Abstract

It takes a good maintenance management at any company to be able to run the production process effectively and efficiently. However, in practice often attempt maintenance or repair only be a waste, because the maintenance team does not know clearly the problems that occur and the factors. The purpose of this study was to measure the value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), determine the magnitude of each factor of six big losses that affect the effectiveness of the defekator I machine, and an analysis of the factors that a top priority as the basis for repairs. In this study the method used Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and OEE six big losses to measure the performance of the machine for six months and to determine the factors of the six factors in the six big losses that give the most impact on the effectiveness of the defektor I machine. Based on the results of data processing, Overall Equipment Effectiveness value defekator I machine in purification station PT. Perkebunan  XY, the ideal situation is achieved only in August and October with OEE value of 85.53% in August and 85.29% in October. Meanwhile, in June, July, September, and November OEE values are respectively 84.87%, 80.47%, 84.63%, and 76.89%. The results of the calculation of the six big losses, it is known that loss and rework loss breakdown is a factor with the largest percentage for the low effectiveness of the defekator I machine with a percentage of 63.57% for the breakdown loss and rework a loss of 24.23%. OEE and OEE value of six big losses are the basis for the provision of the proposed improvement.

Abstract

Henomenons about abortus and menstrual regulation during the time, especially in Indonesian have been cultured. Likely society assumes the abortus and this menstrual regulation as habit problem which needn't be disputed. Is it right? How also rule of law of concerning practice about abortus and menstrual regulation according to Islam view as well as KUHP (Criminal Code) in Indonesian. Likely, the problem do not only concerning just doctor problem, but ecause the practice of abortus and this menstrual regulation is instructed to criminal action, hence require to be straightened by opening some opinion of fiqh expert.

Abstract

Transformator Daya merupakan suatu peralatan yang sangat vital yang berfungsi menyalurkan energy listrik dari tegangan tinggi ketegangan rendah ataupun sebaliknya dan tidak pernah lepas dari gangguan. Adanya gangguan yang terjadi pada transformator dapat menghambat proses penyaluran energy listrik kepemakai (konsumen). Karena itu, system proteksi yang handal sangat dibutuhkan untuk melindungi transformator dari gangguan hubungan singkat yang diamankan oleh Over Current Relay yang digunakan adalah type SPAJ 140 C merupakan tipe salah satu relay proteksi cadangan yang digunakan oleh EMP Malacca Strait SA untuk menjaga transformator (PT-110) dengan rating tegangan 13.8/0.48 kV dengan daya 1250KVA dari gangguan hubungan singkat. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan settingan dari Over Current Relay yang disebabkan oleh gangguan pada transformator daya yang digunakan . Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan besar arus gangguan fasa ketanah yang mengalir sebesar 9375 A dan setting waktu Over Current Relay 0.24 detik. Nilai arus gangguan yang mengalir pada transformator tersebut merupakan nilai yang besar, maka relay OCR pun bekerja diwaktu yang cepat.

Abstract

Sugar palm is a commodity that has the potential to be developed. Sugar palm is developed to produce various products and raw materials for derivative products. Currently, there is a lot of morphological diversity of sugar palm plants found in the field. Presently, identification of various types of sugar palm morphologically in Banten Province is still limited. Sugar palm in Banten Province is found in various locations, such as in Lebak. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of Aren seedlings originating from Lebak Regency. The hypothesis in this study is that there are several characteristics of palm seedlings originating from Lebak Regency. This research was conducted in August 2019 - November 2019 located in Green House, Cinanggung Village, Serang City, Banten Province. This study uses a descriptive method, through a quantitative approach with data analysis and interpretation, and conclusion. The observation parameters in this study were: Plant Height (cm); Number of leaves per plant (strands); Leaf width (cm); Leaf length (cm); stem diameter (cm); Leaf color. The results showed that Aren from Lebak Regency aged 1 year have an average plant height of 28.1 cm, a pinnate leaf shape and a thick like a palm leaf, with an average number of 1 leaves, an average leaf length of 16.4 cm, and an average leaf width of 6.8 cm, with dark green leaf color. The stem diameter has a strength correlation with plant growth level like as plant height, the higher the plant. The greater the stem diameter obtained in this study is 2.19 cm.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Sistem Informasi Hasil Produksi dan Penjualan Roti pada Usaha Dagang Lala Roti Kendari bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data yang dapat melakukan pengolahan data hasil produksi dan penjualan roti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. perancangan alur sistem dengan menggunakan flowchart, perancangan proses sistem dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan perancangan database dengan menggunakan Entity Relationship (ER). Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah data jenis roti, data roti, data hasil produksi dan data penjualan. Output dari penelitian ini adalah laporan penjualan dan produksi dalam kurun waktu tertentu.

