The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Strategic Entrepreneurship and its impact on Financial Performance and Non-Financial Performance culinary business in South Jakarta. Sample Collection was done using a questionnaire in the form of paper with Probability Sampling method, Simple Random Sampling with a total 94 respondents of culinary business field. Processing data using the SmartPLS 3.0 method. The Result of this study indicate that there is a considerable influence if the Entrepreneurial Orientation with Strategic Entrepreneurship runs well it will affect Financial Performance and Non-Financial Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap Strategic Entrepreneurship serta dampaknya pada Financial Performance dan Non-Financial Performance pada UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk Kertas dengan metode probability Sampling berjenis Simple Random Sampling dengan total 94 responden UMKM di bidang Kuliner. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup besar apabila Entrepreneurial Orientation dengan Strategic Entrepreneurship berjalan dengan baik maka akan mempengaruhi Financial Performance dan Non-Financil Performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on the performance of SME businesses in West Jakarta. This research was conducted by judgment sampling method. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 business owners in West Jakarta. Data analysis using SEM PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that entrepreneurship orientation and market orientation influence SME business performance in West Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja usaha UKM di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode judgement sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 pemilik usaha di Jakarta Barat. Analsisi data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha UKM di Jakarta Barat.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, financial support on the entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial intentions from economics faculty students at private universities in West Jakarta. This study uses the Judgment sampling method. Research respondents were collected from 100 private university students who were previously distributed through an online questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. In the results of research, education and financial support have an effect on entrepreneurial attitudes for entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial attitude has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari pendidikan kewirausahaan, dukungan finansial kepada sikap kewirausahaan dan niat berwirausaha dari mahasiswa dan mahasiswi fakultas ekonomi pada perguruan tinggi swasta di Jakarta barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode Judgement sampling. Responden penelitian terkumpul dari 100 mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta yang sebelumnya disebarkan melalui kuisioner Online. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Pada hasil penelitian pendidikan dan dukungan finansial berpengaruh pada sikap kewirausahaan untuk berwirausaha. Sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh pada niat kewirausahaan.

The aim in this reseach is to find empirical evidence to finding the influence between leverage, liquidity, growth, and firm size towards firm performance. The reseach method used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 44 firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The subject of this reseach is all manufacture companies that are listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia for the period of 2017 until 2019. The type of data used is secondary data. Application that is used in this reseach is Eviews 11. This reseach shown that there are no significant influence between liquidity and firm age towards firm performance, there are positive significant influence between growth and firm size towards firm performance, and there is negative significant influence between leverage towards firm performance. The implication of this research is the need for high quality management that will encourage the firm to improve its performance in order to be able to determine the right strategies to be able to compete and then to maintain its sustainability.

Rencana bisnis merupakan digambarkan dari sifat dari bisnis yang akan dioperasikan, dalam rencana bisnis ini terkandung tahapan konsep strategi yang akan dijalankan, baik itu strategi pemasaran maupun strategi yang lain. Di samping itu aspek keuangan, yang terdiri dari pendapatan dan biaya juga dianalisis. Pembuatan rencana bisnis ini dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi tujuan yang ingin dicapai serta bagaimana agar tujuan tersebut dapat tercapai. Rencana bisnis juga dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk menjawab berbagai persoalan dan tantangan bagi perusahaan di masa yang akan datang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan menghadirkan suatu kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan rencana bisnis bagi karyawan PT Mandiri Pratama Ruslim yang terkena dampak pandemik ini agar mereka mampu mempersiapkan diri untuk memulai usahanya. Kegiatan yang dilakukan secara luring tentang pembuatan rencana bisnis dalam situasi pandemi COVID-19 ini. Program PKM ini berupa Pelatihan membuat rencana bisnis (business plan) Pada Karyawan PT Mandiri Pratama Ruslim di Tangerang.

