Abstract

Tuberculosis (TBC) atau TB paru merupakan sejenis penyakit, infeksi yang diakibatkan Mycobacterium tuberculosis, bakteri ini adalah bakteri yang sangat tahan asam sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengobatinya. Kecamatan Manganitu merupakan 1 (satu) Kecamatan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe yang memiliki angka kejadian TB paru yang sangat tinggi. Penduduk dengan status pendidikan rendah cenderung memiliki masalah kesehatan terutama pencegahan TB Paru. Tujuan kegiatan PKMS ini adalah untuk mengurangi angka penderita penyakit TB paru, terciptanya perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat dari aspek kesehatan. PKMS dilaksanakan mulai akhir bulan Mei 2022 sampai dengan bulan November 2022 di wilayah Puskesmas Manganitu dengan 8 orang pasien. Metode pelaksanaan dibagi 3 tahap yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan ditahap persiapan adalah penyusunan program kerja, persiapan informasi, persiapan sarana prasarana dan koordinasi. Hasil PKMS ditahap pelaksanaan adalah pencarian pasien atau skrining, pemeriksaan sputum di laboratorium, pemberian obat OAT, evaluasi pengobatan setelah 2 bulan pemberian dan penyuluhan kesehatan serta pemberian makanan tinggi gizi. Hasil PKMS ditahap evaluasi adalah melakukan evaluasi secara formatif dan sumatif. Kesimpulan PKMS ini Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Stimulus ini berlangsung dengan baik karena kerjasama yang baik dengan pasien, petugas Puskesmas, dokter dan keluarga Pasien Tuberculosis (TB) or pulmonary TB is a disease, an infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, this bacterium is a very acid-resistant bacteria that takes a long time to treat. Manganitu District is 1 (one) District in Sangihe Archipelago District which has a very high incidence of pulmonary TB. Residents with low educational status tend to have health problems, especially prevention of pulmonary tuberculosis. The aim of this PKMS activity is to reduce the number of people with pulmonary TB, to create improvements in community values ​​from the health aspect. PKMS was carried out from the end of May 2022 to November 2022 in the Manganitu Health Center area with 8 patients. The implementation method is divided into 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the implementation in the preparation stage are the preparation of work programs, preparation of information, preparation of infrastructure and coordination. The results of PKMS in the implementation phase are patient search or screening, sputum examination in the laboratory, administration of OAT drugs, evaluation of treatment after 2 months of administration and health education and provision of high-nutrition food. The results of PKMS in the evaluation stage are conducting formative and summative evaluations. The conclusion of this PKMS is that the Implementation of Stimulus Community Service is going well because of good cooperation with patients, Health Center staff, doctors and the patient's family

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada era digital abad ke-21 telah memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap dunia pendidikan, terutama pada transformasi metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di Sekolah Dasar. Sebagai mata pelajaran yang bersifat konseptual dan eksperimental, IPA menuntut strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif, kontekstual, dan mampu menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kritis serta keterampilan ilmiah siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis berbagai inovasi teknologi yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Artikel ilmiah terpilih dalam rentang 2015–2025 dikaji secara sistematis berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti Augmented Reality, simulasi virtual, permainan edukatif, video interaktif, dan Learning Management System terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, motivasi belajar, keterlibatan siswa, serta keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Meskipun demikian, implementasinya menghadapi hambatan, antara lain keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, rendahnya kompetensi teknologi guru, serta minimnya dukungan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan teknologi yang terencana, relevan dengan konteks sekolah, dan berorientasi pada penguatan kompetensi abad ke-21 untuk mendorong pembelajaran IPA yang lebih adaptif dan bermakna

Abstract

The development of 21st century education demands innovation in Science (IPA) learning at the elementary school level, emphasizing not only knowledge transfer but also the cultivation of critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills. This study aims to systematically analyze the literature discussing the development of interactive science learning media and materials in elementary schools relevant to the enhancement of 21st century skills. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method consisting of identification, selection, analysis, and synthesis stages of scientific articles published between 2018 and 2024. Data sources were obtained from national and international databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. The findings indicate that the development of digital-based interactive media—such as Articulate Storyline, Educandy, Augmented Reality, and virtual laboratories—has a positive impact on students’ conceptual understanding, learning motivation, and scientific literacy. Furthermore, science materials designed using contextual and problem-based approaches were found to be effective in integrating 21st century skills. The main challenges identified include limited teacher competence in technology use, unequal digital infrastructure, and the lack of comprehensive evaluations based on 21st century competencies. This review recommends continuous teacher training, the development of student-centered learning media, and collaboration between educational institutions and technology developers to create innovative, adaptive, and skill-oriented science learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how inquiry-based elementary science learning integrated with video-based environmental observation supports the development of students’ critical thinking. A qualitative case study design was employed involving fifth-grade students at a public elementary school located in the Lake Tondano area of North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The learning intervention was structured as a project in which students documented lake ecosystem observations through short videos and presented their findings during classroom discussions. Data were collected from student-produced videos, classroom observations, group interviews with students, teacher interviews, and researchers’ field notes. The data were analyzed using an inductive thematic approach to identify patterns of critical thinking and students’ processes of scientific meaning-making. The findings reveal that inquiry-based video projects enabled students to develop a more concrete and contextual understanding of ecosystems through direct observation, interpretation of local environmental conditions, and construction of causal explanations grounded in visual evidence. Moreover, video documentation and collaborative discussion fostered inquiry-oriented questioning, metacognitive reflection, and awareness of environmental responsibility. These results indicate that integrating inquiry-based learning, local environmental contexts, and simple video production serves as an effective pedagogical approach for fostering elementary students’ critical thinking and contextual scientific literacy.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar IPAS siswa Kelas V pada materi Ekosistem Seimbang yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan lingkungan sekitar pada siswaKelas V SD Katolik II St. Yoseph Woloan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 18 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes hasil belajar, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan persentase ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar siswamencapai 66,94% dengan ketuntasan klasikal 44,4%. Pada siklus II, rata-rata hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 88,05% dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 100%. Denggan adanya peningkatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan lingkungan sekitar sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS.
