Abstract

Al Insan Mosque, Patal Senayan, South Jakarta, continues to transform into a modern mosque, with innovative and creative programs based on the needs of the congregation. The implication requires a lot of financing and sustainable. The purpose of this community service is to socialize the concept of mosque-based productive waqf management, waqf is believed to be a support for modern mosque financing with various innovations and mosque program creativity. The method was carried out by preparing concepts, preparing modules, preparing human resources, and other preparations and conducting outreach to the administrators of the Al Insan mosque, Patal Senayan, South Jakarta, on Saturday, August 20 2022. This socialization resulted in a strong desire by the management to follow up on the management productive waqf funds at the Al Insan mosque, Patal Senayan, Jakarta.

Abstract

Over the past 10 years, the world economy has been rocked by various unpredictable circumstances, such as the US and China trade wars, the Covid-19 pandemic, to the war between Russia and Ukraine. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimates that global economic losses will reach USD 12.5 trillion or IDR 178,750 trillion and will continue to increase until 2024. In this case, MSMEs are considered to be the sector that was most affected by the economic crisis, threatening the business continuity of many actors. because the decline in people's purchasing power will have an impact on decreasing MSME income. On the other hand, in general, internal MSMEs in almost every country have the same weakness, namely business development that still uses traditional methods. The method used in this Community Service is to collect information/data related to MSME actors and conduct training on Marketing and Accounting. MSMEs are given training on HPP calculations, marketing strategies, preparation of financial reports, and financial recording application training. We feel that the training "Compilation of Financial Statements and Marketing Strategies for MSME Pattani Thailand to Form Superior HR" is a program that can provide benefits for them to be able to develop their potential to become Superior HR and the business they run into a thriving and sustainable business.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Islamic view of shopping payment transactions on the marketplace which uses electronic money as well as to examine the Islamic view of special offers on certain products that can be purchased using electronic money. The method used in this research is qualitative research with phenomenological studies. The results showed that the majority of the informants agreed that the electronic money they used did not contain elements of usury although there were informants who had a different opinion. The note that we can highlight here is that the marketplace is not a seller, nor is it a representative of the seller. The marketplace is only a medium that brings sellers and buyers together with certain rules. If it is a debt, it means that the customer must not receive any benefits from GoPay. Thus, if GoPay provides discounts for customers who pay via GoPay, then this includes benefits due to debt. Customers get this benefit, because they give GoPay debt.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti faktor penting dalam berwakaf uang milenial Jakarta. Dimana Generasi Milenial adalah generasi terbanyak dan berumur produktif yang berpotensi dapat berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian negara dengan berwakaf. Wakaf adalah sumber daya ekonomi berkelanjutan, sebagai ibukota negara dengan jumlah manusia dan pendidikan yang tinggi, potensi wakaf di Jakarta juga tinggi, data menunjukkan masih minim wakaf uang di Jakarta. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini melengkapi kajian preferensi milenial berwakaf uang di Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan sumber data yaitu masyarakat milenial di Jakarta, data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner, data diolah dengan SPSS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilaiR Square atau R2 pada koefisien determinasi Uji MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) sebesar 0,399 hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa variabel religiusitas, pelayanan, kepercayaan dan promosi yang berinteraksi dengan pendapatan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwakaf uang. berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi, Uji-t parsial dan Uji F simultan, variabel yang diuji memberikan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan, artinya diperlukan riset mendalam untuk mengetahui determinan lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh sikap terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren (2) Pengaruh norma subyektif terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren (3) Pengaruh perilaku terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket yang dibagikan kepada santri di Pesantren Asshidiqiyah Jakarta. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik partial least square dengan bantuan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh sikap terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren (2) Pengaruh norma subjektif terhadap minat berwirausaha santri. di pondok pesantren (3) Pengaruh perilaku terhadap minat berwirausaha santri di pondok pesantren. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket yang dibagikan kepada santri di Pesantren Asshidiqiyah Jakarta. Selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan statistik partial least squares dengan bantuan smartPLS0.4 for windows. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma subyektif, dan perilaku terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa digunakan analisis Partial Least Squares, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 siswa.

