Abstract

Hospital gives health services to the publict to fulfill the patients’ needs and wants. They provides excellent image in production and high quality service. The public’s awareness is increased on the importance of health. Therefore, the best health service is urgently needed. Thus, there must be a further study about the quality of public hospital in Bandung. This study uses the descriptive verificative method. Moreover, this study uses path analysis to analyze the data. There are 317 respondents from four public hospitals as the samples with accidental sampling technique. The result shows the impact of direct evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, the certainty on patients of private hospital are 83.5%. While the other factors that were not analyzed and have an impact on patients’ satisfaction is shown by epsilon 0.165 or 16.5%. Hopefully, the result of this study is beneficial for the growth of management science, especially the marketing management of private hospital in Bandung.

Abstract

The study of human resources within the organization focuses on individual performance to achieve optimal results. Therefore, it is necessary to have effective communication and employees committed to the tasks assigned by the organization. This research departs from the problems in the field, which indicate that there are inadequate employee performance results that thoughts to cause by interpersonal communication and employee commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method is a survey of employees who work at one of the flagship companies in Bandung with a sample of 35 employees. The results showed a significant effect of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee performance. The study results recommend that companies have more interpersonal communication and employee commitment to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

This research conducted at the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities, and Infrastructure, Results of the Preliminary Study Shows that the Employee Performance of the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities and Facilities is not optimal. The lack of optimal Employee Performance at the Directorate of National SAR Agency Facilities and Infrastructure is allegedly due to Work Motivation, Compensation, and Human Resource Development which are still low. Departing from the above phenomena, the problems formulated in this study are as follows: How to work motivation, compensation, human resource development, and employee performance of the Directorate of National SAR Agency's Facilities and Facilities. How significant is the influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Human Resource Development on the Performance of Employees of the National SAR Agency Infrastructure and Facilities Directorate both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was descriptive analysis method, with a population of 39 people, and all of them used as respondents (survey). Data analysis techniques used are correlation analysis techniques to determine the degree of closeness of the relationship between research variables and path analysis to assess the effect of both direct and indirect independent variables on the dependent variable. In its operation, SPSS 20 and Excel software used. The results showed that there was a significant effect of work motivation, compensation and development of human resources on the performance of employees of the National SAR Agency's Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure at 80.12%.

Abstract

The aim of this study is finding and analyzing the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses the descriptive analysis and verification analysis with 35 respondents. In addition, this study uses path analysis. The result shows that motivation is adequate, the result of work discipline is acceptable, and employee performance is decent. The direct and indirect effect of motivation on performance is 0,369. The direct and indirect effect of work discipline on performance is 0,362. The entire effect is 0,731. Coefficient determination is 73.1% and the rest is 26.9% from the other variables that have effect on employee performance but they were not analyzed on this study.
