Abstract

Abstract− In the era of regional autonomy, the village is a very important part in determining the success of development and in direct contact with the community, especially in public services. Server is a medium that has an important role to provide internet access services for its users. So that the network can be used optimally, it is necessary to have a server. This study aims to design a server in the Tomuan Holbung Village Office, Asahan Regency by building an efficient, flexible server infrastructure and optimizing resource use, so that it can be adjusted to the workload so that hardware resources are optimal. This research was conducted to be a solution for the use of hardware resources provided by the Server machine that has not been used optimally, so efficient steps are needed to overcome this problem. The results of the research obtained are in the form of server design and optimizing the use of resources and managing servers efficiently in terms of time and cost.

Abstract

Di era otonomi daerah, desa merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam menentukankeberhasilan pembangunan dan bersetuhan langsung dengan masyarakat terutama dalam pelayanan publik. Server merupakan media yang memiliki peranan penting untuk menyediakan layanan akses internet bagi penggunanya. Agar jaringan bisa dimanfaatkan secara optimal maka diperlukan adanya server. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang server dilingkungan Kantor Desa Tomuan Holbung Kabupaten Asahan dengan membangun infrastruktur server yang efesien, fleksibel serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan resource, sehingga dapat disesuaikan dengan beban kerja agar resource hardware menjadi optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjadi solusi akan penggunaan sumber daya perangkat keras yang disediakan oleh mesin Server belum digunakan secara optimal, sehingga dibutuhkan langkah yang efisien untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan berupa perancangan server serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan resources dan memanajemen server secara efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya.

Abstract

Toko Susu Asia Mandiri menghadapi permasalahan dalam memprediksi jumlah stok susu lansia yang harus disediakan setiap bulan. Pengelolaan stok yang tidak tepat menyebabkan penumpukan barang atau kekurangan stok yang berdampak pada kerugian finansial. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem peramalan penjualan susu lansia berbasis web menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Average (WMA). Data yang digunakan adalah data penjualan lima merek susu lansia terlaris, yaitu Entrasol Gold, Anlene Gold, Ensure, Appeton 60+, dan Entramix, pada periode Juli 2023 hingga Juli 2025. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode WMA dengan 2 periode bobot menghasilkan nilai MAD sebesar 3,36, MSE sebesar 16,06, dan MAPE sebesar 5,43% untuk prediksi penjualan Entrasol Gold bulan Agustus 2025 sebanyak 61 unit. Nilai MAPE di bawah 10% menunjukkan bahwa metode WMA sangat layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan stok di Toko Susu Asia Mandiri.

Abstract

Dharmawangsa Foodcourt Medan relies entirely on cash-based transactions, generating persistent operational issues including prolonged queuing, cashier miscalculation errors, and the absence of automated financial recording. This condition is inconsistent with the digital literacy profile of its primary users, namely the academic community. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate an Android-based electronic payment application as a transaction digitalization solution within a campus foodcourt environment. System development employed the Waterfall model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. Data were gathered through field observation, structured interviews with foodcourt management and tenants, literature review, and transaction workflow documentation. System evaluation was conducted using two approaches: black-box testing to verify complete feature functionality, and usability testing based on the ISO 9241-11 standard involving 10 active users. Black-box testing confirmed that all features operated according to specifications without functional failures. Usability testing produced an overall score of 84.95%, classified as Very Good, comprising effectiveness at 86.00%, efficiency at 83.33%, and user satisfaction at 85.33%. These findings demonstrate that the developed system effectively replaces cash transactions, enhances financial recording transparency, and delivers a faster and more structured transaction experience for users within higher education foodcourt settings.