Abstract

This research analyzes and compares the regulatory frameworks governing Islamic Banking institutions in Bahrain, and Indonesia. The study explores how each country has developed its regulatory environment to support the growth and stability of Islamic finance, highlighting the successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Using a qualitative comparative approach, the research draws on data from document analysis and previous studies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscapes in these countries. The findings reveal that Bahrain has established robust and internationally recognized regulatory frameworks, largely due to their proactive regulatory bodies and collaboration with global standard-setting organizations such as the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) and the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Institutions (AAOIFI). In contrast, Indonesia, despite its significant potential, faces challenges in regulatory implementation and public literacy on Islamic finance. The study concludes that effective regulatory frameworks are crucial for the credibility and stability of Islamic finance, strengthening regulatory oversight, and adopting international standards to ensure consistent and transparent practices. This research contributes valuable insight for policymakers, regulators, and practitioners aiming to improve the regulatory environment of Islamic financial institutions globally.

Abstract

Marketing is an important aspect in the business world because it maintains the principle of balancing products or services with customers. Over the decades, concept marketing has experienced significant growth and is now considered an integral part of modern business strategy. The aim of this research is to highlight the basic principles of the Islamic viewpoint that are very important for business operations. The methods used include data reduction, data analysis, and prediction of conclusions using quantitative means. The research results show that the concept of sales from an Islamic perspective can also be called sales in a sharia context. In the context of sharia, the concept of sales is different from the conventional one, especially in business transactions, which are based on the principles applied. In sharia marketing, business activities are carried out in accordance with Islamic principles, including the Koran and Hadith, to ensure the fulfillment of faith.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengelolaan dana pendidikan dan potensi wakaf di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman III Depok. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam membahas masalah, pengumpulan data di lapangan digunakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sumber dana yang dimiliki pondok pesantren dari Wali Santri, Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Jawa Barat, dimana santri mengeluarkan uang setiap bulan dan dialokasikan untuk gaji guru, kebutuhan pesantren, pembangunan, akomodasi, pemeliharaan gedung, kesehatan dan lainnya. Potensi wakaf uang di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman III adalah Rp. 175.060.000 per bulan atau setara dengan Rp. 2.100.720.000 per tahun. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan uang wakaf untuk pendidikan adalah kelembagaan, pendidikan, pengumpulan uang wakaf dan wakaf lainnya, pengelolaan investasi, pengelolaan bagi hasil.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) The direct effect of capital assistance and mentoring on mustahik business income levels. (2) The direct effect of capital assistance and business assistance on motivation to become muzakki. (3) Direct effect of capital assistance on motivation to become muzakki. (4) Direct effect of business assistance on motivation to become muzakki. (5) The direct effect of mustahik's business income level on the motivation to become muzakki. (6) The indirect effect of capital assistance on the motivation to become muzakki and the level of business income for mustahik as an intervening variable. (7) Business assistance towards motivation to become muzakki with the income level of mustahik business as an intervening variable. This type of research is a quantitative study which refers to the calculation of the numbers obtained from a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample in this study was the fostered mustahik registered from 2018-2019 at the BAZNAS Institute for Economic Empowerment (LPEM). The sample selection used nonprobability sampling with a quota sampling method with 116 mustahiks consisting of 3 programs. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Hypothesis 1 is accepted with the line coefficient of capital assistance to the level of business income of 0524. (2) Hypothesis 2 is accepted with the coefficient of business assistance pathway to the level of mustahik business income of 0.393. (3) Hypothesis 3 is rejected with the path coefficient of capital assistance on motivation to become muzakki of 0.030. (4) Hypothesis 4 is accepted with the coefficient of business assistance pathway on motivation to become muzakki of 0.240. (5) Hypothesis 5 is accepted with the path coefficient. The income level of mustahik's business on motivation to become muzakk is 0.159. (6) Meanwhile, the income level of mustahik business can mediate between capital assistance and motivation to become muzakki of 0.028. (7) Mustahik business income level cannot mediate between business assistance and motivation to become muzakki for mustahik assisted by the BAZNAS Economic Empowerment Institute (LPEM).

Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan industri Food and Beverage di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat, Banyak faktor melatarbelakangi hal tersebut diantaranya gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia yang cukup konsumtif dengan produk dari industri Food and Beverage yang saat ini cukup Variatif dan Inovatif sehingga dapat diterima oleh masyarakat dengan baik, selain dari faktor masyarakat ada faktor lain yang juga berperan penting pada peningkatan dan perkembangan Usaha Food and Beverage yaitu dari segi Manajemen Bisnis di dalam Internal Perusahaan atau Bisnis tersebut, seperti yang diketahui bahwa Bisnis yang sukses tidak lepas dari Manajemen Bisnis yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan manajemen bisnis Syariah pada Jasa Food and Beverage seperti Jasa Aqiqah di Pangeran Aqiqah & Catering, penelitian dengan metode kualitatif interpretif ini akan mecoba melihat seperti apa manajemen bisnis yang dijalankan secara deskriptif.