Abstract

Analysis Quality of Service (QoS) Internet Network Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar guided by Zahir Zainuddin and Rahmania. QoS parameters were observed or measured is Bandwidth, Delay, Packet Loss and throughput. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, this study aims to measure, analyze and determine Kualitias Internet Network Engineering Faculty of Muhammadiyah University Makassar. To measure Delay, Packet lost and throughput using software Axence NetTools 4.0 Pro. The results of measurements of parameters of Quality of Service (QoS) Internet network is measured is the bandwidth available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday = 10240 Kbps. Delay highest in the can on Thursday = 74.66 ms, while the lowest in the delay may be on Saturdays = 62 ms. Packet loss is the highest obtained on Thursday = 5.33%, while the lowest in the lost packet can be on Saturdays = 0.33%. The highest throughput in the can on Saturdays = 357 106 bps, while the lowest in the throughput can be on Thursday = 278 039 Bps. Based on the data delay and packet loss above, Internet Network Quality Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar categorized as very good.

Abstract

Kebijakan privatisasi menjadi tren global yang terjadi baik di negara maju maupun negara berkembang. Privatisasi atau penjualan aset negara dipandang sebagai program ekonomi yang diperlukan untuk menghindari penghematan yang tinggi dengan membebaskan BUMN dari kerugian. Program privatisasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, terutama di bidang infrastruktur, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Privatisasi adalah kebijakan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah yang mengalihkan sebagian atau seluruh aset yang dimiliki oleh negara kepada pihak swasta. Privatisasi BUMN telah menimbulkan banyak kontroversi di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Selama privatisasi dapat membawa manfaat yang lebih baik, beberapa akan baik-baik saja dengan privatisasi, sementara yang lain akan dianggap non-nasionalis dan menolak privatisasi untuk mengkonsumsi aset negara. Tujuan yang dicapai melalui kebijakan privatisasi adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi keuangan kepada organisasi negara dan komersial, akses terbuka ke pasar internasional, dan transfer teknologi ke organisasi komersial. Di Indonesia, privatisasi dianggap penting karena mempromosikan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Privatisasi didasarkan pada prinsip transparansi, independensi, tanggung jawab, akuntabilitas, kewajaran dan harga terbaik, dengan memperhatikan kondisi pasar. Dengan demikian, pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia akan meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of firm performance between Islamic and non Islamic companies. Further, this study also examine the influence of the board size, independence board and enterprise risk management (ERM) on firm performance. The sample in this study is non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the period 2011-2015, with a total of 95 Islamic and 858 non-Islamic companies. The results of this study shows that there is significant different the performance of Islamic and non Islamic companies.  The performance of Islamic companies are higher than non-Islamic companies. Further,  this study found that board size has no effect on the market performance of those companies. independence board has a negative effect on the market performance of the companies. enterprise risk management positively affects the firm performance for both Islamic and non-Islamic companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between service and customer satisfaction in online motorcycle taxi transportation services. This study uses five independent variables, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible with one dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. After conducting a literature and field review and formulating hypotheses, the data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to 72 people who had used online motorcycle taxi transportation services as research samples. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, the results of the study indicate that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, the data is normally distributed, there is a linear relationship and there is no heterogenetic. In testing the hypothesis that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction
