Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between service and customer satisfaction in online motorcycle taxi transportation services. This study uses five independent variables, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible with one dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. After conducting a literature and field review and formulating hypotheses, the data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to 72 people who had used online motorcycle taxi transportation services as research samples. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, the data is normally distributed, there is a linear relationship and there is no heterogenetic. In testing the hypothesis that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: Knowing and analyzing Law Enforcement against Fiduciary Guarantee Objects Post-Constitutional Court Decision Number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019. Knowing and analyzing the obstacles that occur in law enforcement on the object of fiduciary security. In this research, the approach method used is the sociological juridical approach. The research specification used in this research is descriptive analysis. Based on the research, it is concluded that law enforcement on the object of fiduciary guarantee after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019 is preventive that has been carried out including: reading of rights and obligations and signing signatures by each party, registration of Fiduciary Security at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, insuring units and parties, and give warning 3 (three) times before securing Fiduciary Security goods. The repressions that have been carried out include administrative law enforcement, criminal law enforcement and civil law enforcement. Constraints that Occur in Law Enforcement of the Object of the Fiduciary Guarantee and the solution is insufficient evidence, the solution is to look for such evidence; If the collateral object has not been found, the investigator needs to carry out further investigation; The suspect is not present, runs away, does not have a permanent place of residence or his identity is not clear, the solution is to carry out further investigations. Responding to the facts above, it is necessary that the Fiduciary Security Law be more socialized to the public,

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the factors that will influence consumer decisions in online purchases (e-commerce) on internet users and online shoppers, the lazada.co.id online shop in the city of Sangatta. The method used is purposive sampling, where the researcher chooses a purposive sample subjectively. The results of this study are expected to be used as a means to develop knowledge about management in the field of e-commerce, especially e-commerce on Lazada.co.id. The research was conducted using primary data where research data will be collected by making questionnaires which are distributed directly to respondents

Abstract

This study is to evaluate the impact of organizational, social, and individual factors on Information Technology acceptance and its effect on the perception of convenience at Bank Syariah Indonesia, Samarinda City. This research utilized primary data obtained via questionnaires. The study sample comprises personnel with access to T24 software at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Samarinda City. The purposive sampling method was employed for sample selection, resulting in a total of 62 research samples. The data analysis methodology was evaluated utilizing Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Statistics version 26. The employed data analysis procedures included descriptive statistics, data quality assessments, assumption tests for classification, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and determination tests (R²/R Square). The findings of this study indicate that (1) Organizational Factors exert a positive and significant influence on perceived usefulness; (2) Social Factors exert a positive and significant influence on perceived usefulness; (3) Individual Factors exert a positive and significant influence on perceived usefulness; and (4) Organizational Factors, Social Factors, and Individual Factors collectively exert a positive and significant influence on perceived usefulness.