Dear Kitchen merupakan brand makanan sehat yang menjual organic rice box. Berdirinya brand Dear Kitchen tidak terlepas berdasarkan suatu impian untuk membangun bisnis kuliner rumahan, yang sanggup menaruh cita rasa kuliner yang dimasak menggunakan penuh pengabdian dan cinta menurut sekelompok mahasiswa. Kami ingin menaruh terobosan baru pada industri kuliner makanan sehat menggunakan peluang yang terdapat dan mengubahnya sebagai suatu usaha kuliner menggunakan mengangkat trend “Sehat dan Enak”. Dear Kitchen akan menggunakan platform online seperti gojek dan grab untuk menjual produknya. Dear Kitchen juga akan sangat ketat dalam memutuskan bahan baku pengolahan hingga proses penyajian organic rice box. Makanan organik juga memiliki manfaat organik memiliki kandungan nutrisi dan mineral tinggi, kandungan glukosa, karbohidrat dan proteinnya mudah terurai, sehingga aman dan sangat baik dikonsumsi penderita diabetes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana variabel dukungan sosial (PCS), empati kepada sesama (ETO), dan efikasi diri (PSE) mempengaruhi minat kewirausahaan sosial (SEI). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 mahasiswa di Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Temuan menunjukan dukungan sosial, empati kepada sesama, dan efikasi diri mempengaruhi minat kewirausahaan sosial mahasiswa di Universitas Tarumanagara. This study aims to examine how perceived community support (PCS), empathy towards other (ETO), and perceived self-efficacy (PSE) affect social entrepreneurial intention (SEI). The sample in this study were 86 students in Tarumanagara University. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection technique used is questionnaire. The findings show that entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial creativity did affect student’s entrepreneurial intention in Tarumanagara University.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan sikap dan kreativitas kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 87 responden. Kuesioner disebarkan secara online dengan menggunakan google form. Hasil data yang diperoleh dan diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, sikap kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, kreativitas kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan sikap kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan kreativitas kewirausahaan sebagai variabel mediasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intention with entrepreneurship attitude and creativity as mediation variables. The sample of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Tarumanagara. The sample was selected by purposive sampling method amounting to 87 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed online using G-form. The result of data obtained were processed using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on attitude entrepreneurship, self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on creativity entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, attitude entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, creativity entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention, self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention with attitude entrepreneurship as a mediating variable and self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship intention with creativity entrepreneurship as a mediating variable.

Small businesses are one of the largest supporting countries for the country's gross domestic product in Indonesia with a percentage of more than sixty percent. However, the ratio of entrepreneurship in Indonesia is still very small compared to neighboring countries with a value of three point forty-seven percent. The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of frugal innovation on the longevity of small businesses in Jakarta in 2021, the effect of a strength-based approach on the longevity of small businesses in Jakarta in 2021, and the effect of social media on the longevity of small businesses. Small businesses in Jakarta in 2021. The sampling in this study used the non-probability sampling method and convenience sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents and the data was processed using the SmartPLS application, where the results showed a positive influence from frugal innovation on the longevity of small businesses in Jakarta in 2021, a positive influence from the strength-based approach on the longevity of small businesses. Small business in Jakarta in 2021, and a positive influence of social media on the longevity of small businesses in Jakarta in 2021.

The feasibility study analysis for the Pianeta Gelato business was carried out to present an experience of enjoying ice cream in a different way and concept than usual, as well as to meet market demand which is the foremost opportunity for the establishment of this business. Indonesia's climate and urban lifestyle are the main factors that increase the demand for ice cream products yearly. This Pianeta Gelato business uses a B2C (Business to Consumer) business model. This analysis also aims to find out about business competitors to improve concepts and create appropriate strategies to market this ice cream product to a predetermined target market. The strategy used is to make product concepts and designs that are different from usual, to do the taste by publishing a menu that is the same as the store concept, and to intensify promotions through digital marketing such as social media and KOL to increase public brand awareness. We also use technology that helps in the production and service processes to produce customer satisfaction with our products. The economic benefits obtained from this business are helping the Indonesian economy, providing job opportunities, helping local MSMEs using raw materials, and increasing state income through taxes paid. This ice cream business also pays attention to and supports sustainable development goals through environmentally friendly packaging and waste treatment carried out according to procedures.
