiri.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan bersifat kausal. Data penelitian didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner, yang kemudian akan diolah melalui metode pengolahan data dengan perangkat SPSS versi 26.0. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampling probabilitas dan mengambil sampel representatif dari populasi yang sampelnya digunakan atau diambil dari populasi yang benar-benar mewakili populasi yang ada.Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, namun kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi tidak terdapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan seluruh aspek atau variabel yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, khususnya variabel yang telah di teliti pada penelitian iniKata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan
