<![CDATA[One effort to realize a quality family is through family planning program (KB). The purpose of this study to determine the factors that affect the performance of Field Officers KB in implementing KB extension tasks. The research used is descriptive research which is used to give deep picture about the empirical condition in the field. This study determines the object of Performance of Field Officer of KB, PPKBD and SUB PPKBD. Data collection was done through questionnaires distributed to representative respondents. The respondents of this research are EUS Community, Religion Leader, Village Apparatus in Research Area. The population of this study is the EFA community in Donggala District spread throughout the District within Donggala District. Determination of the size of the sample based on the characteristics of the District, then obtained a sample of District by 10 Districts. Each of the sub-districts was drawn by 30 minimal samples from the EFA community, village officials and religious leaders of each sample. The results showed that factors affecting the performance of family planning instructors in carrying out extension work were good. Factors that affect the performance of PPKBD in carrying out extension KB tasks are also quite good. Factors affecting the performance of SUB PPKBD in carrying out extension KB tasks are also included good category. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study to determine the Public Service Against Increasing Public Satisfaction At the District Office Palolo Sigi District. The research used is survey research. The study was conducted in the District Office of Palolo Sigi Regency in 2014. The study population is the entire number of mandatory citizens of ID card in Palolo Subdistrict Sigi Regency as many as 14.016 people, and the sample of 100 respondents with sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. The result of the research shows that public service to increase the satisfaction of society, it can be said satisfactory and effective for public satisfaction, and Public Service to Improving Satisfaction of Public at District Office of Palolo Kabupaten Sigi can be said satisfactory, because between the feeling and expectation of society as user of service and value accepted society to the service satisfy the people. ]]>

<![CDATA[Salah satu kendaraan roda dua yang paling diminati oleh masyarakat Kota Palu sebagai alat transportasi adalah Yamaha Matic Mio Sporty. Kendaraan ini banyak diminati karena mampu melakukan inovasi setiap tahun yang menampilkan model-model baru sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman masa kini. Selain itu juga Yamaha Matic Mio Sporty baik digunakan untuk menempuh perjalanan jarak jauh bagi pengendaranya. Penelitian ini bertipe Deskriptif Kausal, Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen pengguna/pemakai sepeda motor merek Yamaha Matic Mio Sporty di UD. Godiva Motor. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Tanggal 23 November 2015 Berlokasi di Jl.S.parman No.55 Palu. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan ada pengaruh antara faktor Gaya Hidup, kelas sosial dan kepribadian Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Yamaha Matic Mio Sporty di Kota Palu. ]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini didasari oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, khususnya jejaring sosial. Jejaring sosial saat ini banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai media promosi dan platform jual-beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran jejaring sosial pada minat berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif selanjutnya populasi diambil dari setiap fakultas di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu, dengan menentukan jumlah proporsional pada setiap fakultas. Sumber data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 96 eksemplar yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tabulasi frekuensi. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode tabulasi frekuensi, pada variabel jejaring sosial diperoleh nilai skor rata-rata 4,01 dan nilai skor rata-rata pada variabel minat berwirausaha yaitu 3,98 persetujuan ini dinilai memiliki nilai yang cukup tinggi bahwa jejaring sosial memiliki peran pada tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem penanganan anak terlantar pada Dinas Sosial Kota Palu. Adapun hasil penelitian munculnya anak terlantar dapat disebabkan oleh tiga faktor yaitu faktor kemiskinan, faktor ekonomi, dan faktor dari keluarga yang bermasalah atau tidak harmonis. Dinas Sosial Kota Palu telah melakukan upaya-upaya menangani anak terlantar dengan cara mendata dan melakukan pembinaan. Walaupun belum maksimal. Penanganan anak terlantar oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Palu berdasarkan pasal 34 ayat 1 UUD 1945 yang mengatakan bahwa fakir miskin dan anak terlantar dipelihara oleh negara ternyata masih belum efektif, artinya pelaksanaan UU belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan yang diamanatkan karena anak terlantar di Kota Palu belum ada terlayani dan terpelihara oleh dinas sosial Kota Palu. <![CDATA[This study aims: is to determine the occupancy rate at Hotel Wisata Palu, which causes it to survive the immense competition in the hotel business sector in Palu City. In 2019, the room occupancy rate increased, with the deluxe premium room type, the number of rooms sold in 2019 amounting to 159 rooms with an occupancy value of 79.5. Only room types, the number of rooms sold in 2019, is 216 rooms with an occupancy value of 15.43. The number of superior rooms sold in 2019 is 945 rooms with an occupancy value of 236.26. Standard room types, the number of rooms sold in 2019 amounted to 1,085 rooms with an occupancy value of 180.83. Hotel Wisata Palu management maintains occupancy rates and understands market demands supported by a good marketing strategy. <![CDATA[In encouraging quality early childhood education (PAUD) services, it is hoped that PAUD mothers can join hands with all elements of society and the Sigi district government, so that the provision of early childhood education services (PAUD) is optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the leadership of early childhood education mothers in early childhood education in Sigi Biromaru District. The results of the study illustrate that the leadership of PAUD mothers in Sigi Biromaru Subdistrict in providing directions about the care or guidance of their students has intrinsically strong motivation so that it has a positive impact on their students. It must be understood that the purpose of early childhood education is a basic foundation of education. The ability of educators to play a very important role in the development of basic abilities and the potential for children's intelligence which will influence them at higher levels.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the work implementation of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sigi Regency according to standard operating procedures. The results of the study indicate that the quantity of work is related to work concentration, work completion, expertise and additional work time. The amount of work can be obtained from the results of the answers to the questionnaire of the state civil apparatus, which reveals that the level of work quantity can optimally complete the workload given. The quality of work at the Regional Secretariat of Sigi Regency is closely related to the effectiveness of the work produced; this is due to the level of accuracy of the state civil servants. In optimizing working time, and the greater the knowledge they have, especially theoretical ones. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the interest in shopping for goods online at Mitha Mum Shop Palu. The results of the research on the distribution of respondents on the statement of wanting to buy products at Mitha Mum Shop Palu because of the variety of answers to agree as many as 15 people or 16.3% strongly, Agree as many as 59 people or 64.1% and neutral as many as 18 people or 19.6 %. The results of the distribution of respondents to statements referencing Mitha Mum Shop Palu products to others answered strongly agree as many as 22 people or 23.9%, Agree as many as 49 people or 53.3%, neutral as many as 20 people or 21.7% and disagree as many as one people or 1.1%. The results of the distribution of respondents to the question feel happy to buy products at Mitha Mum Shop Palu that respondents who answered strongly agree as many as 18 people or 19.6%, agree as much as 51 or 55.4%, and neutral as many as 23 people or 25%. The results of the distribution of respondents to questions looking for information on the latest products at Mitha Mum Shop Palu that respondents who answered strongly agree were 23 people or 25%, Agree as many as 55 or 59.8% and neutral as many as 14 people or 15.2%.]]>
